Soasri vs Garra Yes Soasri puppets can't break through the sand.
Kakuzu vs Garra No Kakuzu is the one underated on these forums he has 5 bodies all with elements and he has taijutsu like no body else.
Kisame vs Garra Yes I think Kisame would lose to Garra unless his sword can absorb the sands power or something like that.
Itachi vs Gaara No Genjutsu
Garra vs Konan Yes both long range fighters but the main thing a lot of you guys are forgetting is both are equal offense but Garra's defense is so much better.
Garra vs Hidan Yes Hidan is super dangerous against short range fighters but nothing to a long range fighter like Garra.
Gaara vs Zetsu No Garra controls the sand Zetsu controls the earth.
Garra vs Pain not a chance

So I'm thinking Garra no joke can beat half of them.

I'm going to have to agree with the OP. As for the people saying Gaara would only win in the desert is wrong. Against is fight against Kimmimaro he summoned sand from the ground fairly easy.
