Garra already defeated people with elemental advantages i.e The mizukage and his farther, so he should be able to beat kisame...especially without his sword (nothing to fuse with).
Gaara and Itachi is also very interesting since gaara can pretty much counter everyone of Itachi's main weapons.Plus Gaara is a long range fighter.
You honestly believe, he couldn't beat anyone but hidan/zetzu? That's far from the majority....Hate, gaara?, er no. Just because i cannot see him beating the majority of akatsuki im a hater?

Only ones beating Garra for sure are Tobi and Nagato. Itachi is fair game but everyone else I see losing with mid difficulty.

Dude gaara is strong. Nobody is denying that, but in akatsuki the only people that he would most likely beat is hidan and zetsu.

Gaara: Shinobi War Arc is certainly capable of beating a lot of the Akatsuki.
It is not as simple as one is tougher than another though. You need to expalin why you think this. At least give a good basis for thought.
Gaara has proven himself to be one of the best Shinobi,so It's not a far cry to say he can beat a lot of em.

Yes his water release would be a challenge, but Garra could easily go air-bound in a water environment, also Kisame if I remember correctly is pretty slow unless he transforms.
