Obito started perfoming technique by running towards dummy as he got into short-range he started to gather chakra using nature transformation changing that chakra's affinity to wind, channeling it into his right hand and releasing it and controlling and attacking dummy with wind-infused hand.

Moving on. The next technique is similar to the previous one but rather than coating your arm with wind, you compress the wind around your leg. You begin by gathering Fuuton chakra in your favored leg before releasing it, shaping it around your leg to create a layer of wind which you can strike you opponent with to possibly break a bone or two.

Okay, you begin by gathering Fuuton chakra within your body whilst holding your fan in your favored hand. Once you've gathered sufficient chakra, transfer your chakra to your fan and swing it in front of you, releasing the chakra and shaping it to create powerful hurricane which is capable of dragging your opponent into the cutting winds. Alternatively if you don't possess a fan of your own, you can perform this technique by performing 3 handseals before releasing the chakra from your body and shaping it into the hurricane.

Obito started perfoming this technique and gatheres as much chakra as he could after that he used nature transformation changing his raw chakra into fuuton chakra making it thin and very sharp meanwhile he was holding the giant fan in his dominant right hand, as soon as he changed his chakra nature he channeled that into his right arm releasing it in front of him by simply swinging the fan and using shape manipulation to create hurricane from a simple wind dragging his opponents with it.

Description: A more advanced version he user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

Alright next up. Start by gathering Fuuton chakra in your body. Once you have sufficient chakra, channel the chakra into the gunbai and swing it in front of you, shaping the chakra into a spinning disk which looks like a demon shuriken. This justu can also be performed by weaving four handseals and releasing the chakra from your mouth before shaping the wind into a rotating wind shuriken.

Obito didn't catch that giant fan and started doing it without it, he started doing it with simply gathering chakra while using nature transformation to change his chakra into fuuton chakra and making it very sharp and thin, as soon as he done it he quickly perfomed 4 handseals and channeled his sharp chakra into his mouth then slowly releasing it in front of him but in the meantime he used shape manipulation to shape wind in front of him into spinning disk wich was very similar to demon shuriken, then he simply directed it towards his dummy who was looking with horrible face cutting him off diagonally

Description: The user will create a large surge of wind that is capable of pushing a target back and dealing some small cuts to them. The wind technique is also strong enough to push back a large summoning creature.

This is fairly simple. You gather Fuuton chakra in your gut before exhaling it at your target as a large stream of wind which is able to cut them and is also capable of pushing back large summonings.

Key Points: This doesn't require any handseals so you can perform it swiftly but, it is a streaming technique which means you can't perform any other techniques while using this.

Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.

Simple enough. You take in a deep breath whilst gathering Fuuton chakra and then proceed to exhale that chakra into the palm of your hand. Using shape manipulation, you create a sphere of rotating wind in your hand that you can then throw at your opponent.

Key Points: Instead of a single sphere of wind, you can create one after the other to increase your chances of hitting your opponent but, remember that with every extra sphere you create, the strength is cut in half.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

You will gather Fuuton in your favored hand and channel it to your fingertips. Then by swinging your hand, you will release the built up Fuuton chakra as a sharp blade of wind that resembles a long sword that could easily slice your opponent. Alternatively you could create several smaller blades of wind and throw them rapidly at your opponent like projectiles but, the damage they cause is lessened with each blade created.

Description: The user does the Ram handseal and inhales, kneading his chakra into his lungs, exhaling a huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path. Can cause major damage and requires a sufficient chakra level to perform. This large wind blast moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.

This is one of the most powerful and dangerous wind techniques you'll be learning. You will firstly form the Ram handseal and take in a deep breath, kneading your Fuuton chakra in your gut. Then you will exhale, releasing a massive blast of wind that will level almost everything in its paths, the exception being your opponents jutsu, if its enough to defend from this.

Key Points: This technique is not only large and fast but, it covers a wide range as well so sending clones/summons to flank your opponent will probably get them killed so don't use it when then allies in front of you.

Okay so this technique can only be used when you have a fan. You will gather Fuuton chakra and channel it into your fan, then by swinging it in front of you, a large swirling vortex of wind will be released that will ensnare your opponent and lift him into the air where he will be zapped by three bolts of lightning.
