Alright, whilst holding your sword/s in either hand, gather a sufficient amount of Fuuton chakra in that hand and channel it to your sword. As your opponents technique approaches you, release the chakra from your body, creating a gust of wind in front of you that will split their technique in 2 and give you control of it, allowing you to send the spinning vortex of wind back at your opponent.

Obito started perfoming technique with making 5 handseals then he quickly gathered chakra throughout his body using nature transformation and changing it into fuuton chakra then he released all fuuton chakra from his body using shape manipulation and creating gust of wind infront of him, at that time opponent's technique was getting closer and closer and when it hit gust of wind made from obito, it was split allowing obito to control enemy's technique wich then he sent back to enemy
This will work nicely when there is plenty of dust and debris on the battlefield. You gather a sufficient of Fuuton chakra in your gut and then exhale it, creating a large gust of wind which will pick up the dust and debris as it makes its way towards your opponent and cause more damage upon impact.

*Switched to gaara* gaara released some sand from the gourd making terrain little sandy, after that gaara quickly gathered as much as he could and then he quickly used nature transformation changing his raw chakra into fuuton chakra channeling it into mouth releasing massive and powerfull gust of wind from it wich mixed with surrounding sand and dust as technique moved towards dummy it lifted all sands as well wich caused massive sandstorm and blinded dummy's vision

You start off by gathering a large amount of Fuuton chakra in your dominant hand and once this has been done, you then release the chakra from your arm while simultaneously using shape manipulation to condense the Wind around your arm, shaping it into a demonic claw that acts like an extension of your arm.

Start of by gathering a considerable amount of Fuuton chakra in your dominant hand. Once that is done, release the chakra and manipulate it to cover your hand in wind, creating a protective layer of sorts, that can be used to significantly enhance your hand based Taijutsu attacks or to break apart the ground around you which could make an advancing opponent lose his balance.

I'd say its best to create it when entering short range (5 meters) because you have to gather chakra. If you're 1-2 meters away from your opponent, that doesn't give you enough time to mold chakra, change its nature and shape it.
