Alright, for the next jutsu, I'm not very sure if the user produces the wind from his mouth, or manipulating the wind around him, either way, it only requires clapping hands, which is good enough in tight situations, for example to disengage against a Tai/Kenjutsu user. Or to simply power up ninja weapons as they are thrown towards the opponent. It's only C-Rank though, so it can be cancelled by a D-Rank Katon jutsu. I can't really think of anymore disadvantages, to be honest.

As for Wind Release: Rotating Shurikens, interesting techniques, requires fusing wind chakra with the weapons im going to throw, and as they are in the air, they can be manipulated to go in the directions that the user chooses. It can be used to pressure an enemy, or lead them into a trap. Or if the opponent doesn't pay attention, thinking it's just an ordinary shuriken, may result in a big injury for them.
As for disadvantages, i believe when this jutsu is used, the user must stay focused, meaning they will not be able to use any other jutsus as they are trying to manipulate the weapons in the air. Also, the shurikens can be deflected easily by any elemental jutsu, except for a Doton one.

I guess you can assume that the clapping of the hands is the initiative for the wind to be released from the place near your hands by compressing in order to increase the pressure and release it at once.

I believe you can just alter the trajectory and immediately perform another technique as you wish. How exactly do you think an earth technique cannot stop the trajectory of this technique?

First jutsu, after performing 5 hand seals, the user will cause a gust of wind to charge towards the direction of his choosing. I believe this jutsu is strong enough to take care of smoke, dust or sand that is blocking his vision, while at the same time, it can also keep going towards the opponent for some damage. The disadvantage of this technique, is that it requires 5 hand seals, which can be easily interrupted by a Doton technique that know. If the user wants to use this technique to its full potential, then a combination with a fire jutsu would be very effective.

As for the second jutsu, basically gathering wind in the lungs, while focusing wind chakra, and then releasing it all from the mouth. It has decent range and can deflect ninja weapons that were thrown at the user. It doesn't require any hand seals, making it a very good option to counter against lightning attacks. I can't really think of any disadvantages for it, other than it's only C-Rank, and can be cancelled by a D-Rank fire jutsu.


How about we turn it up a notch, and go for 3 jutsus at a time? :)

Since it's just a sphere, you have to be very accurate with your aiming or else you will instead miss the incoming attack. And it doesn't show much of a versatility since I think it only shows it's effect upon impact.

Alright, first jutsu is performed after the Ram hand seal, releasing a gust of wind from their mouth I believe, which turns into small tornados that can be used in a combo with a fire jutsu turning them into fire tornadoes. good for disengage or preventing the enemy from coming too close to the user. Problem with it, is that it's only short range. and depending on the tornadoes speed, the enemy might be able to dodge them easily.
Question: How many tornadoes can be formed using this jutsu, and can the user control their direction of movement?

Second jutsu, I'm not sure what a wind vortex is? Like a small tornado maybe? This jutsu requires 3 hand seals, and forming the "vortex" that blasts at the enemy trapping him inside. It can be used in a combo with a fire and earth jutsu to make it more destructive. Only disadvantages i can think of are the 3 hand seals requirement and the speed of the blast.

Third jutsu, very nice jutsu, basically the user will focus his wind chakra, and then will release a a slicing wind jutsu that can cut through other wind jutsus. Very nice for defense since it doesn't require any hand seals, and the rank is decent. Only disadvantage is the short range.
Question: Can I use this jutsu as a B-rank, or do I need to wait until i finish C-Rank? Also, if i try to slice an A-Rank jutsu with a B-rank, does that lower it from A to D-Rank?

Yep, just as you said. It's similar to that of a tornado. It's just the whirling motion which is termed as a vortex. I think you got the trapped part mixed up.

The opponent can only be trapped when the user makes use of the earth technique.

You may use it as B-Rank, knock yourself out! We are gonna finish off the C-Ranks in a few days anyways ~_~... Oh and yea, in order to neutralize B-Rank technique, you have to use the B-Ranked version and have wind as your main specialty. So I would say it is pretty useless to use it as a B-Rank.

And the question you asked is kinda tricky. There are two ways in which this can go. I am unsure which should be followed at this moment but the second way seems more favored.

1) A B-Rank technique collides with an A-Rank technique to weaken it to a D-Rank technique (assuming there is no elemental advantages over each other).

2) An A-Rank is equivalent to a B-Rank + B-Rank so when a B-Rank technique collides with an A-Rank, the power of the A-Rank is reduced to just B-Rank.

Okey, so first technique allows the user, after performing hand seals, to release wind that forms into a cyclone that has sharp wind and cam pick up petals (i think this is like flower leaves) the spinning of the cycle, makes the petals also sharp, which can cut and injure. It has decent range, but requires 3 hand seals, and I'm not sure if petals are a requirement for this jutsu.

Second jutsu, the user can release wind ftheir hands by swinging them. The wind is sharp and can slash anything. It has decent range and requires no handseals. I can't think of any disadvantages, other than its only a C-Rank and can be cancelled by almost any fire jutsu.

Third jutsu, interesting jutsu, after the user channels his wind chakra into a sword, they can release a whirlwind by swinging, but it requires good timing. A sword is a requirement for this jutsu. No other disadvantages, except that the user might need space to be able to release the jutsu correctly.

It has been named as the Flower Scattering Dance so yea, I would consider the petals to be a required part of the technique lol ~_~.. The petals just appear out of your chakra so no probs.

Quick question, can all bios carry fans or only specific bios like Temari?

First jutsu, requires a fan, the user swings the fan in any direction, causing wind that look like a demon shuriken to dash in the direction that the fan was swung in. Decent range, but only a C-Rank making it easy counter with most jutsus or than low lightning ones. Not sure if it's a great idea to make Cannon bios carry fans, as it may slow them down, unless they are wind masters.

Second jutsu, also requires a fan, the user will swing the fan, causing a blast of wind to occur where the fan was aimed at, the blast is strong enough to knock anyone back. Short range, making it only useful to disengage from Taijutsu/Kenjutsu fight by pushing the opponent back.

Third jutsu, similar to the second jutsu, but it's strong enough to send an opponent flying instead of only pushing them back, it has a better range, making it good to block incoming lightning jutsus, or get rid of smoke/dust on the field. Only disadvantage i can think of is that it has a low rank and requires a fan.

Last jutsu, the user can release strong wind from his mouth after focusing his wind chakra, not sure what it's capabilities are, but I'll assume it can at least push an opponent back like a previous jutsu.
Doesn't require any hand seals, or fans, and has a decent range, making it a better option than the last 3 jutsus in my opinion.

It would take a B-Rank lightning technique in order to successfully cancel out this technique. And the movements of a biography wouldn't be hindered much unless it's damn heavy (which they aren't) so no point in being a wind master to have a fan ~_~

The user has to physically make use of his fan and hit the opponent to initiate this technique. This alone is a major disadvantage as the user will take some time to gain the momentum to hit them into the air and the opponent can easily perform any other techniques after getting knocked into the air so the entire technique would become pointless.

First jutsu, a defensive jutsus, the user can fuse his wind chakra with a sword, and then it can be released, forming a vortex around the user that serves like an armor I guess. It has a good rank. I don't think it has any disadvantages beside being weak to fire. I also don't see why a sword is needed for this jutsu.

Second jutsu, a jutsu used to increase the range and sharpness of weapons, by fusing wind chakra with them. I don't understand the range though, unless it shows how much range it increases.

Third jutsu, an offensive jutsu, the user exhales wind fused with wind chakra, forming a twister that is used to attack an opponent. Decent rank, but only goes to mid range, which means it can't be used if the opponent is at short range.

First jutsu, the user swings his blade while focusing his wind chakra on it, causing a gust of wind to form and be sent towards where ever the user aimed at.
Decent jutsu, goes up to mid range, but it requires a blade for the user to be able to perform, im not sure if it can be done with a Kunai.. I doubt it though.
It can be used to deflect Ninja weapons thrown at the user, or to counter Lightning bolts for example.
As for disadvantages, probably that it requires a blade, and its disadvantage against fire.
I would use this jutsu if the opponent attempts to perform Ken/Taijutsu against me, to disengage or simply as a surprise attack, as it can be used in short range as well.

Second jutsu, similar jutsu to the first one, it also requires the user to focus his wind chakra on a sword, and then to slash down infront of him, which will release a strong gust of wind infront of him.
Only difference is that it can only be released forward, while the first one can be released towards different ways, depending on how the sword was swung.
Also decent rank and range, but I'm not sure why this jutsu would be chosen over the first one, as they are both pretty much the same, unless the gust of wind that is released is stronger than the first jutsu.
Its disadvantages are also simple, requires a sword, weak to fire, and it can only be used forward.
If the gust of wind is big enough, it can be used to counter most large jutsus, and also perhaps to get rid of smoke or dust on the field.

Third jutsu, the user focuses his wind chakra, and then releases a small tornado using a great fan, or by performing 4 hand seals first. The tornado can trap an opponent inside of it, cutting and damaging them before crashing them down into the ground.
Decent rank and range. Only disadvantages i can think of are the speed of the tornadoes, and the 4 hand seals if the user doesn't wield a fan.
Personally, i would use it to zone off an enemy to prevent Tai/Kenjutsu against me, or if the opponent is paralyzed, i can use it to inflict more damage.

The user will then release wind that can split through an incoming wind attack, and then take control over a vortex thrown at the user, which then can be thrown back at the opponent? 0_0 so this technique only works against vortexes or did i miss something? ~_~

I would use it to push back medium sized summons mostly, or to disengage from an enemy, by pushing them back.

Third jutsu, very interesting jutsu, the user can focus wind chakra on his fist, and then punch forward, causing a giant whirlwind to form that can go up to mid range.
Very simple yet effective jutsu, requires no hand seals, making it a very great jutsu in close and ranged combat. Only disadvantage i can think of is the speed of the whirlwind.
I would use it while the opponent is at short range, decreasing the opponent's chances of avoiding it.

This is not that much of confusing to be honest. I would go with a sword as the original technique made use of a sword and it seems more logical than using hands to cut it. Yes, it can be returned directly towards the opponent and this technique can intercept other wind techniques also. Not just vortex techniques.

Since the sand gets carried up in a dust, I guess it would be also be good to add that the sand would enter the opponent's eyes and make them blind temporarily.

I would assume the speed of the whirlwind depends on the speed at which the user punches. So the faster you punch, the faster the whirlwind would travel.

First jutsu, i find this technique very interesting. The user focuses his wind chakra around his dominant hand, causing a giant claw to form, that can reach out all the way to mid range. The claw can be used to strike or grab an opponent, or deflect weapons, it is also strong enough to destroy almost everything in its travel path.
Requires no handseals, and has a decent rank and range, can be countered with fire jutsus though.
In battle, i would mostly use it in short range, to give an opponent less time to be able to counter/dodge.

Second jutsu, the user focuses his wind chakra around one of his hands, and then can attack an opponent using it. It's powerful enough to split the ground and cause an opponent to lose balance, it can only be used at short range, but has a decent rank.
I would use it mostly to make an opponent trip and fall as they are trying to perform a jutsu.

Third jutsu, the user focuses his wind chakra around one of his legs, and then strike an opponent with it. This jutsu is capable of destroying a mechanical puppet, which means if it was used correctly, it can inflict serious damage to an opponent.
Decent rank, can be used only at short range.
I would use it if i was attempting to perform Taijutsu on am opponent.

Description: A more advanced version he user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
