I pull out more wire. I then attach the wire to another kunai which I grabed from my pouch with my right hand and throw it at the clone. After binding the clone, I gather my chakra and release it by using the guided wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the clone.

The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, while at the same time exhaling fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim or any other object caught within their trajectories.

Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.

They're both used to attack....i tell you what, draw a shuriken and then draw flames on it, that's the a blazing shuriken...now draw a fireball w/ a shuriken inside of it, that would be the phoenix flower tech...you ca see the shurikens on one of the techniques while in the other they're completely hidden...
