Fire Element takes the form of fire and flame attacks. These can be fire balls or extended flame throwing. Fire is typically a specialised offensive element. Fire is stronger than Wind, as the usage of Wind merely increases the strength of Fire and is weak against Water, which finishes the cycle by naturally winning out over Fire.

alright, travel down that path down into the volcano and begin meditating at that pillar at its center...

As travel down the volcano, I see ash clounds and feel the temperture that my body is unwelling to sustain. I tried to ignore it and begin to meditate around the many volcanic craters. I begin to feel the flow of heat that surrounded my very body as if we were one.

I draw chakra from my mouth into my chest and then immediately exhale it. I then blow a stream of fire.
