In some way I don't really understand this Jutsu. Will I be manipulating the flames of the lighter with chakra to create the wall? And if so, can I just use the previous Jutsu to create this one and a combo Jutsu can do fine as well.

I grab the zippo handed to me and throw out the lighter that has an open flame. I performed the "Tiger" handseal, using my chakra to manipulate the fire into creating a wall of flames.

But anyways:

I grab the zippo on the ground and place it in my hand to only throw out the lighter, that has an open flame, again. I performed the "Tiger" handseal, using my chakra to manipulate the fire into creating a wall of flames to defend against your kunias.
