Thank you. I don't know why some cannot accepted that in certain areas it is outdated. That is why more have to be released, to involve the changes that Masashi has included in his work over a point in time. It's alterations take precedence over the databook in some instances: this is one of them.
I think that sasuke and itachi had different talents with their eyes
Itachi being genjutsu and sasuke being Amaterasu
Itachi stopped the Amaterasu flames but he can't manipulate them as easy as sasuke

Sasuke controlling the flames turns it into blaze release
Itachi controlling time on his genjutsu turns it into tsukuyomi

I'm not entirely sure what your saying, but I'm assuming that you mean they figure that the juubi can cast tsukuyomi without needing the user to have it?
Nonetheless tsukuyomi is not a unique power, just like susanoo since Madara knew about tsukuyomi before Itachi was even born.

I'm on the side, that the Uchiha gained their ocular abilities from the Jūbi itself. There's obviously a link between its Dojutsu and the Uchiha's.
