in the other hand ,gai has hiudora and he can use it one time only in a fight

Thats true about the bushins but sharingan has never shown to keep up with gates speed? sharingan can t even keep up with bees kenjutsu although its still impressive. If gai knows about the bushin clones then he will be most cautios about attacking kakashi and in saying that he can use his surrondings to get rid of clones. e.g strong fist into the ground to depleate bushins durability thus making it dissapear ect. sasuke was able to deal with V1 raikage's speed and he would have killed him with chidori but for lighting armor

KCM naruto himself said it is hard to fight sharingan's user because of their skills in noting and reading ,naruto said too he should be hit by their attacks(edo jins before using any chakra of biju) so that they can attack them too

sasuke was able to deal with V1 bee's speed but bee hit him with trick

kakashi was able to deal with V2 EDO jins

so sharingan with good speed can dodge high level speed
