I've only referenced the way FTG was shown to work, and until Kishi shows otherwise....that's how it functions

I meant the OT saying that FTG can counter susanoo

and I just said, I'm not going to assume anything, that's not me being omniscient, that's just me being patient because I don't know how and will not know until the manga shows it.

But if I were to take a guess, Minato and Tobirama are able to sense where the seals are, which is why both of them are sensors and FTG users

Also it makes sense how Minato is able to teleport to any seal he wishes, even if he just threw it.....

Oonoki stated that Hashirama and Madara were the two strongest in the world... Kabuto stated that Hashirama and Madara were the two strongest in the world.

none of these people ever said such a thing. hashirama is the best of that time period. only kabuto suggested he might be better than the people now

It has been shown that Hashirama and Madara are on a completely different level than anyone else in the Manga. Absolutely no comparison. Tobirama is more Minato/Itachi level.

obito and nagato are on that level. kabuto and current orochimaru are above it
