It seems that maybe you are right; it was just I that messed up on the definitions. However, as you and I stated before, durability and endurance are the same; they do not belong in categories. Endurance is typically associated with a living thing, where durability is associated with a non-living object or non-people like objects, but that does not mean it is wrong to say a person has durability over endurance. Endurance may be the preferred or proper term to use, but the meaning is the same. It is really just the context in which the words are used that should justify the usage not the wether or not it is the proper noun based on categorical assumptions which can change with time.
We may agree that durability is the same as endurance, but I guess we can disagree on the whether or not it is right or wrong to use durability or endurance.
