good question
now it depends on the constitution of fire country or leaf village
that under the circumstances he should be punished or not

In real life or a realist anime, yes. But in Naruto, because of the plot, no.

Actually I think that there will be consequences for Sasuke's crimes. Kishi spent a lot of time escalating Sasuke's crimes and had several characters say that Sasuke has no future.

I think he did all of that for a big reason and that no matter how much Sasuke helps the alliance people aren't going to accept him back and that will play a major part in the plot.

Or they all got together and have a nice and sugary picnic with love and rainbows

"I'm going to kill Danzou...and the entire Konoha village!" - Sasuke

Will he? I doubt it. Probably, his input in current war will be enough make his earlier crimes meaningless.

Okay Ow. I just went through 9 pages of nonsense and in some cases can't even tell if wind squid is just somebody who doesn't like Sasuke and wants the world to agree with him or actually has some good points. Set some rules here are we going by real life laws or Naruto laws?

1. Wind Squid if your going be using actual real life law, there are no special cases which means Gaara's murders were murder and he should be punished and yes I realize Sasuke did a lot more than Gaara did that doesn't mean Gaara is innocent.

2. This is more off topic but have you ever learned how to create a poll or discussion without involving your own personal bias or at least keep them at a minimum? That fourth option you created is just stupid and the bias really shows. You do know that kind of stuff damages your credibility right?

You can't use Naruto's laws when its to your advantage and real life laws when its to your advantage use one and stick with it if you can't this entire post is meaningless because then you can have arguments where your allowed to contradict yourself and that's called nonsense. Once you decide which set of laws to follow we can have a proper discussion

No I'm just fairly new and I don't use it too often I got bored one day. Problem? I wouldn't be too surprised if looking like a noob to you means I don't get a reply.

How is assassinating Danzo considered assassination if he attacked him head-on? ._.

Thats a joke...right? After this fight is over Naruto is gonna be seen as a god like shinobi in all 5 countries. He'll have more influence than anyone else.

He'll have influence, but that doesn't mean he will call all the shots.
