Either way, Sakura takes this with low difficulty by herslef. Its negative difficulty if she goes all out and summons Katsuyu.

You clearly didn't read the thread but only saw one post. Don't judge a person off of a single comment. Sakura's only battle experience is from the very few fights she has been in and her training with Tsuna. Hinata has been training with her father, Neji and her siblings her entire life. Hinata was training before Sakura knew she wanted to be a Ninja. Sakura and Tsunade are at a disadvantage against a Hyuga, because the gentle fist negates healing by cutting of the ability to use chakra. Sure Hinata is slower than Sakura but Sakura's only real offense against her twin lion 64 palm would be to run away and hide. Not to mention Sakura can't surprise hit Hinata because she has the Byakugan that can see a very long ways away. What's truly important is the battle circumstances. That can determine the outcome of any battle. It's a 50/50.

Neji is faster and just as good at taijutsu. Part one kabuto > Tsuna. Tsuna isn't very fast, and has no way to counter the 64 palm.

I'm not going to waste my time proving Sakura>Hinata as this isn't a VS thread and this thread has been made too many times.

I'll just say that with Katsuyu, Sakura stomps low difficulty and wins mid difficulty at most without the slug. A vacuum palm is fodder in comparison to an indirect punch from Sakura in terms of both range and sheer power.

About Sakura vs Hinata; Sakura obviously wins i have debated this for several times already and i don't want to do that since i don't wanna deal with petty arguements like "Hinata is so fast for Sakura" "One touch and it iz overrr!!!" "Hinata seez errything" ever again.

You lost your credibility.When Tsunade was fighting Kabuto, she had the hemophobia,meaning she couldn't summon Katsuyu.Furthermore she hasn't fought for 5-12 years and her reflexes were also limited thanks to the fear of blood.
I should also add that Kabuto took a soldier pill to boost his chakra greatly.
Part 2 Tsunade would destroy him with low difficulty.
