Just a question, but if it's stored chakra; will it actually be able to bypass the seals? If it does what makes you think Hinata couldn't just seal the chakra that was released?

In naruto's case with enough chakra shot out forcefully, blockings become unblocked.
And yes the seal is basically a Bijju, that probably was it's purpose any. A bujju is nothing but chakra with a voice.
