Ummm It's more 50/50 and only because of Sakura's summon.

Sakura can heal herself but if she's hit by the gentle fist, it's game over instantly. Yes Sakura can punch the ground, but it's not like that helps her beat Hinata unless she gets too close and Sakura needs an escape. Hinata's Byakugan range is a lot father than Neji's, so there is no where for Sakura to hide, in fact the ground distortion from Sakura's punch could benefit Hinata for a surprise attack. Sakura is faster, but not as good at taijutsu as Hinata so I think it would almost even out or be in Hinata's favor taijutsu wise. Sakura has only used poison once, and it was on a Kunai, which she would be unlikely to hit Hinata with. Also, Sakura has a basic understanding of the Byakugan but doesn't know all the secrets. The only person who was ever revealed to know that much was Kidomaru and he's dead. Sakura has never used the chakra scalpel in battle so it doesn't count. Hinata is fully aware of Sakura's abilities, she's fighting in a war and watching her blast the ground and use remote healing on a mass scale is kind of obvious. Hinata's 64 trigram twin lion fist rapes any chance Sakura has of close range combat. Not to mention the air palm is a one hit ko to an average ninja. Sakura's seal has yet to reveal the regeneration on herself so we can't verify she can heal herself from a blast from the air palm.
