It's a long range compressed gentle fist.

Then Lee > Hashirama ? Speed is important but not the biggest factor. Sakura wins due to sheer power and skill in Taijutsu. The fact that Hinata is slow only helps a little

If hashirama can't keep up with lee's attacks, then yes.
