well the most important thing he learned was "To never give up!" ... and also I agree with most that whatever 'that jutsu' is, it has to do with the kyuubi chakara. I also think that it may be something he learned in the scroll that he stole in the 1st chapter, written by Hashi, and married to the 1st kyuubi jin... im sure that she learned how to use and manipulate the 9t chakara to form new jutsu's, especially with Hashi being her husband, and being able to supress the demon if it wanted to break free..

i swear some of you guys are retarded. I've skipped to a reply from the 1st page of foolishness only to say this...
the frog was not sitting on a scroll he was sitting on the key to unsealing the kyuubi.
hence why he says "why place in Naruto the very key to unlock the 9 tails" or sumthn to that effect
the whole point is for him to master the kyuubi so he can complete whatever "that" jutsu is...
and Jiraiya didnt start suspecting Madara's involvement until that same chapter that was posted on the first page...I believe this was around the time he interrogated that guy from Pain's village
