Well there are people who have mastered their DFs more than Ace, like Doffy, Croc, and Luffy.

In the do what's possible with the Df but isn't expected to b possible with it I say Luffy with maybe Brook a close second, though Croc's desert maker technique is pretty out there and thinking more about it is the deserved #2(till brook creates an ice desert).

Shoutouts go to any logia that can logia up reflexively, and in the aspect of figuring out a complex Df out Law takes the cake.

But the one person I will say has the best mastery, bar none, is Ivankov. To know what hormones does what, how much is needed, that's gonna take a lot of effort and skill. He has the most complex DF to use IMO, right ahead of Law's, so I think his mastery is the best. Maybe Law as second since you gotta be ingenious to figure out the Ope Ope no Mi's abilities, like, switching personalities and generating electricity? You definitely gotta be smart and clever as all **** to discover and master these abilities.
