Tobirama is sensor so he could sense the nano bombs, furthermore Tobirama is faster than Hebi Sasuke that had impressive speed which might be a problem for Deidara

Deidara barely managed to react to hebi sasuke... Tobirama using FTG will outright blitz him.. And since the latter ca mark weapons jus like minato... The chances for deidara getting blitzed and marked are almost certain

If deidara starts off in the air, he stomps tobirama. But unfortunately,Tobirama could easily blitz him right off the bat and win. Really,Hebi sasuke would have blitzed and outmanoeuvred deidara if not for Tobi, so he has no chance reacting to even Tobirama's shunshin, let alone FTG.
