Nate stops still before he gets too close to Akira, about 2 meters in front of him he whips his gun in front aimed at Akira for a VERY close shot.

Howard was napping at his usual spot in the Castle Hidden in Shadows atop the large castle. Drifting in and out of consciousness he felt an intense burning sensation in the palm of his right hand. This abruptly woke him from his half sleep state, as he noticed it was the small jet black pendant Becca had given him a few weeks ago.
It shown brightly with an ominous dark black glow the chain it was connected to was wrapped around his right arm as it had been since the day he had been given it. It began to tighten around his right arm as the glow pieced through the area where his fingers met. The glow seemed to pierce through all of the cracks as he opened his right hand.
In an instant he seemed to fade from existence vanishing reappearing briefly then fading again. By this time he had already jumped up to his feet. He once again reappeared this time falling downward through what seemed to be an endless black void before noticing a world appear before him. Da ****
He spoke with confusion in his voice as he continued to fall landing upon a small cottage barely catching himself and regaining balance. Anymore force behind the fall and he felt as though he'd have plummeted through the roof. He jumped down from the roof noticing the scenery while standing very awkwardly in front of the small house.

Howard looks over towards the man gardening and speaks with a polite respectful tone. Honestly I have no real clue, one moment I was sleeping the next this thing went haywire and I was falling from the sky.
Howard lifted up his right arm showing the man the pendant that had left a moderate burn on the palm of his hand along with marks along his arm from it tightening around his arm. He took a single step forward approaching the man before speaking again. Now that you know how I got here can you tell me where 'here' is?
