Hypothetically speaking, no one in his team would be dumb enough to support him in the first LP and get suspected by the rest throughout the rest of the game. This is not to say that I believe he's definitely in team kira, but meh, there are better suspects.

Team Kira simply has to kill off an innocent player each LP. They could 'support' any member of their Team who is close to getting lynched by voting for other players who are also close to getting lynched, ImperialMadara in this case.
