If Rucken was anywhere near being in Team Kira, he would have his Team backing him. Clearly, Rucken is innocent.

You sound foolish, and you logic is terrible. with the vote count being 2 each, neither was backed by a "team". Especially not with the amass voting null. If you're going to try, and be a decent detective, atleast have sound reasoning.
