Description: The user bolts in front of the enemy who they then strike with their sword handle before delivering several kicks that sends the enemy into the air. The user then bolts across to the far off location of the enemy who they then punch violently into an obstacle.
Bash them with the hilt, and then hit them with a few kicks, the last one pushing them into the air. Then run to their landing spot, and smash them into a boulder. If there is nothing on your terrain, hitting them into the ground works too.
-I hold the sword with my right hand, and I charge chakra into it as I run at your clone and bash the sword into him with both hands. This causes your clone to be a little winded, so while he is still in pain I aim a series of kicks at his midsection. I then charge chakra into my leg, and deliver a massive kick to the chin. It sends the clone flying upwards into the sky. I then run to where he will land, and smash him into a nearby boulder with a shoulder slam.-

Description: The user takes out their blade and channels chakra into it. They then run towards the opponent, slashing them upwards into the air and then appear above him/her, and deliver a sharp, drilling slash down upon them, impelling them into the ground.
Channel chakra into your blade, and then slash my clone into the appear. Then "appear" above him using your incredible speed, and thrust the sword into his stomach so you pin him against the ground when you fall.
I feel like this jutsu should be re-worded...

I then make a upwards vertical slash, causing your clone to fly up in the air. I then use my speed, and seemingly appear directly above him. I then stab towards him with my right hand and drive him into the ground causing him to disperse.-

Err the whole "Appear" thing feels like it will cause argument. I think the jutsu is over estimating an opponent's speed. If an S-Jounin learned this, he would not be able to simply "appear" in front of someone with his speed. Hell, I don't even think I can "appear" in front of someone xD

Well, it's based off the anime/manga, which of course stretch things a bit. You can see your opponent coming if you're capable of tracking them. Even if they say they appear above you, you can still track them the entire way.

If the gap between us two was big enough, then yes. xD Like a genin vs. me, he wouldn't just appear. I would see him coming, even though the technique says appear.

It can defend from a C rank elemental jutsu (they would both cancel out)
but if it clashed with a D rank elemental jutsu, it would continue slightly weakened.
The reverse is true if it clashed with a B rank elmental jutsu.

Description: The user flows Chidori current through a katana in manner similar to flying swallow technique. The Radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.
Flow a Chidori Nagashi through the blade, increasing its power incredibly. This should be able to cut through almost anything.
-Throws a large boulder at you-
-I take the sword, and hold it with my right hand on top of my left. I then concentrate raiton chakra into the blade, and add more chakra. Soon, I hear a chirping sound as a chidori has been channeled into the blade. I then make a downwards vertical slash directly at the rock cutting it clean in half.-

Description: The user will channel chakra into their sword making it glow blue and then jumping into the air they spin at a rapid rate creating a spinning circle and cutting through the enemy target.
Channel chakra into your blade, and then jump into the air. While in the air, spin to your left or right, and then cut through the dummy.
