Kenjutsu is sword thingies. It uses a sword obviously and....oh right it's used by samurai and swordsman. The mainstream and most boring sword is the katana. It is on everyone's bio, and is unremarkable. It's a fast sword meant for precise deadly cuts. Me? I prefer rapiers. They are absolutely great for almost every purpose. They are way more precise than katana, are faster, and much more deadly. They go in extremely deep when they stab. Oh right, anyways kenjutsu is not used very much in our RP. It is a high-risk, High-reward type thing. You need to be extremely detailed when using kenjutsu. Some people channel chakra into swords for various purposes. Sharpening, extending, and numbing blows from a sword.
Got all that? Good, now I want you to try to cut my clone. Be sure to use a lot of detail.
Well you completed absolutely nothing with him.You must be registered for see links
Why do you always call me weird? >.<
-snaps your rapier-Yeah
-As you throw the sword, I use my right leg to sidestep slightly. I use the momentum to move my body, in an adequate position to catch the sword. I raise my right hand, and the sword lands in my hand. I then toss it aside, and draw my rapier.-
I will inevitably win this battle.-As you throw the sword, I use my right leg to sidestep slightly. I use the momentum to move my body, in an adequate position to catch the sword. I raise my right hand, and the sword lands in my hand. I then toss it aside, and draw another rapier.-

Wonderful. What's the different between freeform kenjutsu and regular kenjutsu?I has no choice :T_T:
*picks up the overrused and utterly unintresting weapon referred to as a katana*
:T_T:
What's the negative thing about your attacks not counting as one of the three allotted moves?Well sensei, freeform requires no jutsu to be posted. It also gives you slightly more freedom when fighting. You can basically do anything (within reason) and it won't count as a move.
Regular kenjutsu requires you to post jutsu. It counts against your 3 jutsu per turn. It also however forces your opponent to respond in kind with their own jutsu.
Lovely. Now perform a downwards, vertical slash. My opponent will not have to respond with a jutsu.
