Description: This sword was originally created for the use of smoke ninjutsu users, but its full potential was realized as it underwent a massive overhaul in design and purpose to help in more general ways. By using its unique container like make up, along with its ability to separate and still function, this blade became a very useful and unique weapon. Hollow III is a large sword that is about the size of an average adult male. It is made out of hard tempered steel making it quite durable (Can be destroyed by S rank elemental attacks). Its general ability is that the blade is able to separate into 15 parts which can be operated up to mid-range of the user via mental command. Each part is the size of a small triangular box. Its edges are sharp enough to cut through objects; however, the different parts of the blade were modified to aid the user in greater ways.

System Ares -On command the user will release four parts from the main blade. Each part will attach to one of the user’s wrists, or one of the user’s ankles. Essentially they serve as ankle and wrist bracers. (This is possible as these parts are designed to open up, and close around the limbs. The container like design aids in this process.) Once the blade parts are attached to the user, they will begin to absorb the user’s chakra, but what makes this special is that the blade parts will store the chakra that was absorbed from the user for later use. When the user performs a taijutsu, or kenjutsu based technique, the blade parts will release the stored chakra back into the user to enhance the user’s physical abilities thus powering up the attack. To achieve a certain level of power, the user can choose to store more chakra over time to gain more power for a technique. For illustration, each turn while System Athena is activated, Hollow takes away 10 chakra points from the user which results in a +5 for taijutsu/kenjutsu. Now if the user does not use a taijutsu/kenjutsu based attack, or decides to build up the stored chakra rather than using it right away, the 10 chakra points absorbed remain in Hollow’s storage. Next turn, Hollow absorbs 10 more chakra points from the user and stores it within itself for later use. It now possesses a total of 20 points of stored chakra. If the user opts to use the 20 stored chakra points to augment an attack, the extra amount of chakra will result in +10 damage for said attack. The maximum amount of chakra that Hollow can store is 40 chakra points resulting in +20 damage for taijutsu or kenjutsu. After the maximum amount of chakra is stored, it begins to release excess chakra as it takes in more from the user keeping the max number at 40. (NOTE: The stored chakra can only be used for one technique per turn.) Since Hollow is constantly draining the user’s chakra, if a foreign chakra enters the user, thus entering Hollow, while System Athena is activated, the attached Hollow parts will cause a spike in the user’s chakra to remove the error in the system as it can only take in chakra from one person. (only works for genjutsu up to A rank).

System Athena-The user will summon up to 8 parts of Hollow III that will be used for defensive, or supplementary purposes. When System Aegis is activated, the user will allow them to absorb his chakra as he uses them as a medium to erect multiple barriers. The eight Hollow III parts will hover around the user and a 1 meter pink cuboid barrier will be erected around each blade. When the user is attacked he can use these cubed barriers to defend himself and maneuver them up to mid-range. Moreover, the user may also opt to use these barriers as a platform to escape hazardous terrain, or gain an advantage over the enemy. (The user is capable of standing on the barrier.) 1 barrier protects against a D rank technique. Two barriers protect against a C rank technique. 4 protects against B rank technique, and 8 protect against an A rank technique. Since the user is consistently fueling these parts with chakra the barriers will be erected once again should they be destroyed, albeit after 1 turn.

System Hades-System Hades consists of one part of Hollow III at its base. It is perhaps the most important part of Hollow. Part 0 is marked with the kanji symbol Rebirth, and is able to passively recreate a copy of a destroyed part of Hollow. Each replaced part will cost 10 chakra points, and only four parts can be recreated at one time. Recreating a destroyed part does not cost a move. Once system Hades is activated the process of recreation will not stop until all parts of Hollow III have been repaired.

Hoshi Jutsu: Shīshuposu no Fudōtokuna Kōi | Star Arts: Unholy Deeds of Sisyphus

Description: This technique focuses on the inherent abilities of a starfish to regenerate lost and damaged body parts and to grow a whole new starfish from a lost arm(ray).

Gainbirth: Once activated, a damaged starfish will begin to regenerate its lost body parts. The rank of a starfish and the rank of the damage done on it will determine how this technique is used. A summon will only be able to regenerate damage done by attacks of ranks lower than its rank. What this means is that a B rank starfish would be capable of regenerating only damage from C rank and below techniques; A rank summons can regenerate B rank damage and below; and S rank summons regenerate A rank damage and below. Only the boss summon will be able to regenerate damage equal to its rank. While regenerating, a starfish would be unable to perform any other techniques as this technique requires high level concentration on their part.

Rebirth: It can be used in two ways. One by the starfish and the other by the summoner.
Rebirth by Starfish: This technique is based on a very advanced ability the starfish summons have. When one of their arms is severed, a whole new, fully functioning starfish will grow from that severed arm. This newly grown starfish would normally have the same characteristics and looks as the starfish from whose severed arm it grew out of, similar to a clone. It takes one full turn for a new starfish to grow.
Rebirth by Summoner: When a starfish summon's arm is severed, the summoner may decide to summon a different starfish by mixing their own chakra with the remnant Star chakra in the arm which was severed. By using this method, the summoner will only need to spend half the chakra they would normally spend to summon a starfish. By summoning a new starfish with this severed arm, the user will use up the Star chakra within that arm, thereby terminating the possibility of a new starfish to grow from it via Rebirth by Starfish.

Declined: and I'll preface the explanation by affirming that techniques specific to Starfish regeneration are permissible, though you'll be obliged to have "Gainbirth" count as a move. Beyond "Gainbirth", the first variation of "Rebirth" requires further information pertaining to the resulting "clone". For example, is having the same characteristics and looks as the original inclusive of the clone possessing the same abilities and restrictions? If so, this "Rebirth" technique will ultimately be unusable in conjunction with any Starfish summoning restricted to being the only summoning on the field. Moving on, the alternate variation of "Rebirth" has little to actually do with regeneration or even notions of rebirth, though supposing it doesn't override restrictions on the preexisting or subsequent summonings, I'll likely allow it if a note is added.


Hitode Kuchiyose: Tsukisasa Megami Heruga | Starfish Summoning: The Impaled Goddess — Helga

Description: Helga belongs to the Brisingidae family under the order, Brisingida which are naturally deep-sea-dwelling starfish. Helga's inflexible circular disc is as large as the 2nd Mizukage's clam and she can comfortably carry at most six people on it. She has a bright orange colour and eighteen flexible arms which means she also has eighteen eyes. These arms can extend up to long range and are covered with several long, durably hard extendable and retractable spines which she can use to attack a target by stabbing, slashing, etc as an S-rank move. With the aid of her tube feet and flexible arms, Helga is able to move easily along even the most jagged terrains. The multiple spines she has all over her arms can also be used to give her added balance; by sticking them in the ground, she would not be easily pushed back by an opposing force. Her spines also serve as a trusty defence mechanism when required. They can protect her from attacks B rank and below, but can be broken if hit with two consecutive A ranks or one S rank technique. As the title preceeding her name implies, Helga is excessively vain. She is very proud of her spines, and this is often reflected in her speech. Helga uses her spines as a means to inject saponins into her unfortunate victims; even a slight prick or cut from her spines can deposit a large enough dose of saponins to cause swelling, numbness and paralysis within one turn. If she succeeds in injecting a target by stabbing them, the dosage of saponins will be enough to kill them in two turns. Helga, like all other starfish is capable of using all Star Arts and she can passively sense the presence of any form of water on the terrain.

Declined: though much closer to approval compared to the Starro summoning technique, there are two minor details to be altered and a reduction in ambiguity that especially needs to happen. The first minor detail is definitely minute, but in keeping with the approved contract, the number of rays should ideally be multiples of five. The second minor detail is the rate at which the dosage of saponin can kill the victim; the amount of turns before the opponent expires should be a bit higher than two. Now, neither of the two previously mentioned minor details, alone or together, warrant a decline, so the following bit requires the bulk of attention. Once again (in reference to Starro), there seems to be contradictory statements insofar as durability description is concerned. The spines can surely defend against B-rank techniques—that is fine, but the following sentence stipulates two consecutive A-ranks or one S-rank would be required to destroy them. Two A-ranks is equivalent to one S-rank, so any interaction with a single A-rank attack seemingly would be ineffective in spite of the spines only being stated to provide full protection from things up to and including B-rank attacks. Now, another important question: how many times can Helga's spines be broken before she is ultimately dispelled? Given an absence of anything to the contrary, I presume the summoning could theoretically do so indefinitely. In the end, I will permit Helga to tank one A-rank technique and no S-rank attacks without being dispelled. Coupled with the completed effects of the regeneration technique above, the damage threshold can be reset—this may be applicable for all Starfish summonings.


Hitode Jutsu: Minashigo no Shōsan | Starfish Arts: Orphan's Praise

Description: By releasing chakra into any of the starfish summoning seals engraved on their body, the user will summon a specific starfish organ in mass from said seal. It could be a mass of flexible starfish arms or a mass of sturdy spines. Either way, the organ will be used to attack or defend or supplemented during a battle to aid movement, grab hold of a target or whatever the user wishes as long as it is within the scope of the technique and reasonable sense. Using this technique will count as a regular summon on the part of the user, and count toward the limit of animals they can summon during a match. The organs summoned cannot be used as a means to inject saponins in a target, as that natural ability belongs only to a starfish summon.
✯ After using this technique, the user would be unable to summon an S rank starfish in the next turn.

Declined: if this is indeed counted as a summoning, why then does it have damage points in the generic template? The default damage ought to be "N/A", and then the description segment should properly account for how much damage the summoned organ(s) can deal and conversely, tank. Granted that the basis seems to be "Toad Mouth Binding", it should ideally mirror its status as an A-rank technique—not every contract-related technique needs to be S-rank.

(Genjutsu: Auto-Hada Taitoku) Illusionary Arts: Out of Body Experience
Type: Supplementary

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their opponents brain to put them under an illusion. In this illusion, they will feel themselves lift from their own body, in an astral projection style experience. While lifted from their body, in what would seem to be almost a spirit form to the target, they would be able to see themselves, as well as the terrain and others within it as it was at the time of the jutsu. Because of the mechanics of this jutsu, the target is left completely immobilized for the time they are under it. While watching from above, they will notice that the rest of the world has frozen in time, with no movement from anything.

Declined - you need a method to induce gen like handseals, a motion, a flash of light ect.

Description: The user first removes a blueprint for the layout of his creation he shows it to the opponent then he throws it high into the air. As the scroll flies the user performs 3 brief hand seals then slams his hand to the ground. Shortly following the pattern on the blue print takes form on the battlefield in the form of hundreds of hollow earthen columns, no bigger than 4 feet in height and diameter. Once the columns take form the user stands up and claps his hands channeling wind chakra into the blueprint which expands like a large carpet over the battlefield, the user clenches his fist causing the blue print to implode with intense wind pressure which travels directly into the ground causing the columns to rotate rapidly generating a constant circulation of different air flows which intercept each other making it near impossible for projectiles to travel in straight paths towards the opponent or the user. After this happens the blue print disappears but the columns remain and continue spinning, the columns can be moved via in order manipulate the air currents to be an advantage to the user. Due to how tightly aligned the columns are the air currents react to any column moving latching onto that moving column and moving in the same direction or pattern as that column. Like a link of chains following the lead chain. The user of this jutsu through knowing the pattern from the blue print also knows the pattern of the air currents.

Next the user reveals both to the opponent to taunt him, the kunai wedged between the finger, the user focuses chakra into one kunai then he launches the kunai straight at the opponent. As the kunai travels one hides within the shadow of the other, the kunai which is hidden is enhanced with chakra so when the next part of the attack comes it appear as an after image of the lead kunai. The user claps his hands together then the lead kunai suddenly drops to the ground, as it falls to the ground the main kunai shoots up and out of its shadow where it appears as a blur of the previous kunai before traveling on almost invisible to the naked eye.

Giving this jutsu the name 3 Legged or Ashi 3. The initial kick does the damage, the second kick or jolting of the foot does less while the last kick creates separation. The user within range of the opponent kicks upwards at the chin, by rotating the knee and other joints in that area, the user re-attacks swiping downward with the leg at the neck and shoulder area. For the last strike, the user rotates his body and pushes off of the opponent sending him back and creating separation. Creating Ashi 3, three kicks in one strike.

Description: The user will make 3 handseals and induce chakra in the brain of the opponent to trigger a genjutsu. As the the opponent is situated into the ground, he will slowly feel a certain attraction from matter around him, like trees or buildings. At first he will feel as if he is being slightly attracted towards a certain body with no real harm. But as the time continues, within the same turn, the pull becomes greater and greater, Until he or she perceives in the illusion that the gravitational pull of the object (e.g. a tree) is overcoming that of the earth, actually forcing them in that direction, making him believe he is being pulled. While this is active, he will not even be able to move a limb away from the objects sending the pull as the gravitational attraction will be that large. Objects with a larger mass, will of course have a larger pull that others, with a smaller mass. If the user is between 2 large masses that have about the same size, he will be seemingly stuck in the middle with both bodies pulling in the same amount of force.

Description: This technique showcases the usage of the wind release, in accordance to the users body and or objects which he might be carrying or is in constant contact with, like weapons. Once the contact with the specific object is maintained, or without the object needed, the user will have the wind from all around, stick closely to a desired location in the body or object, forming 3, very distinctive layers from one another. With the addition of each layer, the object becomes less visible, due to the light being refracted, until the technique is set or complete, and the object becomes entirely invisible, with just a few gusts of wind around it, indicating its existence, but not shape or clear ends in width and length. The 3 layers of wind, each have the same level of strength, being that of a strong B-Rank, but along with the same level of strength, they have very different properties from one another. The first layer, is the most versatile one, giving the said object a lot of strength and versatility equal to a B-Rank above their original versatility. In cutting edge weapons, this layer even further enhances their sharpness as well. The second layer, which can be seen once the first one is used, is a very instable one, which reacts to foreign stimuli, of a certain degree. While dust specs and little rocks might not be enough, a firm grasp, or increased pressure will fully ignite this instable layer, which will be released in 2 senses. Either an omnidirectional gust of wind, which has the strength of a strong B rank, strong enough to push back, even large summons, or a directed release, which creates an insanely strong gust of wind, comparable to Atsugai or pressure damage. Which one will be released, is dependent on the user, and of course, does not incorporate the place where the user is standing, but just the user. The 3rd layer is not particularly special, as it mostly serves for further increase of resilience, along with the fact that this allow the light to be refracted, in order for the weapon to be invisible to begin with. This layer, may be maintained for longer even after the technique supposedly runs out, simply by giving it 5 chakra point for each turn, lowering its initial power to a D Rank. The layers of wind, can all also at will, be released, one after the other, in one of the 2 aforementioned forms, or, you can very well release all the technique at once, releasing each of the layers, for a more potent and powerful release of the wind. The release of the layers, will count towards the usage limit.

‡ Declined ‡ There's a simpler and better way to do this. Split it into two layers rather than three. The layer which grants invisibility doesn't need to carry any defensive power and can essentially be unranked. The other layer can be S-Rank in strength and can possess both the sharpness quality and the ability to be released into a massive blast of wind (that can also carry slicing properties). Also, Atsugai is quite a destructive technique. It's worth mentioning that this is always released/angled away from the user to prevent them being harmed. If you don't like these suggestions, I can approve this as it is.

Description: This technique is primarily based on the effects of 2 general lightning techniques that being Blade Levitation and 16 Lightning Pillar Bind. By making one handseal the user will be releasing either an omnidirectional burst of lightning chakra or called a lightning impulse, or simply restrict it towards a certain direction which the user desires. The lightning impulse will be a sphere which reaches until mid range if it were to be omnidirectional. This lightning impulse could be perceived as a simple flash of light. This lightning impulse will travel through the earth or any stationary medium close-by within the range of the user. Once this special lightning impulse is released, in specific points of the battlefield, debris from the ground or other materials gather forming swords. The swords themselves can be made out of everything that the impulse encompassed, ranging from metals or weapons already present in the battlefield, earth, water ect. The moment one is created they focus themselves on the ground, standing sturdily into the ground.The number of the swords can vary greatly depending on the user’s desire, but the collective amount of lightning inside the swords adds up to S rank. The swords will seemingly be of all shapes, while they are made up of materials scattered in the battlefield, like existing weapons or raw materials, as well as different elements. It will all greatly depend on the environment and the materials existent all around. The blades will be medieval in design with a dual cutting edge and different guards and handles for each one. The swords will vary in size greatly dependent on the amount of chakra and number. The fewer blades, the greater the size will be ranging from one size which is the normal size for every blade, to the size of objects which can be equal to that of S Rank power and chakra amounts. The versatility of the blades will be comparable to normal weapons which have a small trace amount of chakra, comparing them to the harness of a kunai with an elemental affinity cloaked around it, in this case lightning. The blades will all have trace amounts of chakra which can react to the chakra which does not belong to the user. Once it comes into contact with other trace amounts of chakra, normal lightning effects will be applied on the person. The most versatile ability of the swords present on the battlefield though, is the fact how all blades which are created can be used by the user and controlled freely. Since there are trace amounts of chakra, the blades can be directed, controlled and even accelerated towards enemies as the user wishes. The total amount of blades which the user can control at once is limited to 8. After the technique ends, the blades created existent in the battlefield will still remain, but all their abilities, such as lightning charge and the ability to be manipulated are lost, they can simply be used as normal weapons with the force and durability of a normal kunai or sword.

‡ Declined ‡ I knew where this was going from the picture and the first line alone. Great technique but it needs to be refined and made more concise. Simplify this to a pulse of lightning sent through the ground that can affect anything solid or liquid that's in contact with it. There doesn't need to be a limit on the number of swords you can control at once. My main concern is you just need to define this more clearly. Does this gather debris together to form the swords or does it reshape existing entities like kunai? I can see this working seamlessly with water and dust/debris but with existing weapons, you'd need to use the lightning to "cut" them into that particular shape. State if you control these objects with hand gestures or mental commands.

Description: An heavily offensive orientated lightning attack. The user will concentrate their lightning chakra into the sky and release a barrage of lightning electrical branches aiming for the entirety of the opponents area, extending from their short range all the way to long. The user is best to stay a safe distance from these strikes, though short range around him is considered a safe zone due to the branches seemingly avoiding that area overall. The moment the branches touch the ground- all done at the same time, they will collide, conduct along the grounds surface, then re-direct themselves back up into the sky. Consider this a two way attack, attacking from above first, and then again from below. A projectile based technique, but unique enough to be considered a continuous attack like a streaming jutsu due to its clever planning of pattern attack, even if the user was the evade the first set of strikes, they must do so for the second set too. At the least, the opponent will be distracted and focused on evading/stopping the technique more then once.

Can not be used in consecutive turns

Declined - this is similar to a jutsu Mugiwara used on me years back

The new cycle starts on 24/07/2016 (at 12.23pm GMT +1) and ends on 31/07/2016. The thread will be closed up to a week so we can check any remaining submissions and then it will be re-opened.

Rules of all upcoming cycles
1) Checking will happen throughout the week rather than at the end. Only make your submission when its complete as its liable to being checked there and then. No need to rush like crazy to submit your stuff since as you've seen, we check things in a random order.

2) To avoid clutter you're only allowed to make one post. This means if your post is checked and it only contains one technique, you cannot make another post to submit additional techniques. If you wish to submit the full three techniques, I suggest you post them all in one post when all of them are ready.

3) Of course this means resubmissions in the same cycle are no longer allowed.

4) You cannot edit your post if even one of your techniques has been checked by a moderator.

5) Techniques I deem too long for no reason will be declined automatically.

6) If you get a decline don't VM, PM or IM any mods about it. We've been pretty relaxed with the red rule but a lot of people have been taking advantage lately. ALso, the blue rule will be enforced from now on, no need to tell us what to check, we will read the cjs, bold the changes. Any bits telling us what you've changed ect will result in auto declines.

Description: As we know one of the path of the rinnegan, Asura Path is the ability to augment their body and the limits are the user's imagination. Nagato had always wondered about how will he live longer then a usual man and with the ability of Asura Path, he may have an answer. Through the use of Asura Path, Nagato is capable creating smaller then human eyes can see (nanoscale) that will be created and flow through his whole body. Asura Path is capable of creating such a technologically advanced equipment through these small sentient "nanocytes" or nanites that he is able to re-create and augment any organs within his body. Muscles, liver, kidney, heart, skin, bones, etc. if they ever become injured or go into failure, these sentient nanites will restore the organ. The way he's capable of achieving this is through manipulating each sentient nanites within his body to perform a certain job. If it's for to create a mechanized muscle within his arm or within his heart, the nanites will augment and adapt to the rest of the cells. To create an arm because it was cut off. Not only he's capable of recreating any organs within his body into their prime state but he's capable to increasing their output. For example, Nagato may use his nanites to recreate his bicep which was cut off and he may also create additional fibers through imputing of metal nanites into his muscles to increase his strength and speed or toughen his skin by implementing nanites within it or replacing his bones with nanites to strengthen his bones. However, these nanites can become harmful or helpful too upon indirect contact with another shinobi, causing the exact or the opposite of what is being described above. Once this technique activated, it will lay dormant. These nanites are created before hand and upon delivered trauma, they spring into action to recreate or damage the parts.

Description: This is a variant of the cannon "Blocking Technique Absorption Seal" where this technique allows the user to absorb techniques further then his reach by channeling their chakra into a pre-existing chakra rod in the distance. By channeling their chakra into a chakra receiver rod, a barrier expands from the rod and absorbs foreign chakra on contact. A barrier extended from the chakra rod which reaches onto short range follows the terms of the cannon absorption seal. While the barrier erected from a chakra rod extending to mid-range may absorb multiple techniques at one time within a timeframe, the long range can only absorb only one technique. As it forms around the intended area, the intended technique will be absorbed and have the chakra spin within the user's opposite direction. Hence the mid and long range barrier is not as focused as the previous barrier, it will not seal just any chakra regardless of any shape or nature transformation. As the previous Absorption Seal is capable to absorb anything, mid and long range version may only absorb anything that is within the barrier and related to the elements (fire, water, earth etc.) because it's not as focused and concentrated. This technique follows the limits and regulations of the cannon Blocking Technique Absorption Seal.

Declined - you need to say while using this you have to focus on this and can't use other jutsu, otherwise it helps you bypass a major drawback. After the user extends a black receiver from any part of his body, the user is able to morph their black chakra rod into various tools, with the shaping of the tools being only limited by the users imagination. things such as kunais, shurikens, pillars, swords, spheres, fences, giant hammer, shields, etc. These tools can be used for defensive purposes against attacks to intercept them, offensive use to make tools to attack/restrict the opponent. If the opponent ever to come in contact with one the black items, it will hinder their movements and completely paralyze them if come into contact with multiple. If the user is able to make a strong enough connection with the opponent through his chakra items, he may control their movements but only if they're a rank lower. The black chakra rod stays on par with elemental techniques. Every changes to a pre-existing chakra rod requires an expense of the user's chakra by +10. Depending on the severity of the technique, the user may increase the rank by one but only 3 times per battle.

Description: Once the user activated Asura Path, the user grows a rather large in size machinery arm from one of his shoulder with an already premade extremely wide hilt on the end of the arm. Another arm grows from the user's chest and the user's back to hold such a massive hilt. The arms and hilt may be done in the same time as Asura Path being activated and lay dormant until the sword needed. The rather huge in size bright red mechanical arms is covered in Kanji God symbols for cosmetic purposes. Once the arms grew out of the user, the user channels enormous amounts of chakra into the hilt creating a massive beam of chakra shooting out and reforming into a bright red giant laser sword made up of pure chakra. Once the beam of chakra reformed in a laser sword, the size rivals that of a sword of Totsuka, being able to slice massive structures in half with a swipe. Due to the size of the sword, it moves relatively slow. Incase of emergency, the sword may form into a sphere around the user erecting from the hilt and causing severe burning and cutting upon contact.

While in this state the user is immune (remains completely undamaged like the Third Raikage) to A-Rank and below techniques of neutral elements/abilities (S-Rank and below of elements weak to Steel, B-Rank and below for elements strong to steel). This technique transforms everything on the user’s body or person into steel including their clothes, weapons and seals. Seals remain usable, the sealing script simply becomes as hard as the user’s body in this state. Even when the user merges with techniques via abilities like Kindess of Kay or Arrogance of Agravain, the seals will not be disturbed or compromised. They will also “rise” to the skin/surface of the user’s new/merged body to retain their usability. Due to transforming into steel, for the duration of this technique the user loses all of the disadvantages associated with a biological body (e.g. paralysis, poisons and feeling pain). They will still be capable of moving, performing handseals, placing seals on their transformed body and molding chakra/using techniques as well as anything they were capable of before the transformation. Description: This technique can only be used during Glory of Galahad. While transformed, the user will activate an ability not unlike Kindness of Kay. His metallic body will become a "void" or more accurately a "black hole" as the user becomes capable of passively "absorbing" and incorporating other structures of steel into his being. This ability is activated when contact is established with an entity made of steel (technique-made or devoid of chakra). The user will then merge with the entity as seen with many Earth Release techniques, the only difference being it enters the user’s body rather than vice versa. Due to this, the user can only merge with things equal to or smaller than them in size. Essentially, they will be incapable of applying this ability to anything that exceeds their body in size. When used on a weapon or tool (such as kunai, shuriken, swords, etc), the structure will pass into their body and lay dormant for the most part until the user wishes to call it up. The user can passively release the entity at any time e.g. if it’s a sword, the user can bring it forth from any point on their body at any time. Depending on whether the user merges with a technique or an object devoid of chakra, the effects of this technique will vary. Merging with steel structures devoid of chakra will only increase the user's size while it remains in their body and offer no additional benefits, barring the previously mentioned ability to release the weapon/tool at any time. When the user merges with a technique, there will be a few additional benefits. If the user merges with a sentient creation such as the Knights created in Steel Release: Knights of the Round Table, the user will gain the abilities of the aforementioned technique while active. If a technique has lasts for a duration shorter than Galahad, it will be passively maintained inside of their body until Galahad ends while merged/combined with the body. For example, if Galahad lasts for four turns and Knights has three turns left, the duration of Knights will last until Galahad ends while the two are combined. This passive maintenance essentially means techniques which previously required active maintenance, chakra to sustain or those which restricted the user's elements/abilities will no longer require or do so. However, the main benefit imparted by the assimilation of techniques is the defensive boost it provides. Each technique the user merges into their body will bolster Galahad's immunity by 20 damage points. The user can only merge with a technique once per turn and cannot use this on the opponent's steel. This merging will also boost the potency of all of the user's future steel jutsu by +10 per technique merged with/absorbed. However, use of this technique comes with a grievous drawback and renders the transformation into steel irreversible. This means when Galahad ends, the user will become an inanimate statue (effectively killing him). This technique will always last a minimum of four turns and so if Galahad has one, two or three turns remaining, it's duration will be extended accordingly. For example if Galahad has two turns left, it's duration will be extended by two turns. If Galahad has one turn left, it's duration will be extended by three turns.

Declined - so the boosting just needs to say + 1 rank to defensive. I wont allow it to extend durations for such things. There is just too much that can be done with such stacking of abilities. I know you say you die, but 4 turns with this, absorb one F rank steel jutsu with epic potential? Or use a steel jutsu where you convert something even more useful to steel.

Then, the user will summon 5 pillars of fire hot enough to instantly incinerate objects it touches, which then all meet together above the user's position. Using shape manipulation, the user will form a large dragon head from the pillars of fire that can be controlled by the user at will. Upon the user's command, the dragon will lunge towards the target at incredible speed. The fire that composes the dragon is intangible, but by forming a single hand seal, the user can trigger a large explosion which will decimate anything caught within its range. Due to the size of the technique, the explosion should not be triggered within short range of the user, or they will be caught within the explosion as well.

The wings themselves span 7 ft across and have 2 purple/black medium sized, condensed orbs of dark chakra at the center of each of them making a total of 4 orbs. The orbs located on each wing can be shot off one at a time or multiple at a time, and with simply hand gestures of the user they can be controlled how the user sees fit. Upon impact, the orbs have enough force behind them to break bones, rupture organs, and knock the opponent backwards as the orb(s) erupt into a maelstrom of violent flames that reach up to short range, but have S-Rank power. With the wings being made of dark chakra they carry a similar ability to 'Dark Release: Inhaling Maw' but on a stronger level allowing them to absorb jutsus following the strengths & weaknesses of Dark Release A-rank and below(B-rank water based jutsus & no affect on earth based jutsus), by having the user move either wing or both to face the on coming jutsu. This of course would cost a move from the user doing so. If the user does absorb a jutsu using the wings they are able to use that chakra to either fuel other dark related abilities or form more dark orbs on the wings when one or more have been used up. Though the user is only able to reform the orbs once after that they can no longer make any more.

Description: This is a simple fuin tag that is in the form of a mark around the user's tool, weapon, objects that are metallic in nature. Because most of this metals are prone to be manipulated by someone who has affinity for them, e.g: Kunai made of steel or iron would be able to be manipulated by someone who has the iron or steel kg. Thus the sealing formulae inscribed with the kanji "Sacred" only serve to protect the metallic tool/object by reacting to and sealing foreign chakra meant to infuse the said object.
The seal is passively applied to each and every metallic tools/object/weapons the user has and the seal activates only 2 times to seal an infusion then the sealing formulae vanishes from the tool.

Declined - you have a weird way of working this. It's as simple as saying it blocks and absorbs chakra that is designed to take control of the weapon. Passive to apply is a no, and this would only work against B rank jutsu.

Description: This is a simple fuin tag that is in the form of a mark around the user's tool, weapon, objects that are metallic in nature. Because most of this metals are prone to be manipulated by someone who has affinity for them, e.g: Kunai made of steel or iron would be able to be manipulated by someone who has the iron or steel kg. Thus the sealing formulae inscribed with the kanji "Sacred" only serve to protect the metallic tool/object by reacting to and sealing foreign chakra meant to infuse the said object. In other words, the seal blocks and absorbs chakra that is designed to take control of the weapon.
The seal is applied to each and every metallic tools/object/weapons the user has which must be posted at the begining of the battle and cost a move slot and the seal activates only 1 time to seal an infusion then the sealing formulae vanishes from the tool. This however, only blocks A-rank and below foreign infusion.
Note: Would not apply to weapons created by the weapon clone jutsu.

Declined - this looks like the same jutsu but you can hold it in place. More of an update than new jutsu. But with this and the other, you can use a pulse one turn then this kind of barrier the next, and constantly stop all lightning whcih i don't like. They need to have a shared cool down in this case.

The technique does no empower the mud jutsu but only meant to steal chakra from the opponent and feed it back to the user. This however, won't work on senjutsu chakra since the moment the mud drains the senjutsu chakra, the mud petrifies into solid rock and the chakra is truncated from getting back to the user.

Description: In this weapon, there are a total of three pieces of steel in which are all linked through Rebekah's chakra. The first pieces of steel are two fangs in which are bolted permanetly over the both of her canine teeth. These pieces of steel are colored white and resemble real teeth. The bolts in which lock the fangs into place are very small and unnoticable, giving off a very realistic look. The steel teeth are very sharp and average in size. Being made from steel makes them very durable and strong. For more or less, the teeth are basically just for looks.

The third and last small piece of steel is a ring in which is worn around Rebekah's desired finger, in which being her middle finger. They call this ring, "The Daylight Ring". The ring is connected to the steel fangs by Rebekah's chakra, as the pieces of metal are all in contact with her body. This allows the steel pieces to all be linked to eachother. The ring has a big blue stone on the front and is designed with indestructable oak wood in which comes from the first oak tree to ever exsist.

As the legends say, there are only a few daylight rings in ecsistence and are only possessed by those who need it. It is said to protect the user from the sun and those who wander under it. The rings can only be made by rare rogue ninjas whom call themselves Witches. The legends mention that if the user is stabbed with a stake made by the oldest and original white oak tree, that the ring will prove to be useless. Witches believe that there must be a balance in nature, so they made sure to lace every ring with polished designs made out of the oak. This brought balance upon the ring. The ring is covered with the only thing that can render it useless. The Witches made the oak indesructable so that the user could not remove it, bringing unbalance to the world.

The only elements in which the steel pieces are able to manipulate are Wind and Fire. Inside of Rebekah's mouth, the left fang holds control over fire and the right fang has control over the wind. The ring posseses both elements and acts as the base.

Everytime the ring is used, it heats up, releasing harmless streams smoke in which dissapear nearly instantly. This occurs because of the burning wood. The ring never overheats as the wind manages to balance out the coolness of the ring.

Also, while using her ring, it's optional for some of Rebekah's chakra clots around her eyes. This causes vein like structures to appear. The veins appear reddish because of the heat and fire chakra. This is just for looks and doesnt affect anything.

First off, the small ring is able to perform sensory. The way it works is that the ring will pick up any ripples or changes to the air/wind all around the battle field by sending out passive chakra pulses in the form of harmless and invisible radio-like waves of wind in which pick up any movements in which plan to go unnoticed. This includes underground as the earth has pores. Once it picks up a secret movement, the ring sends the results through the users chakra and to the steel teeth in which become sensitive and cold, alerting the user of a surprise to come. Basically, the ring acts as a medium, telling the teeth whats going on. However, it is -10 chakra each time sensory is used.

The three pieces of steel can amplify the speed of all wind and fire techniques that she performs. The ring will amplify any techniques created by the her limbs, while the teeth will speed up any technique leaving her mouth. If a wind or fire technique is long ranged, it will travel as if at medium ranged. Medium ranged as if at short range. Short ranged techniques however will be performed with just enough speed so that the opponent is unable to sidestep or evade the technique. They must find a way to use a fast counter. That is the speed in which all wind and fire techniques will be amplified at.

In addition to speeding up Fire and Wind techniques, she can slow down Earth, Lightning and Water techniques. As well as Taijutsu. An explanation to how this is plausible, is that her daylight ring heats up after being used, burning the immortal oak in which laces around it, constantly releasing carbon dioxide into the air by the smoke of the ring. This means that the air surrounding her becomes her playground. Once the opponents attack reaches short range, the air around the technique will tighten and wiegh down its movement, as the three elements and taijutsu have solid-like features. However, in order for this all to be possible, Rebekah must of used her ring at least one time during her battle, that way the Carbon Dioxide, no matter how little, is already in the atmosphere around her. This action happens naturally and will take up a move slot each turn it's used. As for limitations, Rebekah cannot speed up and slow down moves during the same turn

Declined - first of all, don't put so many images and gifs in your posts please, they are not all needed. And so much story for a ring lol. Sensory is a no like that. Speeding up wind and fire jutsu is a no. And slowing down jutsu is a no. The way you explained it all isn't logical in the RP..

Description: A stronger version of Lightning release: roaring earth. The user forms the ram handseal and concentrates their lightning chakra all throughout their body. Once the target is within close range, the user slams one hand on the ground, releasing a significant amount electricity along the ground and is shot upward below the targets feet in the form of a much larger vertical column of electricity. The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down. Furthermore, instead of slamming one hand on the ground, the user can choose to focus the technique into a weapon and throw them into the ground near the target and release it from there. The weapon is not usable for close-combat and is best suited once the target is distracted or restrained. The column has a 3 meter radius and when formed into a weapon it is shaped like how Sasuke forms chidori into a spear or a blade. After looking over the ability of the earth/lightning release: demolition man, the creator of this technique was able to incorporate its special “security system” to the ascending earth technique to counter enemies that the user may not be aware of and enter during a one on one fight. This done by creating a weapon (preferably throwing knives and a max. of 3) made of pure lightning chakra and throwing them across and around the user. When an enemy(s) is in short-range, the weapons will transmit the lightning, causing the weapons pierced in the ground to lose their form and shock the enemy(s). The weapons last until an enemy(s) gets within short-range to trigger them.

The genjutsu brings forth the memories of those the opponent has killed in their time, the bodies of the deceased rise from the earth around the opponent and smother him, clawing at his eyes and body, the first grabbing the opponents feet and holding him in place. The longer this genjutsu is in place the stronger its effects become. The genjutsu creates an incredible amount of mental stress and its effects include paralysis through shock. The scratching of the eyes, although illusionary would create soreness and watering in the actual eye.
The rank of this genjutsu is based upon the number of 'wins' on the opponents biography. 1-2 being C-rank, 3 being B rank, 4-5 wins an A rank and anything above 5 wins being an S-ranked genjutsu
- Opponents biography must have specified their amount of 'wins' for this genjutsu to work.

Description: This is a genjutsu technique in which the users chakra connects with the limbic system of the opponent and brings forth memories from the past with a two handseal sequence. Inside the illusion, the opponent will see the user disappear in a cloud of smoke as if they had created a clone, or used the transformation technique. Once the smoke clears, the user appears to have been replaced by a victim of the opponents past, with the opponent feeling whatever pain and other effects that they had inflicted on the memory bought forth to them. An example of this genjutsu's effects would be bringing forth an enemy whom the opponent had removed an arm from in the past, the illusion standing before them would be in the state that the opponent had left them and the opponent would lose the feeling in the decapitated limb. This would be the same with legs. A decapitated memory would have the opponent lose use of their senses. The victim can be made to interact with the opponent however the user wishes, although they cannot inflict physical pain.
- User must provide a link to the opponents battle with the victim in question.

Description: This is a special and unique type of sound jutsu. Not suited for battle (But if the user wishes, he can activate/have it activate during battle. Normally used as a method similar to a lie detector test but on a much larger and and calm scale. The user will first make their hearing sensitive to vibrations and beats while also increasing their hearing by a large portion. This is used so the user can hear other people heartbeats with ease. By doing this, it would be as if the heart is talking to the user through the heartbeat. Allowing the user to even know their emotional state through the rhythm of their heart beat. While also telling through fluctuations to tell whether they are lying or not. The only drawback about this technique is that loud noise can damage the ear canals.

Note: This jutsu is used for rp purposes mainly but can be used in battle if they so wish

Declined - although you're right the heartbeat does change, it has a million different reasons for changing. No the same change in the beat that you get when someone is lying can be similar to someone having a heart mumur, or being on drugs ect. But to truely understand the workings of the heart you'd need med training.

Description: The psycho blades are a pair of gloves created specifically for the assassins of the ninja world. With stealth and discretion in mind, the creator specifically made the gloves equipped with a retractable dagger that is located inside the forearm of the gloves, and are extended and retracted with the clenching of the users fist. Because the daggers are located on the forearm of the user, handhelds are no hindered. The gloves themselves are ordinary enough in appearance, a pair of red finger less gloves that are attaches to a device on the users forearm. The daggers are a little more special, forged using a a special type of metal, the blades react well when in contact with chakra, and are able to be coated without causing any harm to the daggers. When coated with chakra the daggers have a pinkish hue to them and extend about 5 inches longer than the physical blade. When coated in chakra, the blades are able to cut through A rank and below physical attack such as earthen and water projectiles. Coating the daggers in chakra costs 30 chakra each turn.

Declined - you need to say if it's just roar chakra that coats then, does it gain shape manipulation, is it on par with elements? What happens if fire or lightning hits the gloves? What can destroy the gloves? What protection do they give your hands?

Description: Earth is an element known for it's dexterity and resilience, though in great clashes there are exceptions to it's fortitude. By adding a handseal to an Earth technique, the user would insert their chakra into the move in question. Once their chakra has been inserted, the energy would materialize into a glob of mud that remains dormant and has no effect until the structure is negated or broken. When shattered, the adhesive liquid from within explodes violently, ensnarling everything within range (short). The mud itself carries parasitic like properties, and upon touching an object (tangible or intangible) or person with foreign chakra, the substance begins to sap it's strength by absorbing it's chakra, weakening it by twenty. Upon a person, the mud does the same, but instead of merely siphoning their chakra, it hardens as well, restricting their movements in there entirety. For insurance, when the mud happens upon the user himself, it collects into small spheres and runs of their clothing (i.e, like how water does when adversed with waterproof material). This technique is only usable three times, and requires a turn cooldown in between it's usage, also, because of it's nature, it can be activated instantly and in the same timeframe as the technique it's used in conjunction with, costing a move per turn.

Declined - For one the mud in the middle of a earth jutsu has been done before. Two chakra absorbing mud? Not seeing this as possible. Clashes with jutsu from mud release too.

Description: Common knowledges suggests that Earth is one of the most versatile elements. It's durability and usage as both a defense and an offense makes it a formidable element within the heat of battle. In an attempt to restrict the manipulation of the ground in it's entirety, the user will form the seal of Confrontation before placing one of their hands on the surface. By doing so, they will conjure the Kanji for the word Solitude (孤) that's strategically placed on the battlefield. This seal acts a container for all chakra that's inserted into the ground in an attempt to shift it's original design for defenses and offenses a like. When the opponent inserts their chakra, the seal glows with a light burgundy hue, and collects the chakra before it can distort the terrain to their desires. The seal itself lasts for a total of four turns, and can only be used three times, each time it's used, it requires a single turn to cooldown before it can used again.

Declined - make it clear it's limits of how it works. And for a single seal up to long range to stop the opponent using earth like this? Lasting 4 turns. Tone it down. It doesn't fit the levels of the current Rp.

Description: In life there is a fine line between living and nonliving things. The actual characteristics of what makes something alive is pretty ambiguous, but there have been a few set guidelines of what makes something considered to be alive. So far a few characteristics are already being associated with all living organisms and they are: Metabolism, Organization , Reproduction, and Response. Even though the previous list is mainly associated with living organisms it is also possible for something such as fire to share characteristics associated with living beings. For example, a fire has the ability to grow if you add wood or wind to it which would increase its intensity. Overall, it just shows that it is possible for non-living organisms to share characteristics of the living. This weapon is essentially a special type of enhanced gloves worn on the user’s hands. By wearing the gloves it gives the user a special connection to the jutsu they perform giving them certain qualities. When using the gloves to perform a jutsu it acts as a medium to enable the user the ability to enhance their techniques by giving it a property of a living organism which would act as a way to further bring their jutsu in a sense to life. Each of the four characteristics listed below are what properties the user is able to give one of their jutsu, each one having a specific power.

Metabolism: Metabolism is the chemical reactions in an organism that enables it the ability to do ordinary jobs such as moving or growing. It provides the necessary nutrients in order to survive in the world. When the user activates this mode it gives their techniques a sort of Metabolism. In the manga we saw how Kisame’s jutsu “Water Release: Great Shark Bullet” had the unique property to “eat” enemy techniques, and in a sense grow stronger. In a way it resembles how a person is capable of eating to get the energy needed for daily activities. Basically all of the users jutsu performed through this mode are capable of eating through enemy jutsu, and in a sense grow stronger. Though similarly to how a person is only able to take in so much food at one time, this technique is only capable of effecting jutsu one rank lower than the one used. For example, an B-rank could only absorb a C-rank and so on. It however only works on S-rank jutsu of the user and for each successfully absorbed jutsu the technique being used gains +10 damage. There is an another version of this mode where the user is able to have it so that as long as the user's jutsus are in contact the enemy’s jutsu they lose -10 damage per turn on contact while the user’s jutsu remain the same.

Organize: This simply means that an organism has what it takes in order to maintain their structure and function. Usually cells are the complex Organisms that have the necessary Organization in order to maintain their existence. In the case of the users jutsu they will be given the ability to Organize their structure according to what the user wants. What is meant by this Organization is that the user will be able to give their jutsu a certain type of add on to the jutsu they are performing. Basically an add on is simply additions added on to them such as such spikes or pillars protruding inches off the technique. For example, with a Fire Ball jutsu it would be possible for the user to produce spikes or hands of flames off of the technique to be used along with the jutsu. Any additionally parts added to the user's jutsu can be manipulated at their will. An extra thing about the properties being given is that they can extend up to Short-range if wanted from the jutsu. In the same time frame as when the jutsu is being used the user is able to create the additional part of the jutsu. Up to four different add on can be added to a jutsu meaning the user could only create up to four spikes on a jutsu as an example. If controlling an add on a turn after its creation it will count as one of the user's move next turn.

Response: Response is basically how something reacts when it is in presence of another factor. Like how a person pulls their hand away from a fire in a hurry is a sign of irritability. It gives them a way of knowing what is harmful and what is good for them. In a way with this mode active it gives their jutsu a sort of sentient mind allowing it to know good from bad. Basically gives the technique the ability to move around on it’s own even after the user has launched the jutsu. The jutsu is not stuck to a fixed location or target anymore once the user has used this mode. Though a technique can only move around for a certain limited amount of time which would be two turns at the most while another jutsu cannot be affected while the current one is affected. While using for extended periods it takes up one of the user’s moves each turn. Also, sustained jutsu such as a flame sword or anything of the sorts have it programmed in them to protect the user and can do so by moving on its own to protect them. While jutsu is affected by this mode the user can only use jutsu of that same elemental nature. Another property of it is how since it can move on its own the user can manipulate their jutsu to dodge or avoid jutsu with a fixed direction but needs to be feasible and reasonable because it couldn’t dodge a wide range attack.

Reproduction: Essentially reproduction is when an offspring is produced from either one parent or two. When dealing with one parent the offspring is usually identical to the original with the same amount of genetic information. When this mode is active it allow the user the choice to split their techniques in half in order to create an exact copy of the jutsu in use. The risk of using this technique is that the jutsu which is being copied loses half of its strength meaning that if it was an S-rank technique each copy would be equal to an A-rank technique and so on. Jutsu are only able to be split up to two times with divided strength. As the jutsu is being split in half it can happen at any point after which the jutsu was first created. Once the user splits the technique it can appear just about anywhere off of the original technique.With the technique now copied the user can manipulate the copied versions to attack in a different direction than the original while the original continues in its given direction.

Description:To begin the user will form three hand seals and focus their chakra into the air in an area of their choice but at least 5m away from the opponent. By doing so they form a small flat disc of pure lightning, this disc possess a single function that revolves around offensive jutsu that occur after its creation. For whenever the user would form or release an offensive jutsu at a target the disc would automatically launch a single focused spear of lightning at the target (A ranked in power) which has great piercing properties. The disc will continue to do so for each offensive jutsu the user employs until it ends or is destroyed(Max of 2 spears per turn). The disc passively takes a constant toll on the users chakra to retain its energy and angle itself at its target.

Declined - you're using extreme shape manipulation while this is active to control the disc to stay in place like that. So really it doesn't make sense for you to not use lightning while this is active, you should only be able to use lightning as you don't have y/y

Along with the chakra a plethora of chakra strings are being forced together creating a medium sized ball consisting of chakra strings. Once the ball has been formed it will take the appearance of a light ,blue ball due to it consisting of chakra strings. The main thing the user will due with the ball is throw it at a target like a baseball. Once the ball has made contact with a target the ball will erupt into wide array of chakra strings which begin to encircle the enemy wrapping them up with a powerful binding strength.Works by taking advantage of the force and strengh chakra threads have when they are pulling objects such as puppets. The target will become so wrapped up in the chakra strings that they will be unable to be seen as they are covered in hundreds of chakra threads. The chakra strings cause the target to be wrapped up with tremendous force. Once contact with the target has been made they wrap them up in a binding force so strong that it will pierce right through their flesh and crush them which can severely hurt them as well as cause death. The initial effect of the jutsu will pierce the enemy with a bone crushing force of wires. If wanted the user can also perform a single hand seal to activate the ball if it is currently in Mid-air. Also, when it activates it can encompass everything surrounding where it erupted up to Short-range if wanted or just manipulate so that it is just a full body wrap of said person or object.

Declined - you actually are straying too far from use the of actual puppets. The puppet strings are used to control and manipulate puppets or people, to just have them bind isn't very puppet like, don't you think? At this point it could jsut be normal chakra users doing this.
