Description: The user gathers a great amount of silicon sand from the ground, or from an existing source of silicone sand, and sends it towards the target as a gigantic wave of silicone sand. The user can manipulate the form of the wave and slightly change it's trajectory, by using the chakra infused in the silicone sand.

Description: The user raises silicone sand from the ground or an existing source of silicone sand. This creates a storm of silicone sand, which whirls around like a sand storm would. The storm makes it harder for the opponent to move, because of the great amounts of Silicon constantly hitting his body and slowing him/her down one rank. The storm makes it much harder for the opponent to use any of his senses, because of the masses amount of sand constantly disturbing every action. The silicone sand will not come any closer than half a meter to the user because of the chakra connection they share. The user can track the opponent and all beings inside the storm by using the chakra infused with the silicone sand to detect movements. The storm also acts as the Hidden Mist jutsu. The user has more visibility in the storm. The opponent and 3T sharingan sers can`t see through the storm because of all the chakra inside the strom.

Description: This technique has the third most handseals required having 43 in total trailing only by one after Water Release: Water Dragon Missile and 12 behind Plasma Release: Solar Nightmare. The user creates an orb in their palm that resembles a star in its White Dwarf stage, surrounded by small but continuous bolts of lightning, allowing it to be used on its own as a melee-ranged weapon similar to the Rasengan or Chidori techniques. This small star is very hot causing the opponent to feel the heat waves before they are even in range of the technique and will burn through whatever it makes contact with. But it's true power lies in the fact that the orb is able to expand in the users palm to that that rivals Sage Mode's Massive Rasengan, hence why the user must use so many seals to activate and control the technique.

Description: The ultimate technique of all known Plasma Release techniques, it requires a staggering amount of Chakra to use as well as skill and time enough to perform its demanding fifty-five hand seals. Including the aforementioned, the user must have utilized the Plasma Release: Star Summoning Cosmic Body Creation. After doing so the user sends the Star into the sky and begins the hand seals after while doing so the user concentrates all of their Chakra into the star that they created causing it to expand into a larger size. Their Chakra takes on the role of matter, and coverges on the star eventually causing it to collapse. When the star collapses it becomes a supernova, imploding in on itself and creating a devastating shockwave that will eradicate or destroy anything within 12 kilometres. The technique is not only extremely powerful but highly dangerous. The user must be within the 12 kilometers range to use the technique and out-running the shockwave is highly difficult. The toll on the physical body is also problematic and can kill the user by the sheer expenditure of Chakra.

While the lightning fires forth like branching arcs it stays within an invisible cone that extends outwards, predicted by the size of the user's palm. If the target is caught within the cone-of-lightning they will be continually electrocuted keeping them in place as the electrons bond with the electrons in the opponent's body. An outside force, or the technique ending, is required for a caught target to escape.

Description: The user will focus their chakra gathering carbon around them into a a single place to create an Chimera made of carbon, much like how deidara can make clay creatures. The user can control the structure of the carbon beast to either make them nearly as hard as diamond, or as soft as graphite. This chimera is the pretty big, and is large enough for 2 people to ride on it's back. It is able to control carbon itself and use carbon jutsu. It's wings are specially formed so that it can fly. The user can make this chimera anyside up to 20 feet tall.

Note: Can only create one Chimera per useage

Description: The user will perform 2 handseals slamming their hands oin the ground performing a summoning jutsu to summon a gourd of caramel. This is a gourd of caramel link Gaara's sand gourd on his back. This caramel gourd is full of a liquid form of caramel which the user carries around with them all the time and is constantly infused with the users chakra. This liquid caramel can be reformed to make hard caramel attacks or it can be heated up and reformed and stretched. Much like gaara's sand, this Caramel can be used for attacks or defence that require a caramel source by the user at any time. The caramel is linked to the user and will come to there defence, as it is infused with the users chakra but this counts as one of the users 3 moves per turn. It can keep up with up to 3rd gate speed or sage mode users, and can block S ranks and below.

Note: The defencive ability can only be used once ever 2 turns and only used 5 times per battle
Note: The defencive ability counts as a jutsu.

This will leave a layer of caramel in its path if it isn't stopped. This tsunami is made of liquid caramel, but the user can perform an addition handseal to harden most of the caramel making it like a landslide of caramel. The size of the tsunami of caramel is proportional to how much chakra the user uses to increase its size, much like swamp of the underworld. It can range from being 5 feet high to 50 feet high.

They will then control the carbon creating a 8 small carbon pyramids that are arranged in a formation to make a the 8 corners in a cube. These 8 pyramids are hand sized and each have a small seal on each of them. The user will then focus their chakra into each of these seals which will then connect creating a cube barrier of chakra between these seals. The barrier can be formed on the outside of the pyramids or the inside. This barrier can only be broken by attacks of the same rank as it or by destroying any of the pyramids. Nothing can get in or out of this barriers until it's destroyed.

Interesting Question considering this is a Naruto based RP there are many things you could ask this question about.....Such as

How does Sasuke and Kakashi not get electrocuted by their Chidori and Raikiri? How does Torune not get killed by his own Nanite Bugs? How does Haku meld with his Ice? How is A and Third Raikage not electrocuted by their Lightning Armour? How does Darui not get electrocuted by his Black Lightning?

Easy answer to all of them.....it's called Fiction. So I am going to resubmit the technique as is with just 1 minor note.

(SakuzenHyouton: SakuzenHyou Nano-Suishou) Dry Ice Release: Dry Ice Nano-Crystals

Description: The user cover's his hands, or his entire body in billions of nano dry ice crystals which radiate a small fog off of where they are. After the nano-crystals are on his hands or entire body all the user has to do is have physical contact with the opponent to quickly begin and completely freezing that location. If they have contact on the opponents clothing the nano-crystals will continue to freeze that area of the clothing if not the entire location. But if the user manages to make contact onto the opponents bare skin they will freeze that body part very quickly, due to the fact that Dry Ice is colder than regular ice, and because of the fact that it would quickly spread due to the human body consisting of mostly water it would freeze that limb or location at a very rapid pace.
Note: Can only be used twice
Note: Must wait two turns after using it to use it again.
Note: Can only be taught by Zanji to use this.
Note: Cannot use any Dry Ice techniques after this has been used both times.
Note: The user is not Frozen by this due to their chakra control over this element.

-Can be used four times per battle.

I was thinking it could make those shapes in the same way that water can, since its denser and more solid than water it should be able to make those shapes more easily. But if you still think those shapes aren't feasible I'll remove them in the next submission.

After three turns the plasma will be cooled by the user and allow for regular weapon techniques with no visible damage to the weapon.

Description: The user charges chakra on both hands and starts to release tiny and very light mushrooms, which will spread around the area at mid range. This mushrooms emit an eery green light that carries a powerfull genjutsu, which will fade all light from the opponents' eyes, with the exception of the mushrooms. Trapped opponents will soon hear ghostly laughter, as they feel their bodies and limbs being grabbed by tiny vicious hands, rendering the opponent immobile. With one handseal, the user can make the Foc Follet Mushrooms explode, each with the explosive power of a paper tag.
*The user can choose to release the mushrooms from the ground, by linking 3 handseals, anywhere in mid range, thus allowing the technique to spread to long range*
*As long as the light is still seen by the opponent, any method of releasing a genjutsu is useless*
*Can only be used 3 times per battle, and only once every 3 turns*
*The paralysis is not immediate, allowing a target to preform a small row of handseals before it takes action, no bigger than 5*

Description: A rather strange and inauspicious technique, the Persistence of Pressure is initiated only through the presence of the Dark Void technique in the battlefield. When a shadow is present on the field, and the user is standing upon the shadow, the user releases a subtle, unnoticeable dark presence into the atmosphere that lingers above for one full turn. After the full turn is complete, the shadows on the battlefield will immediately spread, covering the entire battlefield in one large, expansive shadow (if there are no shadows present, the Dark Void creates them regardless of how luminary a source of light is that is preventing shadows from forming), and the dark presence will return to the battlefield and immediately possess the opponent by spreading through the shadows (through a method similar to Shadow Travel). Once the presence has possessed the opponent, it takes the form of an ominous, ravenous humanoid creature with yellows eyes and a body made entirely of black energy. The creature, at that point, is not externally susceptible to harm, and it conceals itself within the opponent's subconscious and their shadow (no matter how vague or seemingly-absent). While the strange creature does not cause immediate severe bodily harm, it's oppressive nature and gluttonous desire for the opponent's soul fuels its motives. Over the course of 3 turns, the shady creature will continue to devour the opponent's spirit, cumulatively demoralizing its host and causing slight internal damage. After the first turn of oppression (The First Pressure), the opponent will begin to display characteristics of lethargy, becoming capable of sprinting in extremely short bursts and having their muscles tensed. After the second turn of oppression (The Second Pressure), the opponent loses sense of coordination and exhibits great difficulty in simply standing and breathing, though they can still perform hand seals with moderate difficulty. Upon the conclusion of the third turn of oppression (The Third Pressure), the opponent will quickly collapse to the ground while retaining consciousness. During this time, the user is not allowed to use any ninjutsu or genjutsu against the opponent. For a moment, the opponent will be unable to move, but suddenly, the dark oppressor will burst forth from the opponent's mouth along with a violent storm cloud of dark energy to surround them. The storm cloud will surround the enemy, draining their life energy and causing severe internal damage to them before dissipating, leaving them exhausted on the ground and gravely injured. Once the event is finished, the user will be rendered incapable of using any more Dark Release techniques for the rest of the match and will have all but two of their elements sealed for the rest of the match. The shadowy oppressor is rather strange, especially in its function during the technique. Against persons with ominous chakra or natures, it thrives lavishly because it feeds on darkness in peoples' hearts and has overbearing evil that is capable of subduing lesser evils. For this reason, this ability is especially effective against Sharingan users (due to their sinister chakra) and generally malicious people. However, against the virtuous and kind-hearted, the dark, sentient creature does not so thoroughly thrive, and to this extent the effectiveness of each Pressure will drop significantly (to some extent, at least to the point that the opponent will still be able to stand by the end of this technique, albeit with great effort on their part). The shadowy figure also seems to have a low tolerance for intense rays of light and seems to be greatly weakened in the presence of powerful, direct light, and while this characteristic of most Dark Release techniques, the sentient creature has a tendency to go into a frenzy when exposed to intense light (which would result in a more direct but less powerful attack against the opponent, to which the latter can fairly defend against).

To overcome this technique, an attack that's impact force is already both wide and powerful is required to smash through it. The direction to where the roots would be launched is determined by the location where the user smacked. If the user hits front, the root will be launched to the front, if the user smacks the top, a root will be shot above.

The blood will channel and spread throughout the entire root system and hence this technique is now usable against the person that the blood belongs to. With this technique, the target may not be able to dodge the incoming Root technique as it will follow the target and hit him. The target must destroy the incoming Root Technique instead of dodging it. Once the bloodthirsty Root Technique has hit the target, it will attach itself on the target and start sucking the blood out of the target.

Slowly, roots from underground and other places will be floating towards the target really fast as though the target was a root magnet. More and more roots will show up in a matter of seconds and do the same till the target is now tightly locked inside a sphere of roots. As this is happening, the roots are crushing against the target till his bones break and they won't stop till it does. The target would have to stop this technique from completing a sphere or else it will be the end of him or her.

The extreme heat of the water will turn the ground into an almost liquid state on contact, making underground escape-attempts futile. The large amount of heat in the water will result in small burns on the user from being near it.

Then unleashing the chakra in that Jade source, the Jade will explode, all the Jade particles will be blasted away from each other creating a very strong blast.

Description: This technique is used mainly for manipulating the atmos structure in pre-existing aluminum techniques to unlock certain effects, The user releases a large amount of aluminum chakra throughout the whole battlefield causing any already existing aluminum based technique on the battlefield to fall under his will by re-arranging the atoms of the aluminum structure, the user freely manipulates the aluminum metal/liquid into any form depending on the situation at hand, the user can also use his aluminum chakra to re-shape the aluminum particles in a way like pushing the aluminum atoms closer to each other in order to create pressure that causes the aluminum to cause a huge explosion, this technique only manipulates particles of already existing aluminum structures.

Description: After performing the necessary handseals (Ram → Horse → Tiger → Bird → Monkey) The user gathers a huge amount of aluminum chakra into both of his hands and points his hands forward while releasing all of the aluminum chakra he had gathered at once creating two humongous metal dragons made out of aluminum, each dragon twices the size of the "earth stone dragon technique" as the dragons head for the opponent's direction they spiral inward each other spinning around one another at fast speeds creating a motion similar to drilling, they drill through almost all the toughest obstacles and they are equipped with the user's chakra all the way, as the user continuously releases aluminum chakra into the two spiraling dragons keeping on increasing their massive size and spinning speed as the farther they travel the bigger in size they get and the faster they spin around themselves but the user is severely damaged from the enormous chakra exhaustion in his hands.

Description: The user gathers a huge amount of chakra into the center of his body and flowing his aluminum chakra into every cell of his body to activate this technique upon releasing all of his aluminum chakra at once, for this technique a set of changes into the users body occures, the user's skin turns into aluminum metal of dull gray color allowing the user to gain extra damage while using the aluminum techniques or elemental techniques that create the aluminum i.e. Earth and Fire elements, but unlike the iron skin technique the user isn't immune to attacks as it's sacrificed for faster usage of aluminum techniques as well as fire and earth elements, the user continuously releases his aluminum chakra through his body to maintain his form at hand, but at the same time the user has an advantage of being immune to genjutsu techniques techniques that of B-rank and lower due to the continous release of the aluminum chakra through his whole body and allows the user to know whenever he's under a genjutsu as if the user is attacked with a genjutsu the aluminum skin-like quality that the user gains with the usage of this technique slowly deteriorates with due to the suppression of the opponent's chakra into the user's body thus slowly stopping the continuous chakra flow that's used to maintain this technique, but the continuous release of the aluminum chakra has a major disadvantage that is the user can only use aluminum techniques because if the user changes his aluminum affinity he loses the control over this technique, as well as earth and fire techniques that are used to form the aluminum metal.

Description: This technique has the third most handseals required having 43 in total trailing only by one after Water Release: Water Dragon Missile and 12 behind Plasma Release: Solar Nightmare. The user creates an orb in their palm that resembles a star in its White Dwarf stage, surrounded by small but continuous bolts of lightning, allowing it to be used on its own as a melee-ranged weapon similar to the Rasengan or Chidori techniques. This small star is very hot causing the opponent to feel the heat waves before they are even in range of the technique and will burn through any Earth-Based Material that isn't indestructible, it makes contact with. But it's true power lies in the fact that the orb is able to expand in the users palm to that that rivals Sage Mode's Massive Rasengan, hence why the user must use so many seals to activate and control the technique.

Description: The ultimate technique of all known Plasma Release techniques, it requires a staggering amount of Chakra to use as well as skill and time enough to perform its demanding fifty-five hand seals. Including the aforementioned, the user must have utilized the Plasma Release: Star Summoning Cosmic Body Creation. After doing so the user sends the Star into the sky and begins the hand seals after while doing so the user concentrates all of their Chakra into the star that they created causing it to expand into a larger size. Their Chakra takes on the role of matter, and coverges on the star eventually causing it to collapse. When the star collapses it becomes a supernova, imploding in on itself and creating a devastating shockwave that will eradicate or destroy anything within 12 kilometres. The technique is not only extremely powerful but highly dangerous. The user must be within the 12 kilometers range to use the technique and out-running the shockwave is highly difficult. The toll on the physical body is also problematic and can kill the user by the sheer expenditure of Chakra.
