Description: The user first inhales, gathering frost chakra in his/her mouth, and then releases an enormous vortex of Frost in the direction of their opponent, creating a large, maelstrom of frost crystals and wind which damages and causes numbing effects and slow frostbite to his foes. This technique is performed without handseals instead it involves the user putting his hands in front of his mouth in a pose resembling that of a trumpeter before releasing his frost chakra, prompting it to be expelled between his fingers. The frost produced by this version start out as a very thin line, enough to be fit between the user's fingers, before suddenly enlarging to strike the opponents. The other, simpler and seemingly faster way simply has the user gather frost and then shoot it out, with no seeming stance required, and a much wider blast of frost being produced directly from the user's mouth, albeit at a reduction of range, reaching only mid range.
Note:
-Can only be used thrice per battle
-Should the opponent be hit or surrounded at any point by the frost dragons roar they will suffer a reduction in speed equivelant to one rank on the speed chart for two turns.

Description: The user will focus their Chakra into a Tar source while making a 3 handseals "Tiger-Snake". This will quickly form a bubble within the Tar source. This bubble can then be popped by the user with the "Snake" handseal sending small amounts of Tar droplets that can burn anyone within close range and catch flammable cloth on fire, however it does not effect gas like substances. When the bubble pops, a toxic gas is released that quickly consumes a Mid-ranged area. This Gas causes anyone who breaths it in, pain in there chest as well as blurred vision.

Ok...blue part I don't understand. I don't also understand why this is A-Rank. The gas part is a bit too much. Its a small bubble...how can it cover such a large area? Color of the gas? and you need to define it a bit more.

This will leave large rocks and platforms for the user and opponent(s) to move about by leaping from rock to rock and provide the user with a large source in which to use Tar Jutsu that require a Tar Source. Like all Tar, It is extremely hot and can catch flammable cloth on fire, however it does not effect gas like substances. Beneath the created Tar, normal earth still exists, about 5 meters below the tar surface. The tar eventually cools down and solidifies into an inactive rubbery form. Once inactive it cannot be used for Tar techniques.
Note:
-Can only be used twice per battle.
-Tar remains liquid and hot 5 turns before cooling down and becoming inactive.
-Can only be taught by Serpent.

I was wanting the technique to be similar to "Swamp of the Underworld" but what I didn't take into account is the fact that the swamp doesn't cause damage and this technique does, because of this it shoudln't be as fast of a delivery so I reduced the amount of Tar formed and made it shake the ground and seep out from it previding time for an opponent to evade.

made a small edit because of the fact that Tar is not a harmless product and can easily damage those who touch it. Also, since you don't keep fueling the technique with chakra, its logical that eventually it will cool down and become harmless. If you don't like the changes, resubmit. :)

Description: The user performs a set of 3 hand seals and slams his hand on the ground and spreads his Phosphorus chakra into the ground turning the regular earth into phosphorus. As the ground turns to phosphorus the user will then use an explosive tags or fire jutsus or channel his fire chakra over the created phosphorus to ignite it.
When the opponents comes directly in contact with the ignited phosphorus covered ground, they'll suffer severe third degree burns.
Further the combustion releases a large amount of dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.
If the smoke comes in contact with the opponent's eyes it will produce intense irritation, burning sensation, blurring of vision along with watering until it has been cleared from the eye. Description: The user performs 2 hand seals and creates a circular wall made of phosphorus to erupt out of earth around the opponent trapping him within. The circular wall is 3 meters tall and 1.5 feet thick and can span up to short range all around the opponent.
Once created, the user can channel his fire chakra to ignite the wall from inside out which then violently erupts with the opponent inside, causing massive burn damage to him. Alternatively the user can use an explosive tag or fire jutsu to ignite it.

Entering the state & once active, the user's body gets covered in the pitch black abyss chakra, his facial features are hidden but his eyes remain visible. A halo of Abyss chakra materlizes above his head, along with two spheres which rotates around him free for use as he pleases, working as ''Melschee's Door''(A-ranked). Due Abyss Release's nature, the user naturally gains flight ability when in this form. When a physical object interacts with the user, due the composition of his body allows the user to stay unharmed by any physical substance, like a kunai or a weapon. The transformation itself also functions as a sort of cleansing technique, as upon transformation any form of foreign object/vapour/poisonous toxic(Basically anything that would affect the body in an unusual way.) would be excluded therefore having it exit the body without further ado. Techniques that would essentially devour, make impact canceling out the abyssal chakra would cause the user to revert back to his normal-self.

Ok, the very last sentence needs definition. This consumes chakra, doesn't add it. +20 to abyss techniques? why? you can't use any elemental technique? ok...be sure to add a note saying that. The cleansing part? No. Only to things that aren't yet affecting you. Once they are, without medical mastery, you cannot do that with your ce and its nature. Its not designed for that. Flight? why?
Abyss is not affected by gravity, thus why it gains natural flight ability. Not only that, but if there was no flight, I would the moment I transform simply seep into the ground as I the abyssal chakra would simply 'devour' it. Left it in there.

If you wish I could remove the boost, and keep the five elementals at my disposal? It's to compensate.

For the cleansing part, I merely found it logically that if I had bullet struck in my arm, and I then turn, the bullet wouldn't turn with me, but be devoured by the abyssal chakra. When I would revert, I would only be having the wound. That was my train of thought, I don't believe that would require any medical mastery? (In my defense, I'm a medical student!)

Because the user transforms his whole body into a raw manifestation of abyss, his abyss techniques become stronger and upon entering the state, any physical injury or otherwise physical illness (or similar state), is put on hold. As the body lacks now an organic form, the organic or physiological injuries or processes affecting the user such as poisons, low stamina effects, wounds, etc, etc are put on hold and not affecting the user, as if paused.

To have the "cleasing" effect without entering medical jutsu areas and taking into account the nature of your element and its properties, in logic, you could only achieve what I added. Note that while it may appear I limited the technique, I actually powered it up and defined it to avoid confusions. +20 to an element while having immunity to 3/4 of all the elements and CEs around is one of the most powerful things I ever approved. Specially taking into consideration what abyss really is.

This foam technique allows the user to materialize thin and barely noticeable droplets of water everywhere in the battlefield from where they simply linger in the area, having no effect on both the user the opponent until a jutsu is used which the user of foam can add wind chakra to the droplets, creating foam which can battle against other elements in specific ways. For example, the moment the wind chakra is added, the droplets of water would gather to the specific area from which the opposing jutsu is forming and clump together, forming a sphere of foam which quickly douses the opposing jutsu preventing it from continuing in growing in both strength and size, completely stopping the formation of the jutsu as the Foam droplets continue to clump together to form a bigger body of foam than the opposing jutsu being created. This jutsu acts quick and once activated douses jutsus on the users will, whilst allowing the user to perform other techniques simultaneously. Moreover, due to the waters natural ability to materialize out of thin air, even when blown away or removed by any other method, prior to being converted to foam, the water droplets are able to reform with the help of the users chakra and their aforementioned ability to materialize.

Incorrect damage info pertains to the fact that a forbidden rank has 90 damage and costs 50 chakra points. Nothing more. You have to follow template and abide by the rules of submission. Using an old template or a new one is none of my concern. Its your job to produce viable and feasible submissions, mine is to check them, not to fix them for approval. Also, I talked to Caliburn about Frost because your submissions of CEJs for it have been colliding with Ice techniques already in existance and were likely to continue to do so. After we analyzed the CE and its application, the following was our reasoning: its basically cold blasts or inducing cold on contact. Its the ability to decrease temperature, essentially and mainly of water molecules. It doesn't allow you to manipulate anything solid or constructs or anything. In a more specific way, its like having a "Cold Wind" element which has some "on contact" application, like that of the original approved technique. Nothing more, nothing less. So, taking into account this new information, resubmit the above techniques. Also note that this thread is also under the blue rule.

Note: Thank you for the explanation, i resubmitted the techniques, they will be using blasts of frigid wind, the culmination of hoar frost is an application of such, as hoar frost is directly created by frigid winds, thats actually why i used hoar frost and not the other tangible variants of frost, as it would never leave someone in the situation where they need to use a jutsu to break any frost on the body, but the lasting internal damage of frost requires a heat source, and the frigid wind can be blocked the same as any wind technique, with a powerful fire element technique.

As the ground turns to phosphorus the user will then use an explosive tags or fire jutsus or channel his fire chakra over the created phosphorus to ignite it.
When the opponents comes directly in contact with the ignited phosphorus covered ground, they'll suffer severe third degree burns.
Further the combustion releases a large amount of dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.
If the smoke comes in contact with the opponent's eyes it will produce intense irritation, burning sensation, blurring of vision along with watering until it has been cleared from the eye. If the fumes are inhaled, it causes intense burning pain inside the chest and results in difficulty in breathing leaving the opponents unable to use jutsus via their mouth (which requires inhalation & exhalation) for one turn.

Description: The user takes 2 explosive tags, one in each hand and places them on the ground and creates two monsters made of phosphorus out of earth while simultaneously inserting the explosive tags into the monsters. The monsters are created in the short range of user and can reach up to long range.
The monsters are shaped like Chinese stone lions about 1 meter in length and height and proceeds running towards the target with the speed of ninja hounds and they can jump up to 3 meters into air or on the ground.
Once near the target, the user will perform a confrontation seal and ignites the explosive tag which was embedded within the monsters making them explode creating a crater of 3 meters each (each produces B-Rank damage).
Note(s):
  • Can only be used 2 times per battle and the monsters can stay for 3 turns.
  • The beasts' movements can be controlled by the user to avoid or jump small obstacles/pits within logic and reasoning.
  • Performing confrontation hand seal to ignite the explosive tags counts as a move

Description:
A pinnacle of Decay Release, the Circus of Beel-Zebub is one of the strongest offensive techniques known in the Ninja World. By focusing decay chakra throughout his whole body, the user will glow in a progressively brighter yellow/gold-ish light to then suddenly explode into countless real sized flies, made out of raw decay chakra. These small elemental familiars fly around the field faster than other insects and real flies and exhibit a black color with a light golden hue, reminiscent of the combination of the main, specific and advanced releases of Ibiton, with a bright yellow kanji for "play" on their backs and the ability to replicate themselves freely with no apparent limit. As they fly around the field, they aggregate into 5 copies of the user within range, whose size will be proportional to that of the target (bigger target, bigger entities). These, however, are not clones (they are simply intangible aggregates of "flies" made of decay) but the user himself, separated into five equal entities. These entities will materialize themselves around the target, forming a pentagram or five pointed star of kanji inscriptions, with a circle of Kanji linking the points of each ends of the stars. As the 5 entities open their arms, a strong spherical Forbidden Rank Sealing Barrier erects itself around the target, both above and beneath the surface. The barrier has the ability to repair itself unless its fully overpowered/neutralized. Inside the barrier, a vortex of decay flies manifests itself, increasing in number and power as they fly around in a mayhem vortex pattern, causing everything to start to decay and wither away. The user has full control over what is affected or how it decays, a perk given by specific release of Ibiton. However, normally enemies will have their chakra zapped away and start to "burn" (following the damage defined in the CE's description), the earth will turn to dust, the water will seemingly evaporate, etc etc. Inside the barrier, even gravity decays, as everything inside becomes locked into a "stasis field", affected by the vortex of flies. The damage is so immense that enemies will have trouble acting and defending from the damage. Forming handseals is hard and slowed down due to the chakra draining and the hinderance caused to movement from the interference with gravity. The technique makes use of a barrier to contain the immense decay chakra from damaging the rest of the area or from pouring out and causing undesirable effects but also serves the purpose of containing the enemy and preventing him from escaping the technique. As such, the technique acts by creating what seems to be an "oven" of chakra in which everything eventually is returned to dust by the little flies. The technique can be sustained for a limited amount of time and can be cancelled at any time. Once the technique ends, the flies will disaggregate and reform into the original user once more. If the enemy somehow manages to attack these entities or produce a counter, he'll need to use a technique that can either protect him from its effects, that overpowers the barrier causing the technique to go berserk (though in this case, he might still face its effects) or that contains or destroys every single fly on the field. If at least one fly survives, the user will reform from it and unless almost all flies are destroyed, countered or contained, the technique can still be fully triggered. Although complex, from the moment it initializes to the moment its fully setup, no more than a few moments pass, as the flies are fast and the barrier erects itself nearly instantly once the entities are positioned, with the technique rapidly progressing from that point on.
Note: Usable once and counts as two moves
Note: The barrier is a self repairing Forbidden Rank Sealing Barrier Technique, with a size dependent on the users will and chakra reserves.
Note: Can be sustained for up to 2 turns, after which anything inside is reduced to dust

As he expels the mixture he coats it in chakra giving it shape and making it retain a form until impact with a target where the Oobleck loses it's solid properties covering the opponent in a thick gooey liquid that can impede movement making the opponent slowed due to the excess weight of the Oobleck as well as it's sticky properties.

Takes hold? How? I mean, do you want to use this to simply reshape an already active technique? Because the "takes hold" leads to misconceptions as to you literally needing to touch or "grab" the target Oobleck source to use it. Rest seems ok to me.

Description: The user first inhales, gathering frost chakra in his/her mouth, and then releases an enormous vortex of Frost in the direction of their opponent, creating a large, maelstrom of blistering wind which damages and causes numbing effects and slow frostbite to his foes. This technique is performed without handseals instead it involves the user putting his hands in front of his mouth in a pose resembling that of a trumpeter before releasing his frost chakra, prompting it to be expelled between his fingers. The frost produced by this version start out as a very thin line, enough to be fit between the user's fingers, before suddenly enlarging to strike the opponents. The other, simpler and seemingly faster way simply has the user gather frost and then shoot it out, with no seeming stance required, and a much wider blast of frost being produced directly from the user's mouth, albeit at a reduction of range, reaching only mid range.

Description: The user focuses his chakra within any water/foam on the battlefield, whether it be a small droplet, a big puddle or even a large reservoir, and uses it to create small insects made of foam within the source by adding their wind chakra. The insects of foam are small enough to be indistinguishable by the naked eye. They appear as nothing more than small bubbles within the source to those who do not have the ability to sense them (whether through normal sensory techniques or doujutsu). The insects can them latch themselves onto the opponent by flying towards them (at the speed of an average wasp), or if the opponent makes contact with the source. This allows the bugs to enter into any orifices (eyes, nose) or open wounds. The user will then perform the Tiger hand seal, expanding the foam bugs once they are inside of the opponent’s body, soaking up all of their blood and drowning their internal organs. However, the insects would become visible the moment they are out of the source as they swarm the enemy in large numbers, creating what appears to be a small cloud of foam traveling through the air. The user can also expand the insects as they travel towards the opponent, each individual insect being the size of Akamaru before the time-skip, but they will be unable to enter the target's body, and are only capable of blunt-force damage.

Takes hold? How? I mean, do you want to use this to simply reshape an already active technique? Because the "takes hold" leads to misconceptions as to you literally needing to touch or "grab" the target Oobleck source to use it. Rest seems ok to me.

Editted. Taking into account its scolding hot sand, I cannot allow you to create this from anywhere. You could use this to potentially attack an enemy in a way from a blind side where he would have no actual escape or defense possible and would end up severely burned and damaged.

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and turn the ground surrounding the opponent into phosphorus and channel fire chakra into it. Once done a small stream of chemical gas will come out the ground inducing the opponent into a genjutsu once the chemical smoke is inhaled. In the illusion the opponent will then see large amounts of chemical gas emerge all around him over the battle field. He will then see the user perform the tiger hand seal, causing the whole area around him to explode inward, from periphery towards the opponent, meaning he will see the ground explode from long range around him traveling to his location. Giving him no place to travel except upwards. The explosions are very large and cause huge craters into the ground. The user of this technique inside the genjutsu does not disappear as it just looks like the opponent has done a regular jutsu. Though in reality the opponent body is simply paralyze the opponent is inhaling massive amount of chemical gas from the phosphorus, restricting his breathing, damaging his lungs, disabling him to do any jutsus from his mouth for 3 turns once(If) the opponent gets out of the genjutsu.
The damage is due to the mental strain from the illusionary explosion and inhaling of the chemical smoke produced by burning phosphorus in real world.
Notes:
  • Can be used only 2 times per battle.
  • Genjutsu last for 2 turns unless dispelled.
  • The user cannot use any other Genjutsu in the same turn and in the next.

Once the block is in the air, the user can time his move and perform a Tiger hand seal as the block descends and ignite the phosphorus which will cause the disintegration of the earthen block in the mid air releasing many chunks of rocks varying in size mixed with burning molten phosphorus to rain down over the ground covering up to mid range around the target.
In addition the damage produced by raining stone chunks, the burning molten phosphorus will ignite any combustible material and will fall on the ground and continue to burn releasing a dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.
If the smoke comes in contact with the eye it will produce intense irritation, burning sensation, blurring of vision along with watering until it has been cleared from the eye. If the fumes are inhaled, it causes difficulty in breathing making the enemies unable to use jutsus via their mouth (which requires inhalation & exhalation) for one turn.

The effects of the smoke are a bit too much. I'd remove the whole difficulty breathing and what not. I think the technique could serve another purpose as a smoke screen of sorts adding to the normal irritation and etc of the smoke. But not to that extent.

Description: The user performs the Ram -> Tiger -> Snake hand seals and creates a pure white phosphorus dragon out of the earth. This Dragon is roughly 5 times larger than a human, that Can stand on both hind legs, or 4 legs if it so wish, The wing span of the dragon spans up to short range.
The dragon can also shoot out 12 Inch Spiked Balls of phosphorus or 5-7 sharp projectiles made of phosphorus from its mouth equivalent to A rank jutsu in quick succession. Its body is way to heavy to be supported by the wings meaning he can not fly. By flapping its both wings, the dragon can release a barrage of feathers made of phosphorus with a sharp tip which is equivalent to A rank(attack from both wings combined).
By performing a Snake hand seal and maintaining it, the user can manipulate this dragon up to 5 turns and the user can reform a part of dragon's damaged body using any existing phosphorus left from previous jutsus.
While manipulating the dragon, the user can focus his fire chakra and produce slow and controlled ignition inside the dragons body from its belly up to its head while compressing its tail part forward and can make the dragon spit out a shower of burning molten phosphorus up to short range in front of its head and then the dragon totally burns down by crashing over the target producing severe burns.

He then molds the doton and katon chakra together to form a dense sand inside the opponent's body. Lastly the user pulls off one final strike to the opponent's body using both his right and left hand concentrating fuuton chakra forcing it to adhere to the grains of sand inside the opponent's body with this final blow all the Red Sand blasts backwards out of the opponent's body causing searing wounds to the internal organs and burning and tearing the flesh severely.

I have a problem with Genjutsu that controls your emotions. Thats something that is beyond Genjutsu. Genjutsu controls your senses. You can induce the scent you say (blood+known loved one) but you forget that he is free to be in despair or not. To fall apart emotionally or be indifferent. You cannot control how he'll feel, only present the situation in front of him.
