Description: Respira is a ring that was forged decades ago that is very unique in its own way. The ring itself is made from special phosphorus chakra infused with the users chakra at all times, creating a link to the users chakra system and heart rate. The ring is able to pick up and sense phosphorus no matter how little or big the amount. The ring has an eye pendent in it which is also infused with phosphorus chakra which changes colors upon what type of usage is being done by the user. Yellow, Red, White, and Silver. Only those who are granted the blessings of the ring is able to harbor it (Those with the phosphorus element). This ring has 4 functions which grants the user different types of power.

  • If the eye inside the ring turn yellow it will causes the ring to amplify the users earth and fire chakra, overall actively boosting the phosphorus techniques released from the user by +1 Rank up to 3 times per battle by sending a surge of chakra into their chakra network being somewhat of foreign chakra that completely boost the users own chakra This will be applied to a phosphorus technique as it forms, being in the same timeframe as said phosphorus technique but counts as a turn .
  • If the eye inside the ring turn white it allows the user to send fire chakra into any phosphorus the ring can sense.The fire chakra would act as a "spark" to ignite the phosphorus Phosphorus is even found in the ocean (Water), and the Earth (Rocks, and minerals). This serves as a defensive purpose more than offensive but does allow for offensive purposes, allowing the user to ignite the phosphorus overall breaking down the jutsu or cause a small explosion. The defensive portion can be done towards things that contain phosphorus (except entities) of similar rank or lower. While the offensive purpose can only be done on non jutsu fueled elements. I.E Water source, the ground, or anything that contains phosphorus with an A rank ignition explosion up to short range.
  • If the eye inside the ring turns silver, it allows the user to create C rank earth spikes from an already existing phosphorus source. This is very similar to the craft technique but it does cost a move slot and wherever phosphorus is present which doesnt need to be a jutsu, a spike can emerge. The spike is as powerful as the C rank earth spikes. The great thing about this though is since its emerging from an already phosphorus source, it doesnt shake or vibrate the ground as it emerges Counts as one of the users turn but can activate this alongside other techniques, allowing it to be in the same timeframe as another technique shall the user wish
  • If the eye inside the ring turns red, it means the user is dead. Due to the ring is linked to the users chakra and heart beat. It has a self trigger. Once the users chakra been fully depleted, or he dies, the eye in the ring will turn red. Once it turns red, it will flood the users whole body and chakra network with phosphorus within mere seconds. As It does this, the ring will catch fire, igniting the users whole body causing the body to violently explode in flames, catching anybody within mid range of the violent explosion

Description: The user will converge every earth jutsu done by the user to be coated in tungsten with the same power as tungsten. This is done by the user adding an additional handseal to all earth techniques. This will then give the earth jutsus a layer of silver tungsten as it forms. This can be done in an offensive manner, defensive, and even supplementary. All earth techniques have the same properties of tungsten, meaning it would be stronger then earth, fire, water etc.

Note: This technique is applied to earth jutsus by simply adding one handseal thus having this done in the same time frame, but cost a move slot

This is a very simple technique where the user releases his tungsten chakra from his body or the ground, creating weapons or techniques to their liking's. The weapons and technique can range from walls, spikes, pillars, swords, etc. The techniques used can not exceed the diameter of 10 meters high, and 5 meters wide, being somewhat limited, while A and S rank dimensions are tripled, meaning they can reach 30 meters high and 15 meters wide thus not being limited to what the user can create by imagination but must be reasonable.

Description: This technique utilize tungsten in a way that it protects the user and can be done in multiple ways. This can be done up to long range around his opponent by doing three handseals then slamming their hands on the ground. By doing this, a tungsten dome erupt from around the opponent up to short range all around this. This would restrict them and trap them. By keeping their hands on the ground they can keep fueling the dome, not allowing it to be destroyed by weakening it, but can only be destroyed by overall collective damage. If the user isnt fueling it, then it can be destroyed by weakening it. While it can be used in the same way around the user up to short range, only using one handseal. This would serve as protecting the user and those whom are around him, by channeling phosphorus up to short range, then causing a dome to erupt. Lastly the user can do this simply around himself, inches from his body, similar to a cocoon. This can only be used for a certain period of time due to the lack of oxygen.

(Yumeton - Dākutaimuzu) Dream Sand - Dark Times

B rank - The simplest infusion that affects all instances in which Dream Sand is created. By simply adjusting the ratio of his chakra and adding more fire, the user will create Yumeton that blazing hot to the touch. This heat is enough to “bake” it and causes a vaporization effect that releases fumes from the Dream Sand in the air up to short range away from the Yumeton's location. As stated in the CE submission, these fumes are capable of taking the opponent under Yumeton's psychoactive effects.
Takes a moveslot, once activated lasts entire battle, use must pay +10 extra chakra to all Yumeton techniques

? This is a default decline due to the rest of the technique being declined, but I'll note that the vapor has its own issues. For example, if you spawn a technique 6 meters from the opponent and the vapor extends short-range from that, there'd basically be no counterplay for the opponent. You'd have to find a remedy for that. Also, you'd need to make this a Fire Release/Dream Sand Release hybrid technique for this effect.?

A Rank - In addition to the previous effects this level of infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra into basic elements of Yumeton's core components (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would convert them into Yumeton combination techniques. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of Dream Sand, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the crystals. This would cause both elements to gain the S/W of Dream Sand while also raising the techniques by 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness. The user must perform 2 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 5 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown if used in consecutive turns

? Declined. Converting ordinary jutsu into Dream Sand is just a way to bypass the CEJ limit. Also, this being spawned on techniques like Swamp of the Underworld and Gushing Water Imprisonment is an obvious no-go. Imbuing this into other water and earth jutsu wouldn't increase the damage/rank. This also has nothing to do with the previous application, and would need to be its own technique. Not allowing you get around the CEJ limit by hodge-podging different jutsu in one technique tree.?

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives his anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating. The user's seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as the seal being infused with Dream Sand Chakra as well. This also causes any byproducts of said techniques to be infused with Dream Sand as well .This addition makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Fuuinjutsu techniques up to A rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. In addition to this, all sealing tags that make contact with the opponent now dose the opponent with Dream Sand equivalent to the rank of the seal

? Pretty much the same as the above. This is just bypassing the Dream Sand CEJ limit by allowing other jutsu to instill their effects on the opponent. Coating a weapon in Dream Sand is fine, but imbuing them into other jutsu like seals is a no-go. Especially a no to the by-products of seals causing the effects of Dream Sand to take place. For instance, combining this with your Infinite Constriction Fuuin would allow you to administer the effects of Dream Sand through Multiple Infinite Embraces and that's wild as shit. ?

An alternative use of this technique that shares usage restrictions with the first use would be that the user may flood already created and inert Dream Sand within the battlefield with chakra in order to revitalize and restore it to it's original rank of power. This may be used on any Dream Sand chakra within range and the Dream Sand effected may be manipulated via other Dream Sand techniques for future usages. This effect is also passive as it would just leave Dream Sand laying on the field with no further effects and must be manipulated with other techniques in order to actually harm the opponent. However By expending a moveslot the user may take control of the revitalized technique at B rank strength.

?Declined. The first half is fine and just needs the addition of occupying a move slot to be approved. The reason this is declined is you can already take control of inert Dream Sand when using a Dream Sand technique. This really just has use as a DS technique that lets you restore weakened DS techniques, so resubmit it as that with the appropriate restrictions. If you really wanna keep this as its own jutsu rather than just saying you take control of inert DS through the technique you're using alongside this, then contact me and I'll edit it.?

As stated in the CE submission, these fumes are capable of taking the opponent under Yumeton's psychoactive effects.

?Declined. I know you didn't expect this to be approved as lasting for the entire battle, especially as a boost and without a chakra cost. Change this to be an infusion on particular Dream Sand techniques. Also make the fumes released visible alongside gradually spreading out, and this can't be done on Dream Sand that originates within 6 meters of the opponent.?

Description:
BY increasing the ratio of fire chakra during the creation of Gallium techniques, the user will be able to create superheated Gallium that in addition to being stronger (being raised in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage due to the increase in heat and chakra) also causes a form of heat exhaustion to any opponent’s within short range of the techniques for 1 turn or more. This makes it so that opponents within short range of affected Gallium techniques lose ¼ of their tracking/reaction speed for the next 3 turns. An alternative use of this jutsu allows the user to activate it on an inert source of gallium leftover from other techniques. The leftover Gallium becomes a B rank tech in regards to damage and carries the same effects as the enhancement version of this technique. The alternate version of the ability allows reshaping and mental control over the gallium thanks to the user adding chakra back in to the inert source and reheating it to allow moulding.
This technique may be used 4 times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown in between and is triggered by the user performing 2 additional handseals alongside the end of the gallium technique used. This may be used in the same timeframe as Gallium techniques of course. Requires a single handseal to perform. Should the target remove themselves from the short-range of Gallium, their senses will return to normal after one turn.

(Fuinjutsu/Gariumu: Seisan shudan o tsukamu) Sealing Arts/Gallium Release: Seize The Means of Production

Description: B Rank: The user may make the seal of confrontation seal and release his Gallium Chakra outwards so as to form a silver kanji for the word “Destroy” on any number of metallic objects that are unranked/without chakra infusion or are metallic objects (weapons, SNT’s, armor, etc) that are chakra infused/formed of chakra up to B rank and below (following Galliums S/W). This kanji instantly forms a barrier around the object(s) in question and assaults the object with Gallium chakra. Due to the nature of the element, the formation of this barrier will reduce the object to nothing as the Gallium consumes the metal completely. This may only be used on objects that the user is aware of and does no harm to the opponent themselves. The barrier is only as large as the object being targeted and can even be used on multiple weapons so long as they follow the aformentioned targeting rules and are up to B rank in strength. The user must wait atleast 1 turn between uses of this rank.
S Rank: The user makes a series of handseals, the result of which forms a kanji for the word “Eradicate” beneath the opponent that immediately forms a (short range) sealing barrier around them made with Gallium chakra. Much like the B rank version, This barrier assaults the opponent with Gallium chakra that will immediately eat any metallic objects (weapons, SNT’s, armor, etc) within the barrier, including any that the opponent may have hidden away on his person or otherwise in range, reducing them to nothing.
This will not harm the opponent in any way unless they are Cyborgs in which case this move is capable of dealing 80 damage rather then reducing them to nothing due to their inherently metallic nature, however it will still eat away any metal objects they have with them. As this is a non damaging sealing technique, this barrier is capable of absorbing and sealing away any chakra based techniques that hit it up to S rank (following Galliums S/W), meaning that is able to absorb up to A rank earth techniques, any metal based techniques, and so on and so forth. This is technique is capable of being used on multiple opponents at once. This rank may be used twice per battle with a 3 turn cooldown in between. This barrier vanishes once it has destroyed all metallic weapons in range of it and otherwise lasts 2 turns. The user may only use up to A rank Gallium techniques the turn this is used and retains a degree of control over the barrier, being able to various sized holes within it to let attacks in.

Declined. Couple of issues that need to be addressed here. By the wording of the B and S-Rank, the release of Gallium Chakra needs to actually be physical Gallium coming from your body to form the Kanji at your specified location. This isn't supposed to be a pulse of intangible Gallium chakra that manifests the kanji at your chosen location(s). It needs to be actual physical Gallium. Second issue is the S-Rank application and how it interacts with Cyborgs. The wording indicates you could potentially instantly deal 80 damage to Cyborgs; there needs to be some counter play available to them. This can be corrected when you go with the spreading of Gallium, rather than the instant release like I initially stated.

The last issue, and a minor one, is that when you use the S-Rank of this you need to have some restriction on Fuuinjutsu you can use as well. This is a combination technique and should reflect as that in the restrictions on Fuuin you receive as well as Gallium. Address these issues and you should be good to go.

The user also can create animate objects with this technique, but has to use hand motions in order to move them and sustain them, preventing him from using other techniques at the same time. Once this technique is over, the gallium made cools rapidly and hardens slightly

(Porisuchiton: Jūryoku o Ushinau | Polystyrene Release: Gravity Forfeit)

Description: The user performs three handseals and then slams their hands on the ground. They will then channel massive amounts of porisuchiton chakra through it to gather up a miniature sea of the material. This amount of polystyrene will then carve out a large hole through the crust of the earth and form a gigantic hole under the desired target. When the polystyrene reaches the surface, massive amounts of the pellets will spin around the perimeter of the hole and cut through anything trying to escape it. Since polystyrene is so light, anything that was relying on standing on the surface will fall flat down the hole which is now filled with a sea of polystyrene pellets that will grind flesh, bone and well.. tears to shreds. The size of the hole can vary and fit for a single human target or massive summons. The ideal prey would be hostiles that cannot escape directly upwards. The pellet storm around the perimiters of the hole can reach a height of about 10 meters. Falling through the hole or touching the raging pellets around it results in massive damage and will shred skin, flesh and bones to a pulp. This technique can be sustained at the cost of additional chakra.

Note: Can be sustained for up to three turns per use.

? Declined. This technique is constructed rather confusingly. Do you generate this sea of Polystyrene above ground, or beneath the surface? The part about the target falling down into the hole because the Polystyrene is so light implies the former, but the part about rising to meet the surface implies the latter. Word this more clearly In addition to that, this is gonna have to restrict usage of the element in some way either during or after the technique.?

Description: The jack of all trades release for the porisuchiton release. The user can form any structures from the polystyrene pellets they want. The user can create weapons, armour and well anything that they need. D and C ranked usage requires no handseals, B rank requires one, A rank requires two and S rank requires three handseals. D, C and B rank may be used indefinitely as long as the user has a chakra pool, A ranks can be used 5 times per battle and S rank can be used 4 times per battle. A rank variation has a cooldown of one turn per use, S rank has a cooldown of two turns after use. This lets the user channel porisuchiton chakra through the earths crust and create miniature sinkholes or other structures. The user can also form polystyrene directly from their body. Unless the user fuels chakra into the polystyrene, it will fall flat on the earths surface as it is too light to sustain any forms by itself unlike other solid materials.

Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.
Note: A rank version can be used 5 times per battle, with a cooldown of one turn, S rank 4 with a cooldown of two turns.

Description: Tesseract is an advanced application of the porisuchiton release and lets the user take the form of the initial release to benefit from its S/W upon facing a jutsu or otherwise. The user will transform themselves into polystyrene pellets while still maintaining their original size they become extremely light, sturdy and fast but also sharp. This is an extremely good technique when the user needs to move fast and having to tank jutsus that porisuchiton is strong to. The user will become stretchable as they are now in a "white sand" form and while their charactersics such as facial appearance etc has dissolved in the new form they still pertain the same volume. However, due to the extremely light material the user now consists of they can move at exremely fast speeds, up to twice their normal speed while gaining extreme flexibility of evading techniques. The pellets can also grind techniques that passes through the user to dust(within reason and S/W of porisuchiton). The downside of the technique is that the user cannot perform any elemental techniques except from porisuchiton/fire/earth/wind techniques. The user can reform at any time and if they continue to be in this form they need to spend additional chakra.

Description: Sekhmet is the name of a goddess of war in Egyptian mythology, and in her name, a unique set of ornamental armor was created. It is not so much designed to protect, being more decorative than practical in this regard, but rather, its true purpose is to enhance the user’s offensive capabilities. The pieces of armor on the upper body include a circular band which fits around the shoulders and over the chest, arm bands which fit over the triceps, gauntlets which protect the user’s entire forearm, as well as the top of their hand, and bands which wrap around the back and partially over the user’s abdomen. An intricate set of bands, plates and rods sit securely on the user’s waist, with smaller bands on the user’s ankles and near the toes. The armor will easily protect the user from freeform attacks, such as that of basic tools, but is ill-suited to defend against proper techniques. In the process of the armor’s creation, Dendera Light was infused into the pieces through Fūinjutsu. In battle, the energy within the armor pieces is passively unsealed and imbued within the user’s Dendera Light techniques, which results in their empowerment. Functionally, this translates to an increase in power by an additional rank, effective on techniques up to S-Rank, with jutsu above this gaining an additional 10 points of damage, as well as the technique being granted an additional 10 points of chakra. The chakra drawn into the armor from the user fuels not only its augmentative capacity, but an entirely separate ability as well, one that is more defensively-oriented. That is, a translucent barrier that is invisible to the naked eye (though detectable through sensory, Dōjutsu etc), that upon detection of any object that enters or appears within its perimeter (the barrier has a 5 meter radial area), it will unseal the energy within the gauntlets and manifest it upon that object in order to destroy it. The strength of the elemental energy drawn on by the barrier will be proportionate to the object it attempts to neutralise, reaching a maximum of a base S-Rank technique. In the case of enemies themselves, it will instead manifest as a spherical bubble of S-Rank energy only slightly bigger than the invader, intended to restrict their movement. The bubble will not move from where it spawns, making it necessary for an opponent trapped within to destroy it before they can resume movement. The creation of the barrier, as well as its functions, are all passive in nature, due to being automatic and occurring independently from the user aside from the passive chakra drain. Naturally, the user will be notified of anything foreign the barrier detects as well.

D-Rank: At D-Rank concentrations, the effects of Osmium are minorly irritating at most, only serving to be a nuisance to anyone afflicted by them. For up to 2 turns after the turn of initial contact, the target will suffer 5 points of damage per turn, stemming from the point(s) of contact, before the body naturally deals with the effects. Should the eyes be exposed to any Osmium of this level, their vision will be blurred beyond distances of mid-range for the same duration.

C-Rank: C-Rank concentrations of Osmium carry only slightly more harmful effects. For up to 2 turns after the turn of initial exposure, the target will suffer 10 points of damage per turn. If the eyes come into contact with Osmium, one’s vision will be blurred for an equivalent amount of time, though their vision will be blurred beyond 10 meters.

B-Rank: Osmium of B-Rank levels begin to interfere at a greater level with the body. In addition to causing continual damage (15 points) over 2 turns, the element will cause deterioration in the area of contact. Handseal sequences now take more time to perform due to the strain put on the hands, counteracting handseal specialties which increase the speed of seal formation, should they have been exposed to Osmium. Should the element reach the lungs by cutting into the chest or inhalation, the opponent’s speed will be reduced by 1 level, and experience a slight difficulty breathing and coughing. One will suffer total blindness to anything beyond 10 meters for 2 turns.

A-Rank: A-Rank Osmium is particularly damaging to the body, causing 20 points of damage for up to 2 turns after the initial turn of contact, and will cause great deterioration in area affected. The top layers of skin will be removed, exposing raw flesh and muscle and even bone in the less dense parts of the body. Damage caused to the arms prevents handseal sequences longer than 4 seals from being performed, and any seals performed are done so at an ordinary speed. Should the legs or lungs be exposed to the element, their speed will be reduced by 2 levels, due to tissue and nerve damage, or infection of the lungs. Exposure of the eyes to Osmium of this level results in greatly blurred vision beyond short range for 2 turns after the turn of contact.

S-Rank: The severity of the effects are greatest when exposed to S-Rank Osmium. The opponent will sustain 25 points of damage over two 2 turns after the turn of contact, and the tissue deterioration will be total. At this level, flesh and muscle will be nearly entirely stripped from the body. Damage to the arms would prevent handseal sequences longer than 3 seals from being performed, and any seals performed are done at an ordinary speed. Should Osmium connect with the opponent’s legs or reach their lungs at this rank, their speed will be reduced by 3 levels, due to severe damage. Exposure to the eyes will cause complete blindness for up to 2 turns after the turn of contact.

(Yamato) – Sword of Enma

Description: The Yamato is an ancient blade resembling a ceremonial katana, possessing an ornate bronze guard, inscribed with numerous small patterns. The handle’s tsuka-ito is braided from a white and dark-blue material, with the blade itself featuring several intricate ornaments, with the most notable being a relief of a dragon at the endpoint of the hilt. The incorporation of Dark Release during its creation, combined with its Osmium Release composition and incorporation of Fūinjutsu, makes it a particularly formidable weapon. Yamato possesses two distinct abilities, each one related to the elements that were used to forge it. Should techniques that strike this weapon be more powerful than standard S-Rank strength, the weapon will not be destroyed, but will instead be unable to activate any of its abilities, passive or otherwise, for the remainder of that turn and the subsequent turn.

Inheritance of Sparda: Inheritance of Sparda revolves around the incorporation of Dark Release into the Yamato. The weapon behaves identically to the user’s palm seals, acting as an open third seal through which the user can absorb, store, and release Dark chakra. The sword is capable of passively absorbing other techniques via contact, based on the S&W of Dark Release (essentially interacting with other techniques on this basis), and can store any accumulated energy indefinitely, being able to release it in the form of blue flames (strength may range from D – S Rank, and costs a move), the exact shape of which is entirely decided by the user. Based on the shared nature of the user’s palm seals, the user’s Dark reserves and the Yamato’s are also shared, allowing the user to passively perform their Dark techniques through the sword, with techniques possessing certain conditions, such as making contact between the ground and the seal, accomplished by simply having the Yamato act as the seal. The nature of the connection between the user’s palm seals and the Yamato means that physical contact with it isn’t necessary to use any of its capabilities (still following the conditions and restrictions of use). A final, more cosmetic feature, is how it creates a void-like trail of darkness. Due to its nature as an essentially open portal that constantly attempts to absorb energy, it will draw in the light surrounding the blade, creating a black contrail with purple outlines when the sword is swung.

Anthropomorphic Virulence: Anthropomorphic Virulence is associated with the other element that composes the Yamato; Osmium Release, and confers purely passive abilities upon the weapon. By virtue of being entirely forged out of Osmium, the user’s sword techniques (Kenjutsu and Iaidō) are passively enhanced, due to the density and sharpness of the element. This translates to an increase in strength equivalent to one rank, effective on jutsu up to S-Rank, and granting an additional ten damage points to higher ranks. The second ability, being an active one, allows the user to alter the shape of the Yamato. In addition to this, directly striking an opponent will also inflict the debilitating effects of Osmium, as outlined in Osmium Release: The Sword Logic.

? Declined. Okay, this is mostly fine. For Sparda, remove the word passive in the line about using Dark Release through the blade, as the way it's written implies that the technique itself becomes passive and I can't let that slide through. The real meat of the decline is in Virulence; specifically, inflicting the effects of Osmium through the sword is gonna have to be better defined. It's gonna have to have a specific rank, and have a usage limit, and won't be able to add these effects to any non-Osmium techniques. ?

Description: Fafnir the Lindworm is conjured after the user has performed a set of two hand seals. As a result, the users chakra will seep into the ground, causing the earth below them to transform into gunpowder and be manipulated into the form of a Lindworm. A creature like that of a wyvern, it has two legs and wings, and a serpent like body. Its tail has spikes of gunpowder across it, which can be used to swing at their target with a reach of long-range and condensed to the point it is capable of piercing through someone. The lindworm, is capable of flight and it moves with a nimble and quick body. As it is conjured from below the user, it will rise, with him standing on top of it, however the user can create it somewhere within short-range of them instead. The creature that is called Fafnir, can attack its target by biting down and curling itself around them, while then causing itself to ignite and explode with the full force of the technique [80 Damage]. The user is also capable, with a single hand seal, of causing it to explode prematurely, with a powerful shockwave and fire.
Like dragons, the lindworm Fafnir, is capable of releasing what for a dragon would be a fireball, but in this case, it would be a ball of gunpowder. The dragon would generate a ball of gunpowder within its bowels, which would be released towards their target at intense speed, faster than a normal fireball. The ball of gunpowder is somewhat malleable, as it will upon impact loose its composure and sort of splatter across the target and surrounding area, with just about a second or two delaying the explosion itself. As a result, it is like that of a bomb with an extended ignition cord, while after it strikes and splatters the target it will explode about a second after, causing a massive shockwave and destruction of the area [A-rank: 60 Damage].

Description: Calamity of Atlantis is a technique that causes it to rain down with gunpowder the size of regular rain droplets, taking command of the skies, it will require the user to perform a single hand seal, while then it will appear as if black rain is falling across the area, or simply in specified areas of the battlefield, the sky having turned black from above. These pebbles of gunpowder will continue to fall upon the field and at the user’s discretion, he can cause the pebbles to explode, creating what will seem like an endless chain reaction of explosions, never losing its potency as it continues to rain and explode [A-rank damage]. Of course, if any form of energy-based techniques is used like lightning, fire or energy-based techniques, it will cause the pebbles to react and begin a chain reaction of explosions with severe results. The chain reaction of explosions will occur for as long as the rain is falling. In addition to the fact that it prevents energy-based techniques usage, the rain of gunpowder can also be utilized as a medium for other gunpowder-based techniques. In addition to the fact that it can be utilized as a medium for gunpowder techniques, if the rain is falling and other gunpowder based techniques are utilized, the pebbles of gunpowder that falls will either add to the strength of the explosion or it will attach itself to the moving projectiles or creatures created by gunpowder [Adding a total of +20 to other gunpowder techniques up to A-rank, +10 for S-rank and above].

Due to their bodies natural weight being reduced, as they move in this state they are moving twice their base speed. The intentions of this technique is to act as a gap closer or inherit dodge, using the transformed state and speed as a means to achieve such a feat. However due to the user being in this state of form, they are restricted to the elements that compose of Dakuiton, alongside other basic non elemental abilities. In terms of dodging, due to the user’s small form – is capable of avoiding most techniques though those with wide range can prove to be troublesome. Techniques that overpower the transformed state will cause the user to shift back into his/her human form while taking the rest damage after interaction. The unique part of the user’s transformation, is that when interacting with elements weaker to Dakuiton, those elements are ionized as norm – but the user remains unharmed and simply reverts back into their human form having dealt with the opposing technique. This may be used four times per battle, with a cooldown of two turns between each use. The user is capable of sustaining the form for three turns, and may dodge a technique using its sheer speed once per turn at the cost of a move.

Declined. This is way too strong and complex (the nature of fullbody transformations) to be B-Rank. 2x speed and an elemental transformation you can use 4 times, lasting 3 turns each. Increase the rank and increase the restrictions to reflect these alterations. Usage also needs to be decreased.

(Dakuiton: Naraku no Soko Kunshu ) Dark Vacuity Release: Monarchs of the Abyss

Description: Monarchs of the Abyss encompasses the formation of familiars composed of ionized ash. Through the generation of one's chakra into the surrounding terrain or from their body or through physical contact with the object, the user is capable of sculpting the ash. This allows for partially sentient familiars to be created, ranging from humanoids, down to demonic like creatures one would expect out of a nightmare. These creatures are compact in composition, capable of easily slicing through material should they desire it with their body parts, tearing them with talons etc. The creatures are capable of performing the Dark Vacuity Element without the need of hand seals up to its rank. Thus an S rank familiar is capable of using S ranks and below at the cost of a move slot.. Much like it's sister technique "Void of Creation" certain applications apply here.

As outlined in the element however, should the ash come into contact with solid material/water etc, the ionized ash will cause it to collapse upon itself. Should the ash be stronger – it’s capable of ionizing the target before assimilating it within itself and returning back into its compact form, although a bit weaker. The user can control the implosion not to trigger, remaining inert if he or she chooses too. During a process of implosion there’s two types of interactions that occur under certain circumstances; A) when this jutsu physically interacts with a solid object, the ionizing of the targeted object of aim happens in a process of it being ionized (short-range subjects will be pulled into the wind drafts created by this implosion) before it’s broken down into energy becoming ionized ash altogether, B) when this jutsu interactions with a non-solid element, unlike regular interactions this will cause ionized particles fumes which are able to change the area’s illumination to the user’s choice (perceivable to the human eye), upon overcoming the interaction as it assimilated it within itself. If this jutsu was countered/ if that interaction results in this jutsu becoming overwhelmed, segments of ionized ash will succumb and remain mundane in the area of effect and with no inherit chakra.

Note: This technique needs one handseal to form the B rank version, two for the A rank and three for the S ranks. In the case of the S ranks being used, the user is unable to use Dark Vacuity Release techniques A rank and above for the same and next turn, while A rank use causes them from using above S rank for the same amount of time. A rank may be used thrice per battle, while the S ranks twice per battle with each use having a cool down of two turns. Fumes utilized to creating an area illumination are hazards to the opponent, if they so much so in inhale them, it would result in -10 dmg to their health per turn, for each turn they're inhaling them. The user may create multiple constructs, however the power is divided evenly among them based on the rank used. Familiars from D to B needs a sustained cost of -5 per turn, A and S require - 10. Each familiar lasts three turn regardless of rank.

Description:
Through the formation of a single seal; the user will produce a sealing script. This script latches unto a technique the user has performed (within the same time frame of this) forming the word kanji for void. Upon reaching within short range of an enemy technique, depending on which variation of the seal is produced it will provide a following buff/debuff or counter seal. These variations are simply known as “ The Keys”.

Key of Oblivion: This variation of the seal acts as a counter seal; to which once the infused technique is within short range of a foreign technique – it will release a plethora of ionized ash. This will seek out the technique; swiftly causing it to collapse upon itself in the case of elements neutral/weak to Dark Vacuity’s ash while simply interacting with techniques strong against it. The amount of released ash is equivalent to a A rank technique; which in the case of S rank and below techniques weak to it will be reduced into nothing – allowing for the infused technique to continue without hindrance. Technique’s neutral towards it will lose power in accordance to the damage interaction (i.e 80 vs 60; opposing technique loses -20 damage) while techniques strong to it will be the same.

Key of Larceny: This variation of the seal acts as a buff and debuff; to which applies the concept of chakra absorption into the ash. Once released after coming into short range of the opposing technique – the ionized ash released will cause the opposing technique to collapse onto itself but rather than simply clashing and leaving nothing behind – it would instead absorb the chakra within it and seal it back into the script. This causes the opposing technique to lose one rank in power after the clash, while using the seal to transfer the chakra into the infused technique. This increases it’s power by one rank; allowing to become more potent as it clashes afterwards with the opposing jutsu. This however cannot be applied to techniques that cannot be ionized i.e fire or wind.

Each variation can be used twice per battle, with an overall usage of four times per battle. Once applied, the effects of the seals are passively released without the cost of a move. Cannot use any Dark Vacuity Techniques above A rank while the technique still has the seal on it and requires a cool down of two turns after the seal ends.

(Purasumoidoton: Shishou no Jutsu) Plasmoid Release: Master Technique

Description: The user will focus perform a series of handseals ranging from one to three in order to create various forms of their Plasmoid chakra. The Plasmoid appears to be transparent with small sphere is located at its center that glows with a soft light as arcing streams of energy that radiate from it. The created structure can expand rapidly in size and can be propelled towards the designated target. Depending on the users needs in the moments of it's creation, the tangibility of the Plasmoid can vary, being solid in mass, effective for blocking incoming techniques or semi intangible, allowing for a target to become trapped within it's confines. Once a target is hit with, or inside its confines the arcing energy would be drawn to the target, absorbing heat from the target weakening its' integrity. The center sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius or allow the blast to extend outward upon the targeted area. The size and shape of the structure is dependent on the amount of chakra the user fuels into it although a single structure cannot grow larger then a mid-ranged area. They can however be used like a projectile that reaches out to a long ranged area. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses and intangible elements as well; But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, being more effective against heat based elements.

  • Can only use S-ranked technique four times per battle.

Declined: As far as I'm concerned after several readings of your CE, Plasmoid can only exist in a solid form. So the Semi intangible application of this technique won't be allowed. I see what you were trying to go for like a pseudo dust release kinda thing but nah. Since targets cannot pass through the object to be trapped into it, rework how it destroys other techniques. - Daemon

Description: The user will focus their chakra as they place their hand to the side them creating a three dimensional Windmill Shuriken shaped construct of Plasmoid above the palm of their hand that is also embedded with a fuinjutsu script. The Plasmoid appears to be transparent with a small sphere located at its center that glows with a soft light as arcing streams of energy that radiate from it. What's unique about this technique is the fuinjutsu applied to the shuriken give it the ability to track the chakra source of a target, making it almost impossible to evade. This means that one must stop or block the Shuriken as simply moving out of it's path would be ineffective as the Shuriken will quickly correct course. The Shuriken is dense and extremely sharp able to slice a target as the arcing energy would be drawn to the target, absorbing heat from the target weakening it. The center sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force creating a short-ranged blast radius. The user is able to use double the chakra cost to effectually create two Shuriken, with one hiding within the shadow of the other, requiring some form of enhanced perception like Sensing or Doujutsu to notice the second Shuriken. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses and intangible elements as well; But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, being more effective against heat based elements.

Description: Inspired by the "Circles of Hell" where Hell is a realm that houses the wicked in various levels, the user combines this with their fuuinjutsu to create a unique sealing technique that utilizes Hellfire chakra. In the 6th circle, heretics are said to be constantly pierced by giant iron nails through their tongue which is ripped out and regrown starting the process anew for all eternity. After performing the necessary hand seals Dragon->Ram->Tiger, up to 4 nails are formed out of the user's Hellfire Chakra proportionate to the size of the target. If multiple nails are summoned, this technique can be used to target multiple people, splitting the damage evenly. These must be formed at least 5 meters away from the target and will pierce into them to initiate the seal. The nails have been combined with the Generic Sealing Technique's formulae so that once the nails pierce the target, movement and the ability to mold chakra are almost impossible while affected by this technique. However, takes one full turn for the seal to take full effect at which point, the sealing formula is burned into the target making them unable to remove the seal.

? Declined. The seal being unable to be removed isn't gonna be approved; the effects of being unable to move and mold chakra, even if it takes a turn to set in, will have to be temporary. This will also need further restrictions for such a rank, four handseals minimum, and a cooldown. Furthermore, the Fuuinjutsu that you reference has no effect on chakra or movement; it's merely for unsealing or sealing items and objects.-Joestar?

This makes it so that opponents within short range of affected Gallium techniques lose ¼ of their tracking/reaction speed for the next 3 turns. An alternative use of this jutsu allows the user to activate it on an inert source of gallium leftover from other techniques. The leftover Gallium becomes a B rank tech in regards to damage and carries the same effects as the enhancement version of this technique. The alternate version of the ability allows reshaping and mental control over the gallium thanks to the user adding chakra back in to the inert source and reheating it to allow moulding.
This technique may be used 4 times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown in between and is triggered by the user performing 2 additional handseals alongside the end of the gallium technique used. Description: B Rank: The user may make the seal of confrontation seal and release his Gallium Chakra outwards so as to form a silver kanji for the word “Destroy” on any number of metallic objects that are unranked/without chakra infusion or are metallic objects (weapons, SNT’s, armor, etc) that are chakra infused/formed of chakra up to B rank and below (following Galliums S/W). This kanji instantly forms a barrier around the object(s) in question and assaults the object with Gallium chakra. Due to the nature of the element, the formation of this barrier will reduce the object to nothing as the Gallium consumes the metal completely. This may only be used on objects that the user is aware of and does no harm to the opponent themselves. The barrier is only as large as the object being targeted and can even be used on multiple weapons so long as they follow the aformentioned targeting rules and are up to B rank in strength. The user must wait atleast 1 turn between uses of this rank.
S Rank: The user makes a series of handseals, the result of which forms a kanji for the word “Eradicate” beneath the opponent that immediately forms a (short range) sealing barrier around them made with Gallium chakra. Much like the B rank version, This barrier assaults the opponent with Gallium chakra that will immediately eat any metallic objects (weapons, SNT’s, armor, etc) within the barrier, including any that the opponent may have hidden away on his person or otherwise in range, reducing them to nothing.
This will not harm the opponent in any way unless they are Cyborgs in which case this move is capable of dealing 80 damage rather then reducing them to nothing due to their inherently metallic nature, however it will still eat away any metal objects they have with them. As this is a non damaging sealing technique, this barrier is capable of absorbing and sealing away any chakra based techniques that hit it up to S rank (following Galliums S/W), meaning that is able to absorb up to A rank earth techniques, any metal based techniques, and so on and so forth. This is technique is capable of being used on multiple opponents at once. This rank may be used twice per battle with a 3 turn cooldown in between. This barrier vanishes once it has destroyed all metallic weapons in range of it and otherwise lasts 2 turns. The user may only use up to A rank Gallium techniques the turn this is used and retains a degree of control over the barrier, being able to various sized holes within it to let attacks in.

Declined. Couple of issues that need to be addressed here. By the wording of the B and S-Rank, the release of Gallium Chakra needs to actually be physical Gallium coming from your body to form the Kanji at your specified location. This isn't supposed to be a pulse of intangible Gallium chakra that manifests the kanji at your chosen location(s). It needs to be actual physical Gallium. Second issue is the S-Rank application and how it interacts with Cyborgs. The wording indicates you could potentially instantly deal 80 damage to Cyborgs; there needs to be some counter play available to them. This can be corrected when you go with the spreading of Gallium, rather than the instant release like I initially stated.

The last issue, and a minor one, is that when you use the S-Rank of this you need to have some restriction on Fuuinjutsu you can use as well. This is a combination technique and should reflect as that in the restrictions on Fuuin you receive as well as Gallium. Address these issues and you should be good to go.

Description: The user weaves four handseals either creates a sword of Gallium or uses their Gallium chakra to coat a sword they are already holding. By using the strength and skill garnered via their Kenjutsu training they will begin spinning their sword so hard and fast that it will throw Gallium from the sword outwards in large rings that is able to hit multiple opponents at once. By constantly spinning their sword and streaming as much Gallium to cover the sword as needed, the user will be able to create air waves that push and spread the Gallium further and further with each revolution to create multiple rings of Gallium that are constantly produced and spread out. If a gallium sword was made the user can maintain this sword as long as they wish by paying 10 chakra per turn, using it as a normal sword that provides basic C rank defense and offense.


Note: S-rank attack can be only be utilized three times per battle, consuming a move-slot each time

( Amaiton: Sutāraitokyanon) Sugar release: Starlight Cannon

Description: The user will perform 3 seals gathering sugar chakra into their hands or feet. As they do they will perform a powerful nintaijutsu move, where the sugar is formed as crystals on the outside of the appendage. As they swing through these crystals break off due to the massive force and act like tiny crystaline bullets that apread from the user in an expanding cone, capable of hitting mulitple targets. Alternatively, should the user perform this technique in the same timeframe as a taijutsu move, it costs an additional 10 chakra to the technique, giving it an extra 20 damage(+10 to Taijutsu above S-rank).

Can only be used 3 times with a 2 turn cooldown inbetween.

Description: Using Mūndasuton chakra, the user will be able to create objects, tools and other creations composed of the unique dust with two handseals. These can be created directly from the user's body, from already existing Mūndasuton, created from a source of earth. The creations can be created in the form similar to a gaseous state, but in reality it is simply an abundance of Mūndasuton on a microscopic level gathered into a form. This can be shaped, being used as free flowing waves and such, or more compacted to become a solid to create swords, spears, shields or anything else, limited to the creator's imagination; While also being able to be shifted between the two states at the user's will (dust-like/solid) while also keeping the "grinding" effects of the element. Of course, numerous creations can be made with a single use, though the power of each creation will be split accordingly. These objects can differ in size according to rank, ranging from being small as a senbon (C) to being as big as an incomplete susanoo (S). A unique feature to this is, once in physical contact with a target/Technology) it will passively attract miniscule amounts of Mūndasuton to said objects and will disrupt the technology altogether and making it unusable. This works on anything 1 rank stronger than the Mūndasuton and lower. Should the Moondust be purged from the technology, the device will resume function after one turn.

Note: S-rank variants can only be used 3x maximum with a two turn cool down between uses

Description: This is a simple technique used usually to disarm the use of technology. With the use of 2 hand seals the user has a light amount of Mūndasuton begin to rise from the ground. This causes a light mist like cloud to cover the terrain, but it doesn't effect the visuals of anyone nor damage anyone. The dust would instantly cling to any technology on the field bar the users (due to having control of it not sticking to our things) and render it useless if it is of 1 rank higher than this technique or lower. If the user chooses, he could use this technique with a higher chakra cost, becoming A-rank but becoming more of a violent technique. This variant causes more of a localized dust storm that does the same as the weaker version, but also eats away the technology and anything else the user chooses. On technology and other things weak to Mūndasuton, it would take direct A-rank damage from this technique, but on human/living flesh, it would eat away at them by 20 damage per turn, sticking to their bodies if not delt with. The A-rank variant can only be used 3x and only lasts 3 turns. It would also need a 2 turn cool down once used. In either variant, should the cloud be removed, technology will resume function after one turn.

Description: This technique is a simple infusion type ability in which the infusion of Mūndasuton would supplement and strength future earthen techniques. By simply adding an additional hand seal to earth style techniques being used, the user will add an extra portion of chakra into them in order to apply a "shroud" of Moon dust to them. The Moon Dust would shroud the earthen technique in a way that it wouldn't actually touch it, floating along with it about a centimeter or so. This rough shroud would give the technique additional damage due to the aggressive nature of Mūndasuton, but also give off the effects of Mūndasuton; This includes shutting down technologies and sticking to things that comes into contact with it. When activated this way, it would last 3 turns, applying the additional chakra to earth techniques as needed, though can only be used 3x max. A second variant of this is used on non damaging or defensive style earth techniques. By adding the shroud of Mūndasuton to these type of techniques, the user is able to make the technique damaging. The damage given to said technique would be directory proportional to their rank; I.e. S-ranks will carry 80 damage. A-ranks 60 damage. Etc. This variant is A-rank and can only be used 4x, on 1 Technique per use and can't be used while the B-rank variant is active. Affected Earth techniques retain the S/W of regular Earth Release.

The structure of the Jade will distribute the force of an attack, around the sphere, causing it to cancel itself out by using it's own power against it. Once the force is absorbed and rendered null, the structural integrity of the sphere will fail, causing it to crumble away like a fine crystalline sand. This technique is only effective against physical blunt force techniques, but ineffective from piercing or slicing techniques. The quick and massive use of the users chakra to use this technique will prevent the user form using Jade techniques for a short time.

Description: The user performs three handseals and then slams their hands on the ground. They will then channel massive amounts of porisuchiton chakra through it to gather up a miniature sea of the material. This amount of polystyrene will then carve out a large hole through the crust of the earth and form a gigantic hole under the desired target. When the polystyrene reaches the surface, massive amounts of the pellets will spin around the perimeter of the hole and cut through anything trying to escape it. Since polystyrene is so light, anything that was relying on standing on the surface will fall flat down the hole which is now filled with a sea of polystyrene pellets that will grind flesh, bone and well.. tears to shreds. The size of the hole can vary and fit for a single human target or massive summons. The ideal prey would be hostiles that cannot escape directly upwards. The pellet storm around the perimiters of the hole can reach a height of about 10 meters. Falling through the hole or touching the raging pellets around it results in massive damage and will shred skin, flesh and bones to a pulp. This technique can be sustained at the cost of additional chakra.

The part about the target falling down into the hole because the Polystyrene is so light implies the former, but the part about rising to meet the surface implies the latter. Description:

This amount of polystyrene will then replace the earth underneath the target and due to the lightness of pomystyrene, most targets will fall through the material down to a depth of several meters. As they fall, the surrounding pellets will smack into them with high speeds and crush them into a pulp, similar to some sand techniques. This technique can be sustained at the cost of additional chakra. The technique gains extra damage if the user adds weight into the crater to push the polystyrene down on the target harder and thus gains a +20 dmg boost if combined with earth/water or other heavy elements that can be concentrated into the pit.

Description: Hollow clone is a clone technique that creates a clone, similar to the kage bunshin technique. In this case the clone is made entirely out of white polystyrene pellets and could take any shape it wants, pertaining human volume. Depending on how much chakra the user puts into making the clone, it can do different things. A basic clone is able to use all polystyrene techniques the user knows and can tank up to C-rank damage, following S/W of polystyrene. A mediocre clone gets their abilities heightened a bit and can use polystyrene and the wind release(as well as advanced forms of wind). They also get their tank factor heightened to that of A rank, following S/W of polystyrene. The master form of the clone is able to use all three elements polystyrene is made out of, plus the release itself with a +20 damage output and has a tanking factor of S rank, following S/W of polystyrene. A basic clone can be made 4 times per battle, a mediocre clone can be made 3 times and a master clone can be made twice. Due to the vast lightness of the polystyrene release, the clones are quite fast and are twice as fast as the user. If a clone gets destroyed by blunt force, judging by the situation, the user can re-shape them as they are all floating pellets of polystyrene. They will lose a rank in power(unless c-rank) if re-shaped and the user needs to spend 10 chakra for a c-rank, 20 for an a-rank and 40 for an s-rank to reshape them.

Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.

Declined: Choose one rank. Also, I'm not keen on allowing indefinite re-shapings. Limit it to a certain number depending on this technique's new rank. Also, note that the Polystyrene is not gonna be able to reshape if it is hit by an attack stronger than it or if it is completely obliterated in general.

Description: The user will perform two hand seals and cause the ground up to ten meters to be converted into Lithos stone. This technique can also be used to effect a specific portion of the ground that is not around the user. The purpose of this technique is to effect opponents and techniques with a magnetic force. Once an opponent or an attack that can be affected by a magnetic force stands on the lithos stone or is at maximum five meters above it they will become susceptible to the force. This magnetic will serve to draw all tools or jutsus towards the ground. Upon being affected, items such as: swords, kunai, and armors will be forced down towards the ground where it will remain pinned there. One special effect of this technique is that it can even bestow an object with its own magnetic field if it is in physical contact with the stone. Once this contact has been established it will be possible for the user to manipulate the poles of the Lithos stone on the ground, so that it attracts with the pole the bestowed object now has. Along with these effects, if desired, the user can give an object or person magnetic properties as long as they are in contact with the ground. In regards to jutsus, the user can cause the jutsus to become pinned to the ground, or manipulated in a different manner. It is also possible for the user to attempt to pin an opponent to the ground by inflicting their bodies with the stone. If desired, the user can attempt to immobilize the opponent with A-rank force, or attempt to slow them by x2 due to how the magnets will be pulling heavily on their body. The user can also choose to redirect affected objects or use them in any other manner. Additionally, the user can choose to affect an object on a person's body, but instead of the object being drawn downward by itself the user can choose to force the opponent down themselves along with said weapon. Furthermore, this technique can be used as a one time jutsu, or it can be prolonged if desired. If choosing to prolong the jutsu then the user it capable of utilizing any of this technique’s abilities at the cost of move as long as this jutsu is active. The can also choose to use this technique to slow down an opponent by x2 for as long this jutsu is active, or they can choose to use it as a one time ability. Essentially, this jutsu enables the user to affect objects with an A-rank magnetic force. Also, if desired the user can choose to inflict a crushing bind on objects affected by this technique. Lastly, this technique is perfect for unarming opponents of their weapons or tools because in most situations the opponent does not have an enhanced grip on their weapon, so the damage or rank of said weapon or tools plays little role in this.

By performing an extra hand seal at the end of one of their Wind/Lightning jutsu the user will cause scoria to shoot forward from the earth or from the nearest scoria sight and launch itself into the technique. By doing this the user will be capable of increasing the concussive and destructive power of the jutsu. Due to scoria’s explosive nature it will give said technique extra damage points whenever it makes contact with a surface. Additionally, if said jutsu already possesses explosive properties then then scoria inside of it will simply expound upon that. Essentially, the user will infuse small pieces of scoria inside of their technique and increase its strength by adding twenty damage points when the technique makes contact with something or when the user chooses to release it. In the case of wind, the scoria will mix with the currents of the wind while with lightning it will have the scoria merged with itself.

Description: The user will perform three hand seals and layer their body in a thick layer of Plasmoid chakra. The user’s plasmoid chakra will take the form of an armor over the user’s body in which is also combined with sealing properties. Due to the massive amount of Plasmoid chakra active the user’s body will hard to see behind the armor. The main ability of this armor is to passively absorb thermal energy near the user. This feat is accomplished because the Plasmoid armor will be radiating arcs of energy off of the user’s body up to five meters from it, and because it has the innate ability to draw thermal energy towards it. As a result of this, energy based techniques that enter five meters from the user will be reduced by one rank or twenty damage points depending on the situation. Next, the user is capable of spending a move to create weapons crafted out of Plasmoid chakra from their body which can be no larger than five meters in width and length, and up to S-rank strength. These weapons/tools can serve as an extension of the user’s body if wanted or thrown as a projectile up to long range. Lastly, the armor has the ability to draw in thermal energy at a faster rate than normal. By spending a move the user can expand the arcs of energy radiating off of the user’s body up to mid range, and immediately drain a targeted energy source of its thermal energy. As a result of this the target will have its core compromised, and fail as a result. This can ability can be done in the same time frame as this technique’s activation, so that it only requires one move. Due to the nature of this technique it is possible for the user to affect any damage of an energy source up to S-rank. Once an energy based target has been affected by this ability it is possible for the user to choose to apply the sealing properties of this technique. The user will have given their armor sealing properties in the sense that it will be able to able to seal any transferred thermal energy into its body. Once absorbed the user can choose to unseal the energy back into their body and as a result passively empower one of their future techniques by one rank or twenty damage points depending on the technique.

To achieve this effect, the user will utilize the signature property of Plasmoid. This involves siphoning thermal energy off of objects once in range. From the beginning of a battle the user’s Plasmoid chakra will passively utilize the arcs of energy branching of the user’s clothing to siphon the thermal energy in the air near them. As the energy is being siphoned the Plasmoid will utilize its sealing properties to seal the gathered energy and unseal it as chakra into the user’s body. By doing this the user will be able to passively enhance one of their techniques by twenty damage points or one rank depending on the situation by using the chakra to empower the techniques even more. Lastly, due to how slow the process is to gather the thermal energy this jutsu requires a cool down after use.

¤ Declined, the effects of this ( boosting Jutsu by absorbing thermal energy of incoming or nearby items ) is too much to allow as a passive as it affects every item near you, in a way that you dont fully explain; it boosts your attacks but what happens to items effected? You dont mention this in the first tech either. ¤

( Entropoton: Shōgai e no Omoide ) Entropy ∞ Ode to Disorder

Description: With three hand seals the user will focus his Entropoton chakra into creating a floating orb of sealing scripts loaded with Entropic Radiation in his vicinity. Each script repeats the same kanji meaning "steal & subjugate" and are oriented in a way that they create a hazy blue sphere that leaks Entropic Radiation. As this is a lingering type of technique, the sphere's properties will coincide with time spent on the field. It begins at a meter wide, resting anywhere within five meters of the user, and permeates the area of short ranged around him with radiation. By the second turn the orb grows to three meters wide, and influences up to mid ranged of the user, and by the third turn the orb doubles in diameter and becomes able to exert influence up to long-ranged away in all directions. What the radiation does is siphon and seal away a sizable amount of latent energy from chakra sources specifically such as people, summons, and seals. Persons and summons (including allies) caught in the sphere's influence will be forced to spend an extra ten chakra for any and every technique being performed while the user spends an extra five. The radiating sphere passively seals away five points of ambient chakra from the environment and ten from every technique (excepting those of higher chakra) performed under its influence per turn. Fuinjutsu seals/tags above B ranked will be rendered inert and will "fade" as their chakra is literally taken away. For Taijutsu techniques, or those that don't require chakra, the affected will instead be unable to perform techniques above B ranked. The user is able to make minor tweaks to the radiation's spread to avoid friendly seals above B-ranked but cannot have the radiation pardon allies such as shinobi and summons. The second half to the technique comes into place after the sphere has sealed at least thirty points worth of "extra" chakra from sources. The sealed chakra will then be released like a supernova where the sphere will explode in a maelstrom of Entropic blue flames, just ravishing the area depending on what turn this final act was released. The maelstrom holds no supplementary properties but instead carries a lot of damage and can defend from certain techniques--within reason. The damage done is directly proportional to the amount of chakra siphoned where thirty chakra will equal an A-ranked worth of damage, forty is S-ranked, and fifty is Forbidden ranked. The final release/explosion is utter and indifferent: it will nuke allies just the same as enemies if they don't evacuate/counter. This technique can only be performed thrice, and requires a two turn cool down between uses. While active, no other Entropy techniques above A-ranked can be performed. Lasts four turns at ten chakra per turn.

? Declined. Okay, re-reading your CE I noticed another issue. Your CE doesn't absorb or seal energy inherently, just destroys potential and kinetic energy. In order for this to seal energy, you'd need to incorporate Fuuinjutsu into it, so the second half as is can't fly. Another thing is that it doesn't make sense that this jutsu can affect seals above B-rank, but not seals below B-rank. Why would weaker seals be viable??

Description: A unique, masochistic technique that employs Entropy's energy affecting properties. The Anthem of Sacrifice is a technique that passively preys on the user's own technique(s) rather than an opponents'. While performing a technique, the user can add an extra hand seal as well as ten (10) extra chakra points to have a trace amount of Entropic radiation permeate said jutsu. What the radiation does is affect either of key energies found in almost all techniques: potential and kinetic. By choosing to affect the potential energy of their own technique, the user effectively lowers the rank of their own technique by one while transferring that energy to their own bodies. For every rank lowered from the affected jutsu for the sake of potential energy, the user gains ten (+10) extra damage to their next body related technique such as Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/and techs that originate from the body. Adversely, by choosing to affect the kinetic energy of their own technique the user is able to lower that technique's rank by robbing its speed and transferring it to themselves. For every rank lowered the user is able to gain +2 to their base speed for a single turn. A technique can only be purposefully lowered by Anthem of Sacrifice a maximum of three levels in one use, such as S-Rank to B-Rank. This technique is always active, but requires a move when being used. Both sides of this technique can only be used once per turn and once either side has been activated the technique goes on a one turn cool down. After the Anthem of Sacrifice is activated the user cannot perform Entropy techniques above A-Rank for the rest of the turn.
