We have seen the various effects that the advanced combination of multiple basic nature transformations can have. Usually when these advanced nature transformations are depicted, they have powerful effects and abilities. Plasmoid Release is one of these elements and shares it roots with Dust Release, an element that has been classed as one far above that of other ninjutsu. Dust Release, used by the two of Hidden Earth Village's Kages is a powerful element that utilized Earth, Wind, and Fire chakra to create three dimensional figures that expand and had powerful effect. In the case Dust Release, a bright core within the figures created would disintegrate objects that passed through them. It's within this context, Plasmoid Release is able to exist within the same realm of jutsu known as a Kekkai Tota, an advanced branch of jutsu that is more advanced than the jutsu class of kekkei genkai. By having a high skill level and mastery of all of the basic elements, the user is able to harness and manipulate this element.
How it works:
Plasmoid is an energy based element similar to Dust Release in it's formation which is that it creates three dimensional figures that contain a "core". In Plasmoid's case, this core is a fully ionized gas of low density containing an approximately equal number of positive ions and electrons. It is important to note that although they are unbound, these particles are not ‘free’. When the charges move they generate electrical currents with magnetic fields, and as a result, they are affected by other magnetic fields. By harnessing control of this gas, the user can create coherent structures of the element. Plasmoids in the real world have been proposed to explain natural phenomena such as ball lightning, magnetic bubbles in the magnetosphere, and objects in comet tails.
To create the Plasmoid Release, the user would first need to combine both the Wind and Fire elements. This combination creates a gas that is then fully superheated and ionized by the user's Lightning chakra. The process itself working much like a fluorescent light. When you turn on the light, electricity passes through the gas in the tubes becoming superheated causing the electrons to break off the atoms in the tubes. The illumination is the result of the glowing energy that has now been superheated and is contained within the tubes. Naturally, Plasmoid would be very hot due to the reaction between the elements that make up the core of the element. However, the user causes an inversion effect upon reaction to take place to turn Plasmoid into a heat-absorbing nature transformation which gives the element its uniqueness from other elements. To make this inversion take place, the combines the Earth chakra, which has the ability to harden, contain and solidify matter. The user will introduce earth chakra into the mix, using it to contain this ionized gas and in this time shape it. As the earth chakra contains the gas, it creates a core as the electrical energy attempts to escape throughout it dramatically slowing the excited electrical particles in the ionized gas. The user amplifies and manipulates this effect by introducing water chakra to keep the electrical energy of the gas fluid and moving and cooling the energy. This whole process causes the energy of the plasma to slow, but simultaneously remain fluid so rather then becoming cold itself the energy become heat absorbing and eventually causes objects that pass through or collide with them to freeze much along the lines of Ice Release.
By the combining these elements properly, the user can generate coherent three dimensional structures of it despite it being energy based. Plasmoid Release is a refined and controlled element that has an intense internal pressure from the contained gas and external pressure of the earth chakra which effectively solidifies the objects integrity causing object to clash with them rather then pass through. This causes the electrical energy to radiate within surging throughout the shape visibly but contained until the object has been destroyed or made to do so. Plasmoid objects will appear as blue or purple translucent objects containing a "core" which is the contained gas. The electrical energy coursing from the core is visibly contained within the field, and as objects collide with the shapes, the electrical energy focuses on that area absorbing the heat of whatever is in contact with the Plasmoid.

I honestly think the idea going here, with the removal of Magnetism, is pretty cool. But I can't help but feel your logic with how Earth Release and then the introduction of Water produces your inversion effect. In its initial state Plasmoid is a gas, not solid matter, which is your justification for the Earth Release altering it. So change up the logic here a bit and give it another shot.

As the ionized gas forms, the user will simultaneously introduce a combination of earth and water chakra which is used to create a malleable yet semi-solid membrane that surrounds the ionized gas and begins to create external pressure upon it. As the external pressure grows, the gas is compressed into a nearly solid state effectively shaping what's known as the core. The internal pressure of the ionized gas becomes so great that the energy begins to try to visibly escape in the form of free-flowing arcs of electricity coursing through the shape all stemming from the core of ionized gas. Soon, the internal and external pressures begin to balance out which effectively solidifies the entirety of the element causing objects that make contact with the Plasmoid to physically clash with it vs passing through the membrane. As the free-flowing arcs of energy radiate across the inside surface of the membrane, the membrane evenly distributes the core's energy across its surface. When objects physically interact with the Plasmoid's surface, the free-flowing arcs are attracted to the object's thermal energy and focus on that area which could be single or multiple points of contact. As the object's thermal energy and core's electrical energy interact via the point of contact of the solidified membrane, the core's energy rapidly increases the rate at which the thermal energy is transferred between the two objects. The thermal energy literally is siphoned from the source as the electrical energy of the core seeks to use it as a means to escape, unable to do so the thermal energy becomes distributed across the Plasmoid's surface. Objects that remain in contact with the surface of Plasmoid eventually begin to freeze in place due to complete removal of the object's thermal energy.

Based on what I read, I understand what you're trying to get at. But I had to read it a few times to really grasp it. So just refine the word choice to boil it down to a simple paragraph; not a wall of massive text explaining this process. It isn't declined for this reason, but some clarification would be good here for the sake of everyone. The real reason it's declined is your strengths and weaknesses. I'm not down for these vast strengths and weaknesses. You basically list out all fire based and earth based elements. That isn't gonna work. I need a list of clearly defined strengths and weaknesses with logical reasons attached to them. None of this vast list that is totally undefined.
