Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Notably, the Explosion Release is a combined nature transformation suggested to be made up of Doton and Raiton chakra to give the wielder the ability to utilize explosive chakra. Therefore, by this analogy, as it relates to the logical possible entities that formulate to attain explosive natural attributes. However, this is still all based on the elemental tendencies to happen within the natural world.

Coincidentally, this element focuses on fixation of natural correspondences that in turn which is able to happen if given the set fields in the natural world. Where when if a lightning bolt was to occur upon to striking a mineral, that strong electric current field will cause the mineral around shutter at a greater force that a "breakdown," would happen to allow a current to flow in an attempt to neutralize the charge separation provoking an ionization process.

How it works:

The ionized-ash release is based on lightning ionization of air earth explosive-empowered ash minerals. To initiate, the user controls their fire-based chakra allowing him to control ash segments which to be ionized with lightning-based chakra while the earth-based chakra gives it form, meanwhile the wind chakra supplementing the heat slashes within inside. In-turn gives the cubes erratic abilities, thus producing a new element of physical and combustion properties from their own body. Through microscopic vision, it appears green-glowing cubic particles that jumble to formulate together as a single form, a much larger cube about 1 ft wide and tall (standard form). Using shape composition, it can also be shaped to any desired form of the user's choice in any way possible. While in countless in numbers as sand, the segments ultimately as one single entity hold near to no impact in their combustion but, however, if when flooded together as a sum (i.e, Cubic-standard form) their cumulative explosion is remarkably astonishingly deadly. Guided by the user's will, this collective numberless amount will swiftly come together to be used as an explosive entity at which upon contact with an object of aim.

Ionized-ash release has 3 main abilities; ‘Assimilation, Explosion, and Implode ignition’. These three characteristics come from the very nature within the element’s chakra mixtures, for each chakra element residing within has a ratio mix that influences the element deriving such abilities.

[Assimilation] inherited from Raiton and Fuuton chakra mix, gives Ionized-Ash a state of net-zero electrical charge. Given all matter is composed of energy, having a net-zero charge allows these Ionized Ash segments to transcend through matter for a limited period of time before disappearing.This process starts as it ionizes the target to basically convert it into an ionized source of energy, that it assimilates into itself. However, it cannot attain advantage through this form.

[Imploding Ignition], inherited from Fuuton, Doton and Raiton mix, the solid ash-state collapses upon itself (generally being crushed by the force of air drafting inwards) resulting in the element acting like the “ball of lightening” phenomenon. Always disappearing quickly. Usually initiating this ability, when the user combines both of [Assimilation] and [Imploding Ignition] ability of this element. Creating a situation of when the CE assimilates another object of aim, by ionizing it and reducing it to energy. That target becomes caused to having a less pressure on the outside causing that target/object of aim to collapse in on itself. In a sort of "erasing" them, shrinking away rather than expanding into an explosion.

[Explosive], inherited from Raiton, Katon and Doton chakra, gives the element the explosive nature. Making contact with an object of aim, without further control/ command it ignites the ash segments within to cause an explosion.

Declined. You're very close now. Building on what Riker said, remove the Explosion aspect completely. Make this element uniform. Don't go with both Explosion and Implosion. Those are opposites. I want you to conceptually combine Assimilation and Implosion Ignition now into one form.

. Initiated by releasing ionized-ash particles into the air around an area, these particles then scatter more wavelengths of light in the color spectrum, creating "hazy air". These particles in the air can make the sky appear gray or even white. This is due to the particles being able to scatter the light to produce these colors. This phenomenon is called Mie scattering. To sum it up, the way light is scattered determines the color of the air. The flumes from these particles can make it difficult to breath once inhaled.

Facts that Prove the Element to be Possible (in the manga context):​

The proof of possibility for this element is shown, in one way, numerous times throughout the series, in the form of Magnet Release. An Advanced Element displayed by the Third and Fourth Kazekage, and Fifth Kazekage, it allows for the manipulation of minerals in an extremely fine form through the use of Earth and Wind Release. The different versions displayed by each Kazekage proves two things; that the elemental manipulation required to use this element is possible, and that there are other unique minerals that are all within the capacity for manipulation using this method.​

Osmium itself is a naturally occurring mineral in the Earth's crust, though it is actually the least abundant stable element to be found within the planet. Therefore, it is necessary to create more, as the use of Earth and Wind alone would naturally yield very little Osmium for use. A way to remedy this is through the usage of Fire Release on one's Earth chakra, or the natural earth around them. This creates igneous deposits, of which Osmium is a product, and is therefore a feasible method through which to create more of the element. At that point, one needs only use their Earth chakra to grind the element into a fine form, and then manipulate it through Wind Release as they please. The presence of Fire Release keeps the element sufficiently heated, so that it does not simply evaporate in the air due to being a pyrophoric substance. ​

We have seen before in the series how Fūinjutsu is used to safely confine and protect the user through barriers, a basic application which, though minor, allows for safer usage of the element, as well as greater utility.​

How It Works:

Osmium Release, in its physical form, is that of fine, grey grains. A single grain is equivalent in size to that of an ordinary sand grain. Though it exists in a form much smaller than that of when it is originally made, it is no less durable. The element itself possess a 7.0 rating on the Mohs scale, meaning that it is significantly more durable than other mineral elements such as Earth Release. In terms of head on interactions with said element, and others of similar durability, Osmium would simply outclass them in terms of strength and toughness. Osmium itself naturally has a high boiling point, due to the nature of its creation, and as such is particularly resistant to methods of attack via temperature increases, as well as being naturally resistant to corrosive or acidic agents. Osmium also has an immense half-life, reaching up to 2x1015 years (approximately 140000 times the age of the universe).​

The most unique quality of Osmium is its innate toxicity, which proves to be quite lethal if direct exposure occurs. This is due to Osmium being a pyrophoric substance, meaning that it dissolves into a solvent upon contact with liquids. Inhalation, ingestion, even absorption through the skin due to its immense toughness acting as a means of penetrative capability, can result in this reaction occurring, causing harmful effects to whatever entity it moves into. The extent and severity of the debilitating effects varies with concentration, allowing for users to inflict status ailments on an opponent which could prove useful in battle (a CEJ will be made outlining the potential effects and their severity when contact is made with the element). Though there are different effects, the method by which they're achieved (the element disseminating and spreading completely throughout the area of contact to achieve full area of effect) is all the same.​

Skin Contact: Upon making direct contact with skin, Osmium will easily penetrate the epidermis and flesh, causing irritation and inflammation at the point of contact. In this sense, it works in a similar manner to numerous small scalpels, each one slicing into the skin and leaving numerous minuscule open wounds. This can cause the impaired function of the body part in question, such as an arm or leg.​

Eye Contact: Should one's eye(s) be exposed to Osmium, the grains will easily slice through the lens and damage the organ. This will impede a target's visual clarity to varying degrees and, in the worst case, leave them totally blinded.​

Inhalation: Breathing in Osmium draws the element directly to one's lungs, where the element disseminates and can cause respiratory issues in a target by shredding the organs, which then causes an imbalance in the presence and flow of gases and fluids. If left untreated, this could result in death.​

Should Osmium undergo this reaction when clashing with another element, such as Water Release, it will lose its current granular form, turning into a solvent and thus unable to be manipulated or controlled further by the user. In this sense, its interaction with Water Release is interesting, despite being weak to it. In the same way that Water Release could be used as a medium through which to channel Lightning techniques and extend their range or the power of a Water technique, the element can become a channel for Osmium techniques. ​

In terms of basic manipulation, the element's form as a mass of granular material allows for the user to create objects of virtually any shape or size, and for numerous purposes. The user can simply utilise the element as a shapeless mass of pseudo-corrosive grains that surge over the field, like a current, or condensed it into constructs. It would be accurate to think of each individual grain as a miniature scalpel, capable of slicing through flesh and bone like butter. Furthermore, the element’s unique relationship with Water allows for potential combinations, as the dissemination of the mineral when exposed to Water could allow for one to apply the corrosive and toxic effects to their Water techniques, making their jutsu more lethal.​

The final aspect of Osmium, and a more minor feature on that note, is the incorporation of the barrier aspect of Fūinjutsu. During the process of creating Osmium, the user would create miniscule barriers around the grains that would respond to the user’s chakra and contact with their body. The barrier naturally acts as a barricade between the user’s body and the element as a response to any moment of contact, meaning that the user is able to make direct contact with their use of the element without being hurt by it. However, the barrier only behaves in this way when it comes to contact with the user, and thus has no bearing on elemental interactions or contact with other living things.​

Water & Seraphic Water Release: Osmium is a pyrophoric element, which means that it naturally dissolves when in contact with liquids. This is due to the fact that Osmium can only maintain its granular, mineral form at temperatures equal to or exceeding 50° Celsius. Upon dissolving, the element can no longer be controlled by the user, though it is no less toxic, and can still be dangerous if contact occurs. Like with normal Water Release, Seraphic Water would simply cool the element to the extent that it can no longer maintain its form.​

Wind & Empyrean Wind Release: Though Wind Release doesn’t exhibit the natural strength to overcome Osmium, it is a typically cool element, and this quality will result in the element being dispersed in an interaction between the two. The nature of Wind also interferes with the chakra control required to control Osmium itself. Empyrean Wind is more effective against Osmium due to the intensity of its kinetic forces. The nature of Empyrean Wind affects the chakra control required to manipulate Osmium to an even greater extent than normal Wind Release. ​

Corium Release: Corium is a form of liquid which allows it to trigger the reaction in pyrophoric substances such as Osmium, dismantling the element. Not only that, but Corium also exudes heat that is orders of magnitude above the melting point of Osmium, granting it even greater advantage against the element.​

Is Strong To:

Fire Release: Osmium has a natural melting point of 3033° Celsius, counteracting Fire’s inherently high temperatures. The use of fire is what sustains Osmium in its granular form, making it counterproductive to use as a tool to destroy it.​

Earth Release & Shikotsumyaku: Osmium is a particularly durable element, and its granular form gives it the edge in physical clashes, as its naturally rigid and sharp form allows it to behave as a saw-like material that grinds away at Earth. The same principle applies to Shikotsumyaku.​

Acid & Bleach Release: Osmium possesses great resistivity to corrosive elements such as Acid and Bleach, due to the complexity of its chemical makeup.​

Ice & Burning Ice Release: Similar to the case of Earth and Shikotsumyaku, Osmium is simply too dense to be adequately defended against by either element, especially considering that both elements are particularly fragile.​

Radiation & Decay Release: Osmium’s extraordinary half-life makes it naturally effective against both Radiation and Decay, as its sheer length makes even the accelerated rate of decay a time-consuming process.​

Magnet Release & Sand Ninjutsu: Osmium’s density gives it a natural advantage over the Iron Sand and Gold Sand variants of Magnet Release, and Sand Ninjutsu. Their minerals, while of a similar physical form, are far lighter, and are simply overpowered by Osmium in direct clashes.​

? Declined. Damn this was super close to getting approved on the first submission. Pretty much everything about it is fine, only issue is the Weaknesses. Specifically, Acid and Bleach. Liquid variations of those elements should still cause Osmium to dissolve, even while they're immune to the corrosive properties. I'd say you should make those neutral to the CE. ?

Oblivion Release is a proposed element that relies on two very unique aspects of Fūton and Raiton chakra as well as general control of its users. Bōkyakuton draws foremost from an interesting phenomenon called '

' (or vacuum fluctuations) and 'vacuum energy', their creation process, and then their potential applications. Virtual particles are particle-antiparticle pairs of electrons and positrons that are spawned and destroyed in a vacuum due to the uncertainty principle. This a real phenomenon that can be studied through experiments like that of the Casimir effect and is even tied to Hawking Radiation. These particles are often too small to observe and also extremely temporary. Whenever they pop up in a field, virtual particles are spawned symmetrically where the particle and antiparticle pairs mutually annihilate each other while releasing immeasurable amounts of energy. This energy is what has been called vacuum energy and, as the name suggests, occurs only in a vacuum. This energy, at the level of technology we possess now, is unable to be harvested for anything useful. But in the world of Naruto, chakra can be supplied in much more focused and practical amounts than real world energy. As such, this energy could be harvested through immense control. It is also possible to supply great amounts of energy in the form of electric fields to keep the virtual particles apart, which staves their mutual annihilation, and even allows them to become real particles (see "Pair Production" of the Virtual Particle page).

Now, we've already seen in the anime/manga where Fūton users are able to create powerful gusts and suction effects though wind whether from their own bodies (such as Danzō and his vaccum techniques) or even naturally occurring 'wind' around them, such as with Tessenjutsu (War Fan) users like Temari. Vacuums are made by simply removing air from a select point in space--not just in the Narutoverse, but in the real world too. However, the fastest method is by using a closed environment. That being said, creating temporary vacuums should be a relatively simply task for a shinobi who has mastered Wind. The element hinges on this probability for creation. Next, we know and recognize that Raiton and its various applications is the classic "energy" element, able to supply power/energy in the form of real lightning. And with the introduction of charged particles electricity becomes even more eminent due to it literally being a movement of charged particles through a medium.

How it works:
Bōkyakuton will work through the continuous efforts of its two component elements. Firstly, the user will use a unique application Fūton chakra in that with its ability to control natural air around them. This control could originally be defined as moving the air to form wind or manipulating wind to form gusts and so on. Bōkyakuton will use Fūton's ability to take charge of naturally occurring air by forcing it apart. Similar to the process of super-cavitation in water, the user's Wind chakra will be tasked with creating quick 'pockets' that are devoid of air by simply pulling the air apart from multiple directions. This creates a sharp sucking sound which can generally be interpreted as a warning sign. Essentially this creates pockets of vacuums. With the existence of a vacuum, even if for a second, vacuum fluctuations will be present and as such virtual particles. The next half of the user's Bōkyakuton chakra would be the Raiton components which are tasked with supplying the virtual particles with enough energy to not just exist in a time frame longer than an instant, but also annihilate and yield way more than they normally would. With the introduction of the user's Raiton-like chakra the particles will annihilate fiercely, creating violent bursts of gamma radiation which have incredibly high amounts of energy. Naturally, when electron-positron pairs collide large amounts of gamma photons are created, which when streamed or unified form gamma radiation. That is, in a single 'explosion' of the Bōkyakuton element light, energy, and radiation are created. The gamma photons are bright but not intense enough to kill or cause fatal harm, but rather serve to temporarily blind. With higher ranks of the element (A-Rank and above) capable of dealing more lingering and even permanent damage (to be outlined in techniques). By tuning the amount of energy applied to these particles the user can manipulate their yield to either create large or small bursts of energy.

The element in its truest description will appear a luminous white, due to the high amounts of energy it shunts while also being unimaginably hot, with cooler variants (lower energy input) ranging from blue to fiery red. Bōkyakuton is also exclusively formed from the air--and the absence of it--and as such cannot be made from other mediums such as water, earth, fire, etc. Simply put, so long as there exists space, the element is able to be created. Bōkyakuton is an element that is able to release a lot of energy over time. This is achieved through gamma bursts categorized as "short" and "long" with short bursts lasting only a few turns and long bursts naturally persisting over more turns. Long duration bursts are the most powerful with real world sources producing as much as 10^44 joules of energy (as much as our Sun will produce in its lifetime). In contexts of the RP these numbers are a lot less by comparison but still higher than most heat/energy based elements by contrast. Through this, the element has a 'ramping' effect where its damage can increase the longer a target is exposed to its gamma bursts while also costing progressively more chakra (to be outlined in techniques). Enemies struck by these bursts are annihilated almost immediately, scorching away to mere dust. The element can also adopt a more solid form by supplying energy through an electric field, a simple feat for Raiton, the particles can be kept apart long enough to become real particles. When these real particles reunite they form compressed structures of gamma radiation that can be directed from vacuum pockets like projectiles. Short bursts in this form will see few structures firing from pockets and long bursts see more, sometimes so much they appear like lasers. These structures can come in the form of arrows, swords, shields, etc and serve as the more focused side of the element. This variant is used with precision and can affect parts of a target specifically while the radiation counterpart is as indifferent as it is destructive. The projectile side can also cover a lot more distance, going as far as long range away from the pockets they originate from while the blast/radiation variant only extending mid-ranged at most from pockets created. The element also has the ability to be created almost instantaneously by creating pockets of vacuum in the ever-present air, which can include gases and similar elements (provided the rank of the released Bōkyakuton technique exceeds the rank of the air-like element it is being formed from in the case of techniques).

So in a quick recap, the element comes in two forms: radiation and projectile. From the radiation variant the user can yield 'bursts' of white hot gamma radiation that are also very bright. The projectile variant of the element typically carries less energy that its radiation counterpart but allows the element to be used in more defensive measures while still being able to rend flesh with an efficiency commonly seen in lasers. That is, the projectiles cauterize as they cut and pierce into flesh and other organic matter but are also a lot more forgiving than the radiation counterpart. Also to note, if the projectiles collide with elements/obstacles of great density it can cause them to lose form and release their pent up energy in the form of gamma bursts or explosions that typically consume a short radius around impact In all these applications the user has to keep themselves safe as well and as such retain the ability to direct these bursts in mundane ways such as away from them, downward, upward, etc, and for propulsion but never anything more complex.

Declined. You didn't actually remove the lingering radiation and its effects in the description like you said you did. Remove all the fluff text. Saying things like 10^44 joules has no meaning or place in custom descriptions. And that's just one instance of fluff text in this CE. I read through this and found most of it to be fluff/extra description. But these are just secondary to the actual problem going on here. Ultimately, I don't really see a difference between this and Xylon's Radiation Release. Unless radical changes are made to this element then it will remain far from approvable.

The possibility of Plasma usage in the Naruto has been depicted by Darui's Storm Release, the element creates energy that flows like water. Storm Release is more so named for its combination of chakra natures versus the actual elements abilities. Even more so, one particular technique which made its debut in the RP comes from "Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel". The technique was aptly named Lightning Release: Plasma Ball. The description of the technique reads: "The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defense which protects them from incoming attacks..." This gives us some context into the fact that Plasma can be possible within the Narutoverse with the Lightning Element.

We have also seen how the usage of magnetic fields can be used to control substances and objects. Some prime examples being the 3rd Kazekage and Shinki's Iron Sand, or the 4th Kazekage's Gold Dust styles adapted to the way of life in the Hidden Sand. Way up in the Lightning Mountains, Toroi of the Hidden Cloud adapted his usage around shuriken and controlled these using magnetism. These parties although they have no bloodline relation that we know of, were all able to utilize and adapt the use of Magnetism to control a object for their own purposes. ¤ Declined, okay so you write this is based on Plasma and Magnet Releases, yet you dont have these in your Conditions to use. If this is a type of magnetic plasma, there are a few issues. Because Plasma is a CE in the RP, you can't write it's based on Plasma Release without it being required for it to be submitted. The issue with this is this would make the new CE (this one) the daughter CE of Plasma and techs would count as a Plasmoid/Plasma Jutsu and count as slots for both. This would allow you to bypass the limitations for Plasma CEJ and cant be allowed. In addition to this, Magnet Release would need to be required for use, meaning only a Magnet based bio could use this. You will have to find a stronger basis that doesnt utilize either of these two elements as these both limit you and make it impossible. ¤

Removed Plasma and Magnetism as components of this CE. However, I have kept references to them while limiting the context of how they are involved with this CE.

? Declined. The reasoning behind the possibility of this element, particularly the magnetism, is flawed. Magnetism is not something that is available to every person; the way you have it described now would require you to have Magnetism Release to form the element. What you have now is a rather messy hodge-podge of properties. I recommend cutting out this focus on Magnetism, as it's not really doing anything for your CE, and focus on Plasmoid absorbing heat to freeze things. Just say you're ionizing Wind with Lightning to form the gas form of Plasmoid and that it's highly endothermic by adding Water or focusing on the cooling effects of Wind. I won't allow this to be in two variants where one is super hot and another variant that freezes like this submission implies. ? ​

Notably, the Explosion Release is a combined nature transformation suggested to be made up of Doton and Raiton chakra to give the wielder the ability to utilize explosive chakra. Therefore, by this analogy, as it relates to the logical possible entities that formulate to attain explosive natural attributes. However, this is still all based on the elemental tendencies to happen within the natural world.

Coincidentally, this element focuses on fixation of natural correspondences that in turn which is able to happen if given the set fields in the natural world. Where when if a lightning bolt was to occur upon to striking a mineral, that strong electric current field will cause the mineral around shutter at a greater force that a "breakdown," would happen to allow a current to flow in an attempt to neutralize the charge separation provoking an ionization process.

How it works:

The ionized-ash release is based on lightning ionization of air and earth implosive-empowered ash minerals. To initiate, the user controls their fire-based chakra allowing him to control ash segments which to be ionized with lightning-based chakra while the earth-based chakra gives it form, meanwhile the wind chakra supplementing the heat slashes within inside. In-turn gives the cubes erratic abilities, thus producing a new element of physical and implosion properties from their own body. These particles in the air can make the sky appear gray or even white. This is due to the particles being able to scatter the light to produce these colors. This phenomenon is called Mie scattering. To sum it up, the way light is scattered determines the color of the air. The flumes from these particles can make it difficult to breath once inhaled.

The solid ash-state collapses upon itself (generally being crushed by the force of air drafting inwards) resulting in the element acting like the “ball of lightening” phenomenon. Always disappearing quickly. Creating a situation of when the CE assimilates another object of aim, by ionizing it and reducing it to energy. That target becomes caused to having a less pressure on the outside causing that target/object of aim to collapse in on itself. In a sort of "erasing" them, shrinking away rather than expanding into an explosion.

[Wave-light Distortion], inherited from Raiton, Katon and Doton chakra, gives the element Mie scattering. Initiated by releasing ionized-ash particles into the air around an area, these particles then scatter more wavelengths of light in the color spectrum, creating "hazy air". These particles in the air can make the sky appear gray or even white. This is due to the particles being able to scatter the light to produce these colors. This phenomenon is called Mie scattering. To sum it up, the way light is scattered determines the color of the air. The flumes from these particles can make it difficult to breath once inhaled.

Polystyrene is one of the most commonly used plastics, mainly for usage of isolating buildings and used in the construction areas. Not only that, but the elements that build up polystyrene is hydrogen and carbon and both of these elements are found in the narutoverse in either other custom elements or seen in the manga context. I think there's even a very large possibility that the element is even shown in the manga as its also used in the fast-food industry as it is a great insulator of heat. You can see Naruto having cups of noodles with what i believe is indeed polystyrene >_>.

How it works:
Polystyrene is, like i previously mentioned, made by hydrogen and carbon. In order to get the latter the user must be able to collect carbon from the ground. The hydrogen can easily be collected through the air as its basically full of it. Mixing these two components together, however, requires precision chakra control and temperature control. This is where the fire element takes part of its making. The use of the earth element provides the natural carbon, but carbon can sometimes be harvested from the air as well. However, as minerals has been seen before being harvested mostly through the use of earth release its safe to say, this release depends on it. The wind release is also mandatory to create Polystyrene as it is 98% made out of air. The wind release also plays a big role as when it comes down to pressurize the semi-fluid and make it hardened.

As a semifluid, polystyrene is a very tolerant material, able to take a lot of abuse and be very good at isolating electricity as well as heat/cold through other materials the semiliquid is in contact with. This is because of its huge possession of air inside the material, as we all know that air is tolerant to lightning and carbon is tolerant towards heat/cold. The semifluid can be either completely transparent, have a hue of blue or completely white with no odor whatsoever. Because the semi liquid is very light it can be compressed and achieve a huge density that makes the material completely solid and be on par with solid aluminum in terms of hardness. This makes the semiliquid compete-able to lesser metals and most earth-based techniques even if its very light the pressure will make the size of the polystyrene smaller and thus the user is able to put more mass into it. As predicted, the material has a very bouncy feeling on touch in its semifluid form, but if/when pressurized it becomes very very dense, solid and resistant to harder materials that otherwise can cut through the semifluid form. When pressurized, the user can both focus their porisuchiton chakra to create constructs and weaponry as well as small pellets of polystyrene, controllable through wind currents also aligned with the release. The semifluid will be the natural form of the release and unless the user spends a vast amount of porisuchiton chakra it will stay semifluid. Like most materials, such as dragonglass, the polystyrene will stay on the field until destroyed. No matter if hardened or semifluid. The size of the pellets could vary between a centimeter to about 5 centimeters. Because the semifluid is very bouncy it will be able to repel most simple taijutsu strikes if used as an armor for example. Unlike rubber, it the semifluid will not have the same flexibility and is easier to actually tear apart and unlike most plastics, the polystyrene has a lesser thermal conductivity(ability to conduct heat). Pressurized, its also harder than most common plastics. Unlike other plastics again, however, is the fact that in contact with fire the polystyrene combusts instead of melting-boiling-vaporizing. Instead it creates a black fog due to its high containing amount of hydrogen. As a semifluid, the polystyrene will have a high impact absorption, enabling it to take a lot of abuse even without being fully solid.

These constructions are most likely based on larger constructs such as pillars, plateaus, hills or other structures.

Self Source Creation Usage: The user will focus wind, earth and fire chakra into themselves in order to produce polystyrene through exhaling sources or extrude them from their body. It could be used to be able to take on greater blunt damage and "harden " the users body as well as creating hand-held items such as shields or weapons.

Physics of Polystyrene:

-Ageless: It takes hundreds of years for polystyrene to break down biologically and is not affected by decaying acting as a very resilient and durable being inorganic as it.

-Sound Interaction: Polystyrene is made by 98% wind and is a natural isolator of sound, easily blocking out soundwaves at high decibels. Frequencies will bounce off its surface and spread out into the space of the area of the source. When being in a pressurized state, the sound will "massage" it back to semifluid state, which will in turn bounce away the soundwaves back into the air.

-Temperature Interaction: The plastic has a melting point of 240 degrees and turns into a glassy state at about 100 degrees, still maintaining its solidness. It is very tolerant to low temperatures though and will produce a very effective isolator towards icy temperatures.

-Liquid Interaction: In contact with water or steam the semifluid acts as a repellent and is able to absorb off the heatwaves of boil release. However, because the polystyrene is so lightweight it can be pushed away by strong currents of water.

You’re also trying to give an element properties it doesn’t have. You can’t just say “I pressurize it” and expect polystyrene to become stronger than earth and equal to metals. You then go on to contradict yourself by stating it’s light so it’s weak to water. You can’t have it both ways. Also, pick a single variant for your element. Either semi-fluid as you put it or just solid. I won’t allow variable strengths and weaknesses. After that you talk about controlling polystyrene pellets with wind currents, that isn’t inherent or even relevant to your element. You state so much irrelevant information like the bolded that needs to be removed. The strength to lightning is also wrong. Whether or not it’s an insulator, Lightning would still tear it apart. Wood is an insulator but is weak to lightning. Your element is NOT 98% wind. I don’t know where you got that fact from but even if it was true, this would no longer be polystyrene. In the narutoverse, the Polystyrene will have a solid formation which is done by combining earth, fire and wind chakra to form the polystyrene. It can either be formed underground or from the users body. The solid is an extremely light material which makes it easy to push aside with sheer force. However, it's extremely good at isolating both electricity and heat/cold. This makes polystyrene sublime when it comes to defending oneself from hot/cold and electrical based elements/attacks. It does also mean that it is very easy to just push away with sheer force although it doesn't always mean the material breaks. Polystyrene is very flexible as well and thus easy to manipulate into any shape the user wants. Due to air compression, the user may also compress the solid polystyrene to become very thin and sharp, making it a good candidate for swift and lethal weapons. If in contact with earth, the polystyrene will be blown away by the physical aggressive release as rocks and earth ways more than polystyrene. If in contact with water it will be the same thing as water carries more weight that the release. However, when in contact with wind(which is lighter) it will stand its ground and also neglect cold effects that wind might also carry. Lightning will be absorbed into the material and isolated, carried no further. Fire and extremely hot materials will also be neglected by the polystyrenes capability of isolating the heat.

This also isn't gonna have a strength to lightning; due to being so brittle, light and near immaterial, the focused energy of lightning would tear right through it. Although steel is one of the most unknown elements to the show so far it is, however also unknown on how much material or carbon consists of the steel already. In its usual formation (black) it could mean that it is of low carbon content thus resulting in a weaker form of steel, if utilizing a more concentrated source of heated steel and carbon steel to raise the strength and thus maximizing its alloying ingredients it could thus increase its strength and durability with its natural property of carbon. Its ideally theorized that the black steel is of different substance with perhaps no carbon, if utilizing a element of steel with and or even a higher source of passive resting carbon it could result in a better form or substance in battle and overall.

The requirement to control carbon itself is not needed for the natural compounds of steel already carry the substance and therefore upon manipulation will carry its material passively without harming/altering/and or changing its mechanism via carbon at all. Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In the Narutoverse we have seen many elements combined to form unique elements that are based on real-life phenomenon. Examples being Fire and Earth to create acidic earth, Magnetic release based on Earth and Wind and even life being generated through combining Earth and Water to manifest Wood. Starlight Release is similar in nature, being based on White Dwarf stars. The existence of stars in the Narutoverse implicates that white dwarf stars also exist, as they are the natural progression of the celestial bodies. Additionally, the existence of Storm Release also functions as proof that energy can be granted properties that allow it to function similarly to matter, as the lightning gains the capability of flowing like water. The Rinnegan also displays that it is possible to create Ninjutsu that exhibit effects related to gravity and density. Lightning and fire both naturally exhibit high energy output, with fire also displaying the ability to alter pressures by generating storm clouds in previously calm weather. All together, these factors prove that the capabilities of Starlight Chakra is possible via the usage of chakra.


How it works:

Starlight Release functions effectively as a fictionalized version of a white dwarf star. White dwarf stars are the, to summarize, the result of a fusion reaction where hydrogen is highly energized, producing intense luminosity and thermal energy with high density. Starlight Release replicates this process through the combination of Fire, Lightning, and Wind, with Wind acting as a substitute for hydrogen(as it naturally presents itself in air), and Lightning and Fire both replicating the high energy conditions that produce the fusion reaction that generates a star. Lightning Release also acts as the physical medium of the element, its constructs appearing similar to condensed and shaped lightning, far smoother than the jagged and loose forms of lightning and fire.

Starlight Release, as such, exhibits similar traits to a White Dwarf star. The element gives off immense energy and heat, surpassing conventional lightning and fire and even that of some heightened heat-based elements. The main crux of Starlight, however, comes in its replication of a White Dwarf star's immense density and gravitational pull, the natural result of the fusion reaction that spawns such a star. However, as Starlight is not a true W.D. Star, and rather a mimicry of it through chakra, these characteristics are of course much lesser in extent. The gravitational pull and high density of Starlight Release do not extend outwards as a normal star's does, having no attraction capabilities or remote crushing effects on the environment. Instead, Starlight's immense density and gravity is internal, the forces causing the energy to pulled inwards on itself when forged into a construct. In simpler terms, Starlight's internal gravity and density reaches a level of intensity that allows it to hold its shape and form much more aptly than normal energy, allowing it to act as a solid would when interacting with other objects. Fields, jutsu, or tools that affect energy based on its form, such as Dark Release, would lose their effect on Starlight, as the energy's high density and internal gravity would allow it to resist these effects by holding itself together. Naturally, the high density is weaponized as well, allowing constructs of Starlight to crush, pierce, slam, or otherwise strike people and other objects as a super heavy solid object would, surpassing that of even steel.
Due to the high density gravitational energy within Starlight Chakra, although it may move as an energy it can also act like a physical object.

Declined. I needed to check with LoK on how to approach this application of Gravity. Under normal circumstances, gravity and the replication of gravity's effects on its environment would be unapprovable, even with the Deva Path. But given that in this case the gravity can only cause the energy to become 'denser,' then it's okay. So I just want to be clear for the next submission. This is okay, but it cannot be used to reproduce repulsion, attraction, warp space, or basically anything else that gravity does. It ONLY makes the element pseudo-solid.

Now for the reason I'm declining this, for now. It's sort of two fold. The first is that the justification for why this is strong to Dark Release. Just because an energy becomes psuedo-solid doesn't mean that it gains an inherent strength against Dark's absorption. Dark Release is perfectly capable of absorbing chakra out of solids, it just can't deal with the solid matter that is left over (the empty husk, if you will). So I can't see this current justification for a strength against Dark Release working. So no matter what happens in this case, this is still an energy element and Dark is perfectly capable of handling that. Absorbing the chakra in the energy (which is the source of what makes it solid by creating the density and thus the gravity which holds it together), would leave you with nothing. You don't even have an empty husk like you would in the case of Earth/Water/other solid AE/CE.

You need to either change the justification, or change the trait itself to something new. Now my second point. This isn't exactly a reason for the decline, but it's something I want you to consider. Assuming you got the strength to Dark Release approved - this is still just a solid energy. You can already do that with Lightning Release, certain Fire Release techniques, and other energies. There really isn't anything unique or special about that. So I just want to give you the opportunity to add something unique to this before you chew up a CE slot permanently on it.

In the Narutoverse we have seen many elements combined to form unique elements that are based on real-life phenomenon. Examples being Fire and Earth to create acidic earth, Magnetic release based on Earth and Wind and even life being generated through combining Earth and Water to manifest Wood. Starlight Release is similar in nature, being based on White Dwarf stars. The existence of stars in the Narutoverse implicates that white dwarf stars also exist, as they are the natural progression of the celestial bodies. Additionally, the existence of Storm Release also functions as proof that energy can be granted properties that allow it to function similarly to matter, as the lightning gains the capability of flowing like water. The Rinnegan also displays that it is possible to create Ninjutsu that exhibit effects related to gravity and density. Lightning and fire both naturally exhibit high energy output, with fire also displaying the ability to alter pressures by generating storm clouds in previously calm weather. All together, these factors prove that the capabilities of Starlight Chakra is possible via the usage of chakra.


How it works:

Starlight Release functions effectively as a fictionalized version of a white dwarf star. White dwarf stars are the, to summarize, the result of a fusion reaction where hydrogen is highly energized, producing intense luminosity and thermal energy with high density. Starlight Release replicates this process through the combination of Fire, Lightning, and Wind, with Wind acting as a substitute for hydrogen(as it naturally presents itself in air), and Lightning and Fire both replicating the high energy conditions that produce the fusion reaction that generates a star. Lightning Release also acts as the physical medium of the element, its constructs appearing similar to condensed and shaped lightning, far smoother than the jagged and loose forms of lightning and fire.

Starlight Release, as such, exhibits similar traits to a White Dwarf star. The element gives off immense energy and heat, surpassing conventional lightning and fire and even that of some heightened heat-based elements. The main crux of Starlight, however, comes in its replication of a White Dwarf star's immense density and gravitational pull, the natural result of the fusion reaction that spawns such a star. However, as Starlight is not a true W.D. Star, and rather a mimicry of it through chakra, these characteristics are of course much lesser in extent. The gravitational pull and high density of Starlight Release do not extend outwards as a normal star's does, having no attraction capabilities or remote crushing effects on the environment. Instead, Starlight's immense density and gravity is internal, the forces causing the energy to pulled inwards on itself when forged into a construct. In simpler terms, Starlight's internal gravity and density reaches a level of intensity that allows it to hold its shape and form much more aptly than normal energy, allowing it to act as a solid would when interacting with other objects. Fields, jutsu, or tools that affect energy based on its form, such as Dark Release, would lose their effect on Starlight, as the energy's high density and internal gravity would allow it to resist these effects by holding itself together. Naturally, the high density is weaponized as well, allowing constructs of Starlight to crush, pierce, slam, or otherwise strike people and other objects as a super heavy solid object would, surpassing that of even steel.
Due to the high density gravitational energy within Starlight Chakra, although it may move as an energy it can also act like a physical object.

Due to Starlight's combined energy of lightning and fire, it gives of an incredibly high brightness so much so that it affects those within its range. This effect however has no baring on the user, or those that have learnt the element, similarly to how shooting fire out ones mouth doesnt burn oneself, or discharging lightning doesnt paralyse yourself, etc. While D and C rank applications of the CE have a small chakra useage, they only affect those caught in its short range, and can only reduce the opponents tracking levels. But as higher levels of techniques are used with more chakra useage, the brightness increases and as such so does the potency and range. B and A rank techniques are capable of reaching up to mid range from sources, while reducing tracking further (depending on the jutsu effects, to be described in each technique). S and F ranks are the most dangerous, capable of severely affecting opponents eyesight, even at long range, however the closer to the technique opponents are, the more damaging the side effects (which again will be outlined and described in each technique).

Due to the volume of chakra used in Judgement, the opponents tracking is reduced by 2 for each range it closes in, forcing them to avert their eyes.

The sheer weight of the Starlight chakra as well easily overcomes very light density fire manipulation. This allows starlight to push through Fire Release and Fire based CE.

Lightning - Similarly to fire, Starlight's energy is much higher than that of regular lightning chakra and is strong to lightning based CE's.

Earth - Again the high energy of starlight is so massive that it can overcome even high density earth chakra and CE's

The CE description still makes mention of an intrinsic strength against Dark Release because this element becomes a pseudo solid, even though in my previous check I said that it wouldn't work that way. The effect of blindness from brightness isn't unique enough to warrant being part of a CE.

The possibility of plasma usage in Naruto has been depicted by Darui's Storm Release, the element creates energy that flows like water. Storm Release is more so named for its combination of chakra natures versus the actual elements abilities. Even more so, one particular technique which made its debut in the RP comes from "Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel". The technique was aptly named Lightning Release: Plasma Ball. The description of the technique reads: "The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defense which protects them from incoming attacks..." This gives us some context into the fact that plasma and versions of it can be possible within the Narutoverse with the Lightning Element.

We have also seen how the usage of earth chakra can be used to control substances and objects. Some prime examples being the 3rd Kazekage and Shinki's Iron Sand, or the 4th Kazekage's Gold Dust styles adapted to the way of life in the Hidden Sand. Way up in the Lightning Mountains, Toroi of the Hidden Cloud adapted his usage around shuriken and controlled these using magnetism a combination of Earth and Wind chakras. These parties although they have no bloodline relation that we know of, were all able to utilize and adapt the use of earth release to control an object for their own purposes. In this context it shows, that magnetism and versions of it can be accessible to all manner of individuals and exist in different forms.

How it works:

Plasmoid is an element which creates a fully ionized gas of low density containing an approximately equal number of positive ions and electrons. It is important to note that although they are unbound, these particles are not ‘free’. When the charges move they generate electrical currents with magnetic fields, and as a result, they are affected by other’s magnetic fields. By harnessing control of this gas using earth chakra, the user can create coherent structures of the element. Plasmoids have been proposed to explain natural phenomena such as ball lightning, magnetic bubbles in the magnetosphere, and objects in cometary tails.

To create the Plasmoid Release, the user would first need to combine both the Wind and Fire elements. This combination creates a gas that is then fully superheated and ionized by the user's Lightning chakra. The process itself working much like a fluorescent light. When you turn on the light, electricity passes through the gas in the tubes becoming superheated causing the electrons to break off the atoms in the tubes. The illumination is the result of the glowing energy that has now been superheated. It is important to note that although they are unbound, these particles are not ‘free’. When the charges move they generate electrical currents with magnetic fields, and as a result, they are affected by magnetic fields. Naturally, Plasmoid is very hot due to the reaction between the elements that make up the core of the element. However, the user is able to also produce a heat-absorbing Plasmoid which gives the element it's uniqueness from other Lightning based elements. By using then combining the Earth element's ability to harden and solidify matter, the user will begin by dramatically slowing the excited electrical particles in the ionized gas which will, in turn, cause the plasmoid to become heat absorbing vs actually becoming cold itself, the heat absorption properties ultimately cause objects to freeze much like Ice Release.

Plasmoid Release is a unique element in the fact the user can generate coherent structures of it despite it being energy based. Plasmoid Release is a refined and controlled element that allows the user to create three-dimensional objects out of chakra much along the lines of Earth Release. These objects have intense internal pressure from the contained gas pressure and external pressure of the earth chakra. This pressure makes Plasmoid extremely volatile and objects created using Plasmoid Release are prone to exploding with intense energy. Plasmoid users will create the element by turning their chakras into translucent but visible fields containing a "core" which is the contained gas. The electrical energy coursing from the core is visibly contained within the field unable to escape until the element has been destroyed or made to do so.

? Declined. The reasoning behind the possibility of this element, particularly the magnetism, is flawed. Magnetism is not something that is available to every person; the way you have it described now would require you to have Magnetism Release to form the element. What you have now is a rather messy hodge-podge of properties. I recommend cutting out this focus on Magnetism, as it's not really doing anything for your CE, and focus on Plasmoid absorbing heat to freeze things. Just say you're ionizing Wind with Lightning to form the gas form of Plasmoid and that it's highly endothermic by adding Water or focusing on the cooling effects of Wind. I won't allow this to be in two variants where one is super hot and another variant that freezes like this submission implies. ? ​

We have seen the various effects that the advanced combination of multiple basic nature transformations can have. Usually when these advanced nature transformations are depicted, they have powerful effects and abilities. Plasmoid Release is one of these elements and shares it roots with Dust Release, an element that has been classed as one far above that of other ninjutsu. Dust Release, used by the two of Hidden Earth Village's Kages is a powerful element that utilized Earth, Wind, and Fire chakra to create three dimensional figures that expand and had powerful effect. In the case Dust Release, a bright core within the figures created would disintegrate objects that passed through them. It's within this context, Plasmoid Release is able to exist within the same realm of jutsu known as a Kekkai Tota, an advanced branch of jutsu that is more advanced than the jutsu class of kekkei genkai. By having a high skill level and mastery of all of the basic elements, the user is able to harness and manipulate this element.

I honestly think the idea going here, with the removal of Magnetism, is pretty cool. But I can't help but feel your logic with how Earth Release and then the introduction of Water produces your inversion effect. In its initial state Plasmoid is a gas, not solid matter, which is your justification for the Earth Release altering it. So change up the logic here a bit and give it another shot.

Where when if a lightning bolt was to occur upon to striking a mineral, that strong electric current field will cause the mineral around shutter at a greater force that a "breakdown," would happen to allow a current to flow in an attempt to neutralize the charge separation provoking an ionization process.

How it works:
The Dark Vacuity Release is based on lightning ionization of air and earth implosive-empowered ash minerals. To initiate, the user controls their fire-based chakra allowing him to control ash segments which to be ionized with lightning-based chakra while the earth-based chakra gives it form, meanwhile the wind chakra supplementing the heat slashes within inside. In-turn gives the cubes erratic abilities, thus producing a new element of physical and implosion properties from their own body or surrounding area. The ionized ash may be formed either from the user's body directly or even using the surrounding terrain as a source to produce the element. They may also utilize the ionized ash through direct physical contact with the object in question. Through microscopic vision, it appears as a Black-glowing cubic particles that jumble to formulate together as a single form, a much larger cube about 1 ft wide and tall (standard form). Using shape composition, it can also be shaped to any desired form of the user's choice in any way possible. [Implode Ignition] inherited from Fuuton, Raiton and Doton chakra mix, gives Dark Vacuity Release of net-zero electrical charge. Given all matter is composed of energy, having a net-zero charge allows these Ionized Ash segments to transcend through matter for a limited period of time before disappearing.This process starts as it ionizes the target to basically convert it into an ionized source of energy, that it assimilates into itself. However, it cannot attain advantage through this form. The solid ash-state collapses upon itself (generally being crushed by the force of air drafting inwards) resulting in the element acting like the “ball of lightening” phenomenon. Always disappearing quickly. Creating a situation of when the CE assimilates another object of aim, by ionizing it and reducing it to energy. That target becomes caused to having a less pressure on the outside causing that target/object of aim to collapse in on itself. While also the user can merge and combine this Jutsu with another Dakuiton projectile-alike jutsus, to create even more powerful implosions. Description: The user will release Dakuiton chakra as they create the glowing ash spores to form from their hands, which makes a glowing fog scene in the terrain before dividing them in even smaller forms. These cubes lose their explosive ability which allows the user to change the trajectory of their cubes as they are floating throughout the area around them, allowing the user to sense their opponent whenever these floating spores interact with them or even if they attempt to dodge them, the spores will take in the change in air flow giving feedback to the user of the opponents whereabouts. These spores are even capable to phasing through objects as like the known "lightning ball" phenomenon.

Conditions to be able to use it: Jounin Chakra level. Katon, Doton, Fuuton and Raiton Mastery.

Is weak to: Wind Release + Fire Release
| Elaboration | The basic Wind/ Fire release can simply overpower this element. This interaction occurs when wind slices through the element's core or wind the gust shreds layers of the element as it's also redirected away. While when interacting with flames, this element cannot ionize fire, resulting in the element getting devoured.

Is strong against: Water Release + Earth Release + Sygian Water + Rhythm Release.
| Elaboration | The basic Water, Earth and Lightening release succumb to the power of the ionization and wind draft that comes with the element's implosion. When interacting with liquid based element, it reduces those element into itself vaporizing them almost instantaneously. While earth (all-solid) based elements collapse upon themselves, failing altogether, meanwhile lightening elements simply empower the elements ionization ability. This results in the lightening jutsu simply being nullified into the element's overall power. Sound based Ninjusu fail to reach the user, as the in-drafts of wind entering into the implosion effect of this element's initiation, act as a Sound mask.

And your coloration for the ash is contradictory. In one sentence you said that it is black in color and then immediately after that you say it can be any color. I'll let there be multiple colors, but there will also need to be abuse restrictions on this. Nothing that can become naturally invisible and stuff like that. Make those edits as you see fit.

I was actually about to approve this. But some of your strengths don't sit well with me. I made edits here too. But it was just too much missing for me to edit it all. First off, you list basic water as a strength for the element, but then list Stygian. Stygian isn't basic Water Release. Yet you failed to explain this one. I also don't really fully grasp what you're trying to get with the strength to Sound Ninjutsu/Rhythm. Try to keep it logical within how Sound Ninjutsu is defined. And then the biggest issue is lightning. Your wording is super strange here. You say that it empowers the element's ionization. That isn't how a strength works. That implies all lightning serves to just make your element stronger, and not overpower it (which a high enough Raiton technique could achieve against this element, even if it is strong). So reword some things here and there and you should be good.

Facts that Prove the Element to be Possible (in the manga context):​

The proof of possibility for this element is shown, in one way, numerous times throughout the series, in the form of Magnet Release. An Advanced Element displayed by the Third and Fourth Kazekage, and Fifth Kazekage, it allows for the manipulation of minerals in an extremely fine form through the use of Earth and Wind Release. The different versions displayed by each Kazekage proves two things; that the elemental manipulation required to use this element is possible, and that there are other unique minerals that are all within the capacity for manipulation using this method.​

Osmium itself is a naturally occurring mineral in the Earth's crust, though it is actually the least abundant stable element to be found within the planet. Therefore, it is necessary to create more, as the use of Earth and Wind alone would naturally yield very little Osmium for use. A way to remedy this is through the usage of Fire Release on one's Earth chakra, or the natural earth around them. This creates igneous deposits, of which Osmium is a product, and is therefore a feasible method through which to create more of the element. At that point, one needs only use their Earth chakra to grind the element into a fine form, and then manipulate it through Wind Release as they please. The presence of Fire Release keeps the element sufficiently heated, so that it does not simply evaporate in the air due to being a pyrophoric substance. ​

We have seen before in the series how Fūinjutsu is used to safely confine and protect the user through barriers, a basic application which, though minor, allows for safer usage of the element, as well as greater utility.​

Osmium itself naturally has a high boiling point, due to the nature of its creation, and as such is particularly resistant to methods of attack via temperature increases, as well as being naturally resistant to corrosive or acidic agents. Osmium also has an immense half-life, reaching up to 2x1015 years (approximately 140000 times the age of the universe).​

The most unique quality of Osmium is its innate toxicity, which proves to be quite lethal if direct exposure occurs. This is due to Osmium being a pyrophoric substance, meaning that it dissolves into a solvent upon contact with liquids. Inhalation, ingestion, even absorption through the skin due to its immense toughness acting as a means of penetrative capability, can result in this reaction occurring, causing harmful effects to whatever entity it moves into. The extent and severity of the debilitating effects varies with concentration, allowing for users to inflict status ailments on an opponent which could prove useful in battle (a CEJ will be made outlining the potential effects and their severity when contact is made with the element). Though there are different effects, the method by which they're achieved (the element disseminating and spreading completely throughout the area of contact to achieve full area of effect) is all the same.​

Skin Contact: Upon making direct contact with skin, Osmium will easily penetrate the epidermis and flesh, causing irritation and inflammation at the point of contact. In this sense, it works in a similar manner to numerous small scalpels, each one slicing into the skin and leaving numerous minuscule open wounds. This can cause the impaired function of the body part in question, such as an arm or leg.​

Eye Contact: Should one's eye(s) be exposed to Osmium, the grains will easily slice through the lens and damage the organ. This will impede a target's visual clarity to varying degrees and, in the worst case, leave them totally blinded.​

Inhalation: Breathing in Osmium draws the element directly to one's lungs, where the element disseminates and can cause respiratory issues in a target by shredding the organs, which then causes an imbalance in the presence and flow of gases and fluids. If left untreated, this could result in death.​

​

Should Osmium undergo this reaction when clashing with another element, such as Water Release, it will lose its current granular form, turning into a solvent and thus unable to be manipulated or controlled further by the user. In this sense, its interaction with Water Release is interesting, despite being weak to it. In the same way that Water Release could be used as a medium through which to channel Lightning techniques and extend their range or the power of a Water technique, the element can become a channel for Osmium techniques. ​

In terms of basic manipulation, the element's form as a mass of granular material allows for the user to create objects of virtually any shape or size, and for numerous purposes. The user can simply utilise the element as a shapeless mass of pseudo-corrosive grains that surge over the field, like a current, or condensed it into constructs. It would be accurate to think of each individual grain as a miniature scalpel, capable of slicing through flesh and bone like butter. Furthermore, the element’s unique relationship with Water allows for potential combinations, as the dissemination of the mineral when exposed to Water could allow for one to apply the corrosive and toxic effects to their Water techniques, making their jutsu more lethal.​

The final aspect of Osmium, and a more minor feature on that note, is the incorporation of the barrier aspect of Fūinjutsu. During the process of creating Osmium, the user would create miniscule barriers around the grains that would respond to the user’s chakra and contact with their body. The barrier naturally acts as a barricade between the user’s body and the element as a response to any moment of contact, meaning that the user is able to make direct contact with their use of the element without being hurt by it. However, the barrier only behaves in this way when it comes to contact with the user, and thus has no bearing on elemental interactions or contact with other living things.​

This is due to the fact that Osmium can only maintain its granular, mineral form at temperatures equal to or exceeding 50° Celsius. Upon dissolving, the element can no longer be controlled by the user, though it is no less toxic, and can still be dangerous if contact occurs. Like with normal Water Release, Seraphic Water would simply cool the element to the extent that it can no longer maintain its form.​

Wind & Empyrean Wind Release: Though Wind Release doesn’t exhibit the natural strength to overcome Osmium, it is a typically cool element, and this quality will result in the element being dispersed in an interaction between the two. The nature of Wind also interferes with the chakra control required to control Osmium itself. Empyrean Wind is more effective against Osmium due to the intensity of its kinetic forces. The nature of Empyrean Wind affects the chakra control required to manipulate Osmium to an even greater extent than normal Wind Release. ​

Corium Release: Corium is a form of liquid which allows it to trigger the reaction in pyrophoric substances such as Osmium, dismantling the element. Not only that, but Corium also exudes heat that is orders of magnitude above the melting point of Osmium, granting it even greater advantage against the element.​

Fire Release: Osmium has a natural melting point of 3033° Celsius, counteracting Fire’s inherently high temperatures. The use of fire is what sustains Osmium in its granular form, making it counterproductive to use as a tool to destroy it.​

Earth Release & Shikotsumyaku: Osmium is a particularly durable element, and its granular form gives it the edge in physical clashes, as its naturally rigid and sharp form allows it to behave as a saw-like material that grinds away at Earth. The same principle applies to Shikotsumyaku.​

? Declined. Damn this was super close to getting approved on the first submission. Pretty much everything about it is fine, only issue is the Weaknesses. Specifically, Acid and Bleach. Liquid variations of those elements should still cause Osmium to dissolve, even while they're immune to the corrosive properties. I'd say you should make those neutral to the CE. ?

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Polystyrene is one of the most commonly used plastics, mainly for usage of isolating buildings and used in the construction areas. Not only that, but the elements that build up polystyrene is hydrogen and carbon and both of these elements are found in the narutoverse in either other custom elements or seen in the manga context. I think there's even a very large possibility that the element is even shown in the manga as its also used in the fast-food industry as it is a great insulator of heat. You can see Naruto having cups of noodles with what i believe is indeed polystyrene >_>.

This means that the mixture actually is present in the narutoverse.
How it works:
Polystyrene is, like i previously mentioned, made by hydrogen and carbon. In order to get the latter the user must be able to collect carbon from the ground. The hydrogen can easily be collected through the air as its basically full of it. Mixing these two components together, however, requires precision chakra control and temperature control. This is where the fire element takes part of its making. The use of the earth element provides the natural carbon, but carbon can sometimes be harvested from the air as well. However, as minerals has been seen before being harvested mostly through the use of earth release its safe to say, this release depends on it. The wind release is also mandatory to create Polystyrene as it is 98% made out of air. The wind release also plays a big role as when it comes down to pressurize the semi-fluid and make it hardened.

As a semifluid, polystyrene is a very tolerant material, able to take a lot of abuse and be very good at isolating electricity as well as heat/cold through other materials the semiliquid is in contact with. This is because of its huge possession of air inside the material, as we all know that air is tolerant to lightning and carbon is tolerant towards heat/cold. The semifluid can be either completely transparent, have a hue of blue or completely white with no odor whatsoever. Because the semi liquid is very light it can be compressed and achieve a huge density that makes the material completely solid and be on par with solid aluminum in terms of hardness. This makes the semiliquid compete-able to lesser metals and most earth-based techniques even if its very light the pressure will make the size of the polystyrene smaller and thus the user is able to put more mass into it. As predicted, the material has a very bouncy feeling on touch in its semifluid form, but if/when pressurized it becomes very very dense, solid and resistant to harder materials that otherwise can cut through the semifluid form. When pressurized, the user can both focus their porisuchiton chakra to create constructs and weaponry as well as small pellets of polystyrene, controllable through wind currents also aligned with the release. The semifluid will be the natural form of the release and unless the user spends a vast amount of porisuchiton chakra it will stay semifluid. Like most materials, such as dragonglass, the polystyrene will stay on the field until destroyed. No matter if hardened or semifluid. The size of the pellets could vary between a centimeter to about 5 centimeters. Because the semifluid is very bouncy it will be able to repel most simple taijutsu strikes if used as an armor for example. Unlike rubber, it the semifluid will not have the same flexibility and is easier to actually tear apart and unlike most plastics, the polystyrene has a lesser thermal conductivity(ability to conduct heat). Pressurized, its also harder than most common plastics. Unlike other plastics again, however, is the fact that in contact with fire the polystyrene combusts instead of melting-boiling-vaporizing. Instead it creates a black fog due to its high containing amount of hydrogen. As a semifluid, the polystyrene will have a high impact absorption, enabling it to take a lot of abuse even without being fully solid.

In terms of jutsu application, the element is divided into two uses, depending on the use from an existing earth source or from the users body:

Existing Source Usage: The user will focus the wind, earth and fire chakra to produce polystyrene from existing sources of carbon and hydrogen. Using the wind and earth elements will gather the elements to produce the polystyrene while the fire element will be able to mix the two together along with the users chakra. The polystyrene will be formed in mid air or underground as the carbon and hydrogen is mixed together. This means the user can chose to "erupt" polystyrene from underground or form it into different shapes in mid-air. These constructions are most likely based on larger constructs such as pillars, plateaus, hills or other structures.

Self Source Creation Usage: The user will focus wind, earth and fire chakra into themselves in order to produce polystyrene through exhaling sources or extrude them from their body. -Ageless: It takes hundreds of years for polystyrene to break down biologically and is not affected by decaying acting as a very resilient and durable being inorganic as it.

-Sound Interaction: Polystyrene is made by 98% wind and is a natural isolator of sound, easily blocking out soundwaves at high decibels. Frequencies will bounce off its surface and spread out into the space of the area of the source. When being in a pressurized state, the sound will "massage" it back to semifluid state, which will in turn bounce away the soundwaves back into the air.

-Temperature Interaction: The plastic has a melting point of 240 degrees and turns into a glassy state at about 100 degrees, still maintaining its solidness. It is very tolerant to low temperatures though and will produce a very effective isolator towards icy temperatures.

✗ Declined: The way you create this is wrong. You create an element through combining different elemental chakras, not “collecting carbon from the ground, oxygen in the air and combining them”. You’re also trying to give an element properties it doesn’t have. You can’t just say “I pressurize it” and expect polystyrene to become stronger than earth and equal to metals. You then go on to contradict yourself by stating it’s light so it’s weak to water. You can’t have it both ways. Also, pick a single variant for your element. Either semi-fluid as you put it or just solid. I won’t allow variable strengths and weaknesses. After that you talk about controlling polystyrene pellets with wind currents, that isn’t inherent or even relevant to your element. You state so much irrelevant information like the bolded that needs to be removed. The strength to lightning is also wrong. Whether or not it’s an insulator, Lightning would still tear it apart. Wood is an insulator but is weak to lightning. Your element is NOT 98% wind. I don’t know where you got that fact from but even if it was true, this would no longer be polystyrene. So remove the strength to Sound.

Polystyrene is one of the most commonly used plastics, mainly for usage of isolating buildings and used in the construction areas. Not only that, but the elements that build up polystyrene is hydrogen and carbon and both of these elements are found in the narutoverse in either other custom elements or seen in the manga context. I think there's even a very large possibility that the element is even shown in the manga as its also used in the fast-food industry as it is a great insulator of heat. This means that the mixture actually is present in the narutoverse.
How it works:
Polystyrene is made by hydrogen and carbon. In order to get the latter the user must be able to collect carbon from the ground. The hydrogen can easily be collected through the air as its basically full of it. Mixing these two components together, however, requires precision chakra control and temperature control. This is where the fire element takes part of its making. The use of the earth element provides the natural carbon, but carbon can sometimes be harvested from the air as well. However, as minerals has been seen before being harvested mostly through the use of earth release its safe to say, this release depends on it. The wind release is also mandatory to create Polystyrene as it is 98% made out of air. The wind release also plays a big role as when it comes down to pressurize the semi-fluid and make it hardened.

In the narutoverse, the Polystyrene will have a solid formation which is done by combining earth, fire and wind chakra to form the polystyrene. It can either be formed underground or from the users body. The solid is an extremely light material which makes it easy to push aside with sheer force. However, it's extremely good at isolating both electricity and heat/cold. This makes polystyrene sublime when it comes to defending oneself from hot/cold and electrical based elements/attacks. It does also mean that it is very easy to just push away with sheer force although it doesn't always mean the material breaks. Polystyrene is very flexible as well and thus easy to manipulate into any shape the user wants. Due to air compression, the user may also compress the solid polystyrene to become very thin and sharp, making it a good candidate for swift and lethal weapons. If in contact with earth, the polystyrene will be blown away by the physical aggressive release as rocks and earth ways more than polystyrene. If in contact with water it will be the same thing as water carries more weight that the release. However, when in contact with wind(which is lighter) it will stand its ground and also neglect cold effects that wind might also carry. Lightning will be absorbed into the material and isolated, carried no further. Fire and extremely hot materials will also be neglected by the polystyrenes capability of isolating the heat.


Existing Source Usage: The user will focus the wind, earth and fire chakra to produce polystyrene from existing sources of carbon and hydrogen. Using the wind and earth elements will gather the elements to produce the polystyrene while the fire element will be able to mix the two together along with the users chakra. This means the user can chose to "erupt" polystyrene from underground or form it into different shapes in mid-air. This also isn't gonna have a strength to lightning; due to being so brittle, light and near immaterial, the focused energy of lightning would tear right through it. Anything that's focused in shape and compact would have this really, including wind techniques focused into blades or bullets. ? ​

The created result is that of small, sandy-shaped pellets made out of polystyrene. Each pellet is also inscribed naturally with one shared miniature seal that can be used with different techniques of the release. However, the basics of polystyrene are still the majority of the element. The corns are grey in color and the seals are so small they cannot be seen. The user can shape the pellets like the sand release and give it an almost liquid touch. If the user decides to concentrate the polystyrene or grind them together they can get very warm and release extra heat on touch. The grinding effect also gives it it's strength to earth, like regular sand. If the user collects enough pellets and concentrates them into an almost complete solid the pellets will resist lightning release due to the air that resides inside of them. Lightning doesn't travel in air good. This will make the release strong to lightning too as it's mass and compression of air will isolate lightning and make it unable to travel further. The surface of polystyrene is not porous at all, which makes it unable to collect water as the two natures clash. This makes polystyrene unaffected by the drawbacks of regular sand and can therefore easily deflect the water release. However. Polystyrene is flammable and reacts to fire in this release form quite badly as the pellets are filled with air which also is just what fire needs to spread further. Unlike normal earthen materials, polystyrene pellets actually explodes on contact with the fire release as the carbon burns and the pellets will pop. Fire is therefore a very good repellent against the polystyrene. The wind release is also a very good repellent against the polystyrene release as wind can push away the pellets. Sharp applications of wind can also pierce through the pellets exterior.

The seals that each pellet will carry has some applications too. The pellets can cause disorientation on touch, especially if forced around a targets head as the pellets seals will infuse the target with parasitical chakra that, although not causing any extra damage, will make opponents see stars. The other application of the seals are that they attach on surfaces through the seals and create a molecular connection. This makes the pellets very hard to remove from surfaces. This also makes the pellets able to sustain structure without spending extra chakra.

? Declined. There's a couple of issues. For one, the strength to lightning; the CE's form still consists of a thin, earth-based material. Even with the differences you give it to sand, the similarities/nature in form still would render it vulnerable to Lightning. At best, this element would be neutral to lightning, the energy tearing apart the pellets and the "popping" release of air counteracting lightning, canceling the two out when equal power. Secondly is that if the pellets are a thin material, how would they grind earth? They would pop against earth and any material of high density/hardness from the description you've given, especially when they're 98% air. Thirdly, Fuuinjutsu doesn't work the way you described, at least for the sticking together property. Seals have to either seal something inside of itself or be releasing something. You also can't just say you're "infusing parasitical chakra" into an opponent, especially for a general Custom Element description meant to apply to many other future jutsu. If the seals are going to cause disorienting effects, you're gonna have to elaborate on that way more with better justification. Forming this CE out of the air is also a no-go. Lastly, this is just a formatting thing, but don't elaborate on Strengths and Weaknesses at all in the "How it Works" section. In that section, you describe its properties(it's not porous), and in the S/W section you will then explain how those properties determine interactions(not being porous means it doesn't trap water and therefore don't carry the same drawback against water as sand).-Joestar?​

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

We have seen many tree's, bushes, grass and plants within the Naruverse that proves chlorophyll is in the universe. We have also seen that using chakra can alter the matter of an element giving it unique properties, such as making earth as hard as steel, water a sticky syrup etc and these are all basic elemental natures. Given these two facts, its entirely possible to make a chlorophyll based element that has a unique nature.

How it works:

There has already been shown that wood is able to be created by combining water and earth. A side effect of this is being able to create leaves which already proves its possible to create something containing chlorophyll. Chlorophyte is an advanced form of this nature, in which chlorophyll becomes a hardened stone like nature that can compete upon the level of metals.
Using Water and Earth natured chakra, we create the original base for chlorophyll to be created, and then by combining wind nature chakra, we give chlorophyll an energy source which allows it to grow and expand in nature, increasing the 'size' of the chlorophyll. Imagine this to be similar to water to a sponge, where its still the same amount of spinge but a larger object. While increasing the amount of water and earth chakra would increase the amount of chlorophyll, it doesnt increase the size. Wind is used as a fuel source to increase the chlorophyll particles, allowing them to expand, and then finally by adding lightning based chakra to the chlorophyll, the shell wall becomes rigid, creating a hard dense molecule which becomes hard as stone (thanks to chakra enhancement of the elements) while the inside of the element still contains the soft liquid chakra chlorophyll. Thus, the liquid interior chlorophyll, with the hard outer shell combine to create the dense element of chlorophyte.
Clorophyte, similar to chlorophyll is able to use and convert sunlight which means its capable of being stronger in sunlight (to be detailed in jutsu descriptions if used)
Chlorophyte is a unique element that can not only be solid, but also flows like a liquid. This is because while chlorophyll is solid, the liquid nature inside of it is malleable. The best way to describe chlorophyte is like multiple molecules that join together to create a bigger structure.
Clorophyte is essentially tiny cells that form together to create this element. (Special note, not the same kind of sentient animal cells but more along the lines of plant kingdom cells). Being small enough on a cellular level to bend and twist, this allows the element itself to flow and move like a fluid, yet retain its density and strength of a splid because of the shell around each cell.

? Declined. The concept is viable for a CE, but there's some issues with the submission. If you're combining Water and Earth to form Chlorophyll, you should expand a little bit on what properties of water and earth you're using to make the element(for example, you can just say it's a pigment consisting of carbon and hydrogen, which are found in earth and water). I'd also recommend just using Earth and Water to form the element, as including Lightning and Wind doesn't seem to be necessary; these issues aren't exactly deal-breakers, I just thought I'd point those out as suggestions. The deal-breakers: You need to clearly define any light-absorbing properties and what that does for the CE in the CE submission, not just one throwaway line about being better in sunlight(I'd also drop the "sunlight" portion and make it "light energy" since the RP doesn't exactly have a clock). The strength to water also doesn't make sense as nothing you've described in the CE actually gives it water-absorbing properties. Just because you use water to form the CE doesn't mean it'll assimilate water when it strikes a foreign water source, it needs to actually physically have that property with a valid explanation for why. Same thing for Earth Release; weaving into and breaking it down if the Chlorophyte is hard enough is fine, but nothing about what you've described about the CE justifies assimilating/absorbing Earth Release. ? ​

In its usual formation (black) it could mean that it is of low carbon content thus resulting in a weaker form of steel, if utilizing a more concentrated source of heated steel and carbon steel to raise the strength and thus maximizing its alloying ingredients it could thus increase its strength and durability with its natural property of carbon. Its ideally theorized that the black steel is of different substance with perhaps no carbon, if utilizing a element of steel with and or even a higher source of passive resting carbon it could result in a better form or substance in battle and overall.

The requirement to control carbon itself is not needed for the natural compounds of steel already carry the substance and therefore upon manipulation will carry its material passively without harming/altering/and or changing its mechanism via carbon at all. The user cannot manipulate carbon, however only the steel that carries a high source of it. The compounds of carbon increased within the heat treated steel changes it into a silverish white color and thus increases its physical performance to absolute strength and durability - making its element much stronger than the original formation of steel release. The requirement to control carbon itself is not needed for the natural compounds of steel already carry the substance and therefore upon manipulation will carry its material passively without harming/altering/and or changing its mechanism via carbon at all. The user cannot manipulate carbon, however only the steel that carries a high source of it. The compounds of carbon increased within the heat treated steel changes it into a silverish white color and thus increases its physical performance to absolute strength and durability - making its element much stronger than the original formation of steel release. Due to its massive carbon consistency (similar to that of gold dust variety) its much heavier and less flexible; making it harder and slower to manipulate and form.

Its sole appearance throughout the mixture of fire and steel washes out the black resting within the compounds that transforms the color to white. The Lingering aspect of flame leaves a noticeable red trim around its material that signals that it may be hot; unlike other earth based elemental variants this one mixes fire perfectly without melting itself. The fire is used for heat to stabilize its carbon content thus increases its physical prowess, ideally a suitable heated surface will likely burn anyone with flesh similar to that of a freshly surfaced pan from the oven. The user may choose to increase its heat thus conforming its selective attributes to a liquefied substance or up to a boil - ideally to manipulate the heat within the element to gush anywhere around its surface. The best fighting chance against this element would be water release, as the compounds and aspects of water or any related would cool the element and thus causing it to crumble.

? Declined. This still isn’t unique enough from regular steel to warrant a CE. This can be achieved through using a supplementary Fire Release technique that makes all of your Steel techniques hotter. You need something that’s mechanically unique from steel along with more structural uniqueness than “it’s harder and hotter.” If you can do it with a CJ, it doesn’t warrant being a CE. The weakness to Wind also doesn’t make sense; what you described isn’t a weakness, it’s just describing that a technique won’t block something that moves around it. A CE’s weakness is something that undermines it’s abilities through direct interaction of their properties. -Joestar?

Polystyrene is one of the most commonly used plastics, mainly for usage of isolating buildings and used in the construction areas. Not only that, but the elements that build up polystyrene is hydrogen and carbon and both of these elements are found in the narutoverse in either other custom elements or seen in the manga context. I think there's even a very large possibility that the element is even shown in the manga as its also used in the fast-food industry as it is a great insulator of heat. This means that the mixture actually is present in the narutoverse. The use of fuinjutsu has also been seen in collaboration with other elements and isn't that unusual. Especially seals and barriers.
How it works:
Polystyrene is made by hydrogen and carbon. In order to get the latter the user must be able to collect carbon from the ground. The hydrogen can easily be collected through the air as its basically full of it. Mixing these two components together, however, requires precision chakra control and temperature control. This is where the fire element takes part of its making. The use of the earth element provides the natural carbon, but carbon can sometimes be harvested from the air as well. However, as minerals has been seen before being harvested mostly through the use of earth release its safe to say, this release depends on it. The wind release is also mandatory to create Polystyrene as it is 98% made out of air. The wind release also plays a big role as when it comes down to pressurize the semi-fluid and make it hardened. The created result is that of small, sandy-shaped pellets made out of polystyrene. Each pellet is also inscribed naturally with one shared miniature seal that can be used with different techniques of the release. However, the basics of polystyrene are still the majority of the element. The corns are grey in color and the seals are so small they cannot be seen. The user can shape the pellets like the sand release and give it an almost liquid touch. If the user decides to concentrate the polystyrene or grind them together they can get very warm and release extra heat on touch. The grinding effect also gives it it's strength to earth, like regular sand. If the user collects enough pellets and concentrates them into an almost complete solid the pellets will resist lightning release due to the air that resides inside of them. Lightning doesn't travel in air good. This will make the release strong to lightning too as it's mass and compression of air will isolate lightning and make it unable to travel further. The surface of polystyrene is not porous at all, which makes it unable to collect water as the two natures clash. This makes polystyrene unaffected by the drawbacks of regular sand and can therefore easily deflect the water release. However. Polystyrene is flammable and reacts to fire in this release form quite badly as the pellets are filled with air which also is just what fire needs to spread further. Unlike normal earthen materials, polystyrene pellets actually explodes on contact with the fire release as the carbon burns and the pellets will pop. Fire is therefore a very good repellent against the polystyrene. The wind release is also a very good repellent against the polystyrene release as wind can push away the pellets. Sharp applications of wind can also pierce through the pellets exterior.

The seals that each pellet will carry has some applications too. The pellets can cause disorientation on touch, especially if forced around a targets head as the pellets seals will infuse the target with parasitical chakra that, although not causing any extra damage, will make opponents see stars. The other application of the seals are that they attach on surfaces through the seals and create a molecular connection. This makes the pellets very hard to remove from surfaces. This also makes the pellets able to sustain structure without spending extra chakra.

Existing Source Usage: The user will focus the wind, earth and fire chakra to produce polystyrene from existing sources of carbon and hydrogen. Using the wind and earth elements will gather the elements to produce the polystyrene while the fire element will be able to mix the two together along with the users chakra. The polystyrene will be formed underground as the carbon and hydrogen is mixed together. This means the user can chose to "erupt" polystyrene from underground. These constructions are most likely based on larger constructs such as pillars, plateaus, hills or other structures.

Self Source Creation Usage: The user will focus wind, earth and fire chakra inside themselves in order to produce polystyrene through exhaling sources or extrude them from their body. It could be used to be able to take on greater blunt damage and "harden " the users body as well as creating hand-held items such as shields or weapons.

? Declined. There's a couple of issues. For one, the strength to lightning; the CE's form still consists of a thin, earth-based material. Even with the differences you give it to sand, the similarities/nature in form still would render it vulnerable to Lightning. At best, this element would be neutral to lightning, the energy tearing apart the pellets and the "popping" release of air counteracting lightning, canceling the two out when equal power. Secondly is that if the pellets are a thin material, how would they grind earth? They would pop against earth and any material of high density/hardness from the description you've given, especially when they're 98% air. Thirdly, Fuuinjutsu doesn't work the way you described, at least for the sticking together property. Seals have to either seal something inside of itself or be releasing something. You also can't just say you're "infusing parasitical chakra" into an opponent, especially for a general Custom Element description meant to apply to many other future jutsu. If the seals are going to cause disorienting effects, you're gonna have to elaborate on that way more with better justification. Forming this CE out of the air is also a no-go. Lastly, this is just a formatting thing, but don't elaborate on Strengths and Weaknesses at all in the "How it Works" section. In that section, you describe its properties(it's not porous), and in the S/W section you will then explain how those properties determine interactions(not being porous means it doesn't trap water and therefore don't carry the same drawback against water as sand).-Joestar?​

How it works:
Polystyrene is made by hydrogen and carbon, creating a chemical compound that resembles that of both rubber and plastic. It is a natural insulator, like paper, plastic and rubber. While polystyrene can come in various shapes, this initial element is always going to have it formed by miniature pellets about 5mm thick. The surface of the pellets, or grains, are quite thick and even if the material is quite spongy, hard to squeeze together as they are pressurized by the wind element. Since fire and earth naturally composes most of earthen materials in its structure, the wind element is used to pressurize the pellets and give them an extremely dense composition. Polystyrene, like many other organic materials does decay but very slowly. It is easy to burn it however, and since the pellets are packed with pressurized wind they will burn very easily and consumed by the heat. However, polystyrene does have a very low thermal conductivity and for instances like boiling water or freezing temperatures it does have an advantage. It's not uncommon to have house isolation made from polystyrene for that reason. As pellets, the polystyrene has the capability of being manipulated like the sand release and effectively take any form the user wants really. The pellets can also travel quite fast and can be regarded as miniature bullets as far as impact goes. Since they very light they can be accelerated faster than normal sand or regular variations and thus exceeds in speed compared to those elements. At about 100 C, polystyrene faces it's glass transition and will become a sort of semi-fluid. Since it is highly pressurized in this release form, it outperforms regular soil and rock formations in terms of hardness. When grinded together, the pellets also creates thermal heat which can be used for a slightly burning application. Naturally, since it's an element that exists of components in the earths crust it can only be formed from the user directly or from the ground.

We have also seen that using chakra can alter the matter of an element giving it unique properties, such as making earth as hard as steel, water a sticky syrup etc and these are all basic elemental natures. Given these two facts, its entirely possible to make a chlorophyll based element that has a unique nature.

How it works:

There has already been shown that wood is able to be created by combining water and earth. A side effect of this is being able to create leaves which already proves its possible to create something containing chlorophyll. Chlorophyte is an advanced form of this nature, in which chlorophyll becomes a hardened stone like nature that can compete upon the level of metals.
Using Water and Earth natured chakra, we create the original base for chlorophyll to be created, and then by combining wind nature chakra, we give chlorophyll an energy source which allows it to grow and expand in nature, increasing the 'size' of the chlorophyll. Imagine this to be similar to water to a sponge, where its still the same amount of spinge but a larger object. While increasing the amount of water and earth chakra would increase the amount of chlorophyll, it doesnt increase the size. Wind is used as a fuel source to increase the chlorophyll particles, allowing them to expand, and then finally by adding lightning based chakra to the chlorophyll, the shell wall becomes rigid, creating a hard dense molecule which becomes hard as stone (thanks to chakra enhancement of the elements) while the inside of the element still contains the soft liquid chakra chlorophyll. Thus, the liquid interior chlorophyll, with the hard outer shell combine to create the dense element of chlorophyte.
Clorophyte, similar to chlorophyll is able to use and convert sunlight which means its capable of being stronger in sunlight (to be detailed in jutsu descriptions if used)

? Declined. The concept is viable for a CE, but there's some issues with the submission. If you're combining Water and Earth to form Chlorophyll, you should expand a little bit on what properties of water and earth you're using to make the element(for example, you can just say it's a pigment consisting of carbon and hydrogen, which are found in earth and water). I'd also recommend just using Earth and Water to form the element, as including Lightning and Wind doesn't seem to be necessary; these issues aren't exactly deal-breakers, I just thought I'd point those out as suggestions. The deal-breakers: You need to clearly define any light-absorbing properties and what that does for the CE in the CE submission, not just one throwaway line about being better in sunlight(I'd also drop the "sunlight" portion and make it "light energy" since the RP doesn't exactly have a clock). The strength to water also doesn't make sense as nothing you've described in the CE actually gives it water-absorbing properties. Just because you use water to form the CE doesn't mean it'll assimilate water when it strikes a foreign water source, it needs to actually physically have that property with a valid explanation for why. Same thing for Earth Release; weaving into and breaking it down if the Chlorophyte is hard enough is fine, but nothing about what you've described about the CE justifies assimilating/absorbing Earth Release. ? ​

Is weak to:

Wind - While made of lots of tiny chains, wind is thin enough to cut through on the cellular level.

Water - With the ability to absorb water via osmosis through the walls, clashing with water techniques effectively "drowns" the cells in whicj too much water is absorbed and the cells burst.

Is strong against:

Earth - Chlorophyte is capable of weaving and breaking through earth.

Fire - Chlorophyte is not only resistant to fire being made of earth, but the interior being a liquid sufficiently keeps it cool.

Lightning - As mentioned prior, as a source of light, chlorophyte can absorb to grow before clashing with the actual chakra of the technique creating a larger chloropythe technique.

Sound - Due to the nature of Clorophyte, the shell acts as a barrier to prevent the sound from penetrating and detroying the integrity of the chlorophyte.

Dark Absorbtion - Due to the solid nature of the Chlorophyte, its hard nature still allows it to have a shell that protects the interior of the element.

?Declined. There are quite a few logical gaps in this submission. First, chlorophyll itself does not undergo photosynthesis, nor does the pigment grow from absorbing sunlight or anything like that. Plants undergo photosynthesis by taking energy that chlorophyll stores; storing light energy is the extent of what chlorophyll does in photosynthesis. Your CE, as it is now, wouldn't be able to grow stronger by absorbing light energy because that's not what chlorophyll does. If you want Chlorophyte to use light as a fuel source in some way, you're gonna have to change the process of forming the CE to describe how light is used in the creation process of the element alongside what effects occur when Chlorophyte absorbs outside light. Secondly, in relation to the previous issue, chlorophyll doesn't "grow" using oxygen as you described, so the creation process of the CE is flawed anyway. I suggest you go back to our discord conversation and use what I recommended there; just say chlorophyll is made of carbon, oxygen or whatever else, and you replicate that through Earth and Water chakra, and add Lightning for the shell and boom. I also recommend just leaving Chlorophyte as something that absorbs light, and capitalizing on that, rather than trying to make the CE grow. The part about the CE growing before clashing with energies that give off light isn't gonna be approved. Lastly, as we discussed, this is not a plant. Remove the part about being like plant cells and the part about absorbing water into cells through osmosis.? ​

The other only known similar element of ''Amrita'' is ''Steel Release'', although not much is known about it its only presumed to be related to earth release of some kind due to their similarities. The idea of ''Amrita'' or Ishisōsu is the combination of both the source of a shinobi's power (Chakra) and earth based elements. In the beginning the element was found in a mine, without a use or purpose then someone slipped and fell onto a gem growth on a cave wall. The Amrita pierced his body as its molecular infection flowed through the wound and into the blood stream; causing a eventual sprout of unique power that would be called a Kekkei Genkai today. Similar to earth elemental variants this element follows the same rules as well as its know-how with the populace of ninja - unknown.

How it works: Amrita or Ishisōsu is usually of a clear gem like appearance with a yellow-ish color when fully matured, its child version is more of a white color with a cloudy appearance similar to a pearl or crystallized rock called ''Soul Stone'' (Ishimashī). When its first going through its growing process its a mere rock or pebble of white then it eventually buries itself into the earth to steal the nutrition; a few years later it'll sprout from the earth it buried itself into to become a bright yellow gem of Amrita. Its white child version (Soul Stone) although its considered the seed of the element its ideally the strongest; making its prowess neutral to all elements, however the most inflexible - its thick and hard substance makes its very hard to manipulate even for the most experienced wielder (requiring a whole post to manipulate for a maximum of one technique per).

Amrita on the other hand has the natural ability to crystallize raw energy or chakra, its narrow like formation that it favors, unlike its child version, focuses more on the non physical masses of the surroundings than complete solids which could be why the element begins to sprout and fall out from its earthly birthplace. Further explaining its natural abilities due to the favoritism towards non physical entities its tactical advantage is that its performance manipulates non existent physical comprise into one that is for usage against or for the wielder and adversary in question. Ideally although this element works similar to crystal and steel in combat tactics its sole progress mapping is its ability to store other essences or source - at minimum chakra. The natural passive abilities of Amrita crystallizing non physical traits will upon casting will halt it thus throwing its molecular structure into a non-cold stasis for the wielder - its infrastructure will then be individually chosen to be crushed or destroyed by its knowing caster to which the essence inside will release into the body to be consumed and used for a later date. Due to Amrita's abilities to turn the non physical into physical its practically impossible to turn the physical into non, however instead a non into physical - this prevents the wielder to manipulate the Amrita to form around that of complete solidity besides its oneself as its natural essence radiates from its compounds to which it positively compares. Amrita due to its similarity to steel and crystal its natural weaknesses and strengths are carried over; lightning and fire can destroy/shatter the gem of Amrita and can only shatter it as the build up of heat from both elements that's concentrated towards a single point towards the element will break/shatter it after a faint squeak. Once broken not from the wielder its natural energy will automatically release suddenly into the surrounding atmosphere thus dramatically disrupting the calm flow of passive natural energy which'll cause the jutsu of ''Cataclysm'' to be performed without need for chakra as the essence already stored inside the Amrita will fuel its chaos. The wielder in this case will have the privilege to describe which weather Cataclysm it will be in the situation because it's their element (i.e:

Cataclysm will only happen if four A-ranked Amrita are destroyed or two S-ranked and cannot stack with other Cataclysms; only one Cataclysm can happen and will last for a maximum of three turns from either parties in the situation at hand (math example: 2 party battle = 2 posts from the wielder and 1 from the adversary according to the flow of posts after activating Cataclysm) (Cataclysms will always be S-ranked and will do usual S-ranked DMG, etc). To capitalize on the abilities of Amrita due to its abilities of crystallizing natural energy and non physical essences its the only element to date to completely prevent ''Modes'' from activating (Sage, Curse, Gates, etc) through crystallization.

If the user purposely crushes it the essence within that's stored in stasis inside the crystallized Amrita will rush towards the user thus being absorbed for its benefits (if elemental then just add the chakra that was used by your adversary to perform the technique that's crystallized to your chakra reserves this post). If the adversary breaks or shatters the Amrita then Cataclysm will automatically be performed without the depletion of the wielder's chakra, instead using the essence stored inside of the Amrita gem to fuel its technique passively. ? Declined. Nope. This is gonna need to be redone pretty much top to bottom. Issue nombre uno: I'm not allowing you to go the "variable Earth Release" route for the basis. Pick a specific element, and use that as the basis for the element. This also isn't a CC or a CFS; some history about this element getting in a dude's blood and allowing him to use the element is not gonna fly. Redo this section entirely by describing what chakra natures you combine, and how combining them creates the properties of the CE.

Secondly, the whole "child part" of the CE is gonna have to go. This CE is gonna take one form when created, and one form only. It's not gonna grow, it's not gonna have a "child form" and then "mature," it's gonna have exactly one form and do everything that it's capable of doing in that one form.

III)Remove the part about Cataclysm entirely. You will not be allowed to access that technique through your CE, nor will you be allowed to describe such an effect in the CE submission. At most, just say the element releases stored energy in such a scenario and then go on describe effects in more detail with techniques. Remove that part about modes too, that's something else that will be done/explained via techniques and not as a general thing within the CE.

Yon: This CE is entirely too overcomplicatedly written. Most of it doesn't make any sense because your attempts to write it in as flashy a way as possible comes at the expense of being logical and saying anything. As odd as it is to say, dumb this CE down. You're trying to get a CE approved, not win a Pulitzer. Describe only what this CE does and do it in terms that gets that across only.

Fifthly and finally, you need to describe how this element crystallizes energy. You can't just say it does so, you need to actually describe how that process is achieved to store energy. ? ​
