Name: Yggdrasil's Blessing
Type: Artifact
Rank: A rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The world tree, Yggdrasil, said to be linked with every other universe, very rarely bares any fruits or remnants of its existence. However, one man found the world tree, and from its mighty branches, took a single branch, an offering from the world tree and a reward for the man who managed to find it. From this single branch, the man forged a necklace, which was completely in tune with nature, just as the world tree was. This necklace is linked to all things nature, and as such, has two passive abilities granted to those who are also in tune with nature.
Firstly, The necklace acts as a booster. This ability is granted to users who are attempting to Enter Sage Mode for the first time in a battle. When the necklace is worn, and the user is entering Sage mode, the Necklace will forcibly take 10% more additional chakra from the user, convert it into Senjutsu chakra and add it to the users Senjutsu chakra pool. This passive will only trigger once per battle, and will only occur when the user forcibly enters Sage mode without Meditating.
Secondly, Yggdrasil's Blessing grants harmony to those who have become one with nature. Because of this, when the user is using jutsu that require senjutsu, the necklace will supplement 10 chakra points, taking natural energy from the world around them and infusing it into the technique, allowing the user to reduce the amount of senjutsu they use per technique by 10 chakra points. If, in that turn, the user does not use any jutsu that require senjutsu chakra, the necklace will instead substitute the -10 chakra cost per turn that is required to keep sage mode active, however this will only occur in the instance the user does not use any techniques that are infused with senjutsu in the turn. However, while this may be the case, the necklace is not all giving, nor is it all powerful. Being just a single branch of the world tree, the necklace is limited, and during any battle, it is only capable of substituting 150 total senjutsu chakra, before going dormant for the rest of the battle.
Any person who is not in tune with nature, and attempts to steal or wear the necklace, will have their bodies filled with unbalanced natural energy, turning them to stone. Therefore, Yggdrasil's Blessing only allows itself to be worn by those who are in tune with nature, and are capable of harboring Natural Energy inside their bodies.

Declined.
1. People who steal or try to use it shouldn't turn to stone. That's a defense against theft all artifacts are "stealable" unless event-related.
2. No to extending Sage Mode, especially Perfect Sage Mode as that goes against the Sage Mode rules themselves. You can try to replace this with another one, but that one won't be approved.
3. Infusing additional senjutsu chakra into a technique is fine, needs a limit though, I'd say 3 times per arc maximum, recharging at the start of a new arc. Active if you want it to also increase rank or damage. Passive if it's just a chakra increase. Substituting senjutsu cost is a no though,
