Not really. People here could wish I would have a hard time over petty debates.

Sasuke's speed and tactics were complimented by Orochimaru, Zabuza, Haku, and several people, including Kakashi and Gai present during the Chunin exams. Why ignore the other side? Sasuke even landed several decisive hits on a transformed Gaara, reacted to guard against his attacks, but got bested because of CS paralyzing him. Yet Lee, despite using gates didn't push Gaara to transformation and got his leg crushed. Isn't that a funny though?

Don't bite off more than you can chew. The manga has shown the Uchihas to be powerful. You should take this quarrel to the author, not me.

Then we have the issue of Naruto with one tail as well, whose movements were broken down in easy, manageable flickers by Sasuke.
