until you can prove 5 gates lee is stronger than KM1 naruto then you have nothing to suggest sasuke would die from his attack. add the fact that sasuke has curse mark and sharingan precog and sasuke would be to much for lee.

three tomoe sasuke would not only keep up with lee he wouldn't even be able to land a hit on his forehead. naruto at that time was clearly superior.
