It's not denial moreso than you getting an art inconsistency and trying to make something out more than it actually is.

The same way its manga fact that Kakashi's wounds disappeared, and his vest healed as well. So he has Byakugo that surpasses Tsunade's given it not only healed his wounds but also his clothes. The headband is pretty important too, as it is part of his attire. So Kakashi was blitzing his way back and forth between Konoha with teleportation-level Shunshins in mid-conversation to swap his headband.

You're trying to make more out of something that is an obvious art inconsistency. If it were truly a Hiraishin Shadow Clone as you are trying to make it out to be, it'd get a data entry at the very least. And if you want Hiraishin Shadow Clone, you'll have to accept Byakugo Kakashi with Shunshins that make V2 Raikage's look like a joke.
