Not to mention using Part 1 Kakashi in an argument against current Kakashi is like saying Zabuza stomps Sasuke, because when they met in the Land of Waves arc, Sasuke almost shat his pants in fear.

To be honsest, I think that with Edo Tentsei, Oro regeneration and Kamui restricted the outcome of this fight would depend mostly on luck. I see no clear victor here.

I think Kakashi wins still. He is more analytical in my opinion, has the 3T pre-cog, and utilizes bunshins to such an extreme degree.

Kakashi is superior to Orochimaru in every way. He has better CQC feats and jutsu to compliment CQC, has Sharingan Genjutsu which Orochimaru has shown to be vulnerable to, and has a variety of clone feint tactics that can allow him to one-up his opponent.

If the Hydra Technique is not restricted, Orochimaru takes this (since Kakashi can't do much to it without Kamui - then again, the Hydra's regen abilities may fall under the invincibility restriction). If it is restricted, Kakashi takes this.

As for Orochimaru, in this thread only his "immortality" and Edo Tentsei are restricted. Hydra and summonning (Manda) are allowed... coming to think of it, it seems that Oro has better chance to win this.
