Not exactly. The first image in the OP shows that Oro can be cut, it's just that he always seems to find a way to bring himself back together.

Raikiri would be more than enough to kill Oro with these conditions.

Well, I suspect what sharingansennin had in his mind, but in this case OP should mention that Oros regeneration is restricted instead of saying that hes durable. Orochimaru was the guy who could be cut in half, yet that didnt even faze him - thats the finest example of Orochimarus durabily. That would make things clear. Thats what Im talking about.

I think Kakashi wins still. He is more analytical in my opinion, has the 3T pre-cog, and utilizes bunshins to such an extreme degree.

Lel. Orochimaru who wasn't even looking at Kakashi, paralysed him with visions of death so he couldn't move and started to sweat massively. The only foe that withstood Killing Intent as shown in manga, was 9 tails.

Also it depends on what OP meant by 'no invincibility'. Does Orochimaru have access to his True Form? Without True Form, invincibility and ET, Kakashi might push him to some difficulty, actually. With his True Form, Orochimaru low diff.

With Sharingan he can predict all Orochimaru's movements and act accordingly(with deceiving clones or lightning clones, kawarimi and so on) or put him in a genjutsu even. Has a greater range and destructive close range attack. Orochimaru doesn't even possess Kusanagi anymore which makes his attack poor even more pitful than it already was

Durability refers to the ability to withstand damage, something Oro can't do. That's more along the lines of the 3rd Raikage. He can, however, regenerate, which is restricted in this battle.

Kakashi would definitely have troubles with Manda, While he's fast enough to keep up with v2 jins, Manda is too big to be hurt by lightining chain. Also Orochimaru's oral rebirth is a pain in the ass, Kakashi doesn't have high chakra reserves to keep killing Orochimaru while he keeps using that technique.

PD: Forgot, Orochimaru can go Hydra mode, wich is too big for Kakashi without kamui.

Orochimaro is extremely clever and knowledgable, had techniques that overcame Amaterasu, I have no doubt he can overcome kamui as well.
