"Indeed, I have never used it myself. Here is the technique."

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Shot-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective. The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

"Okay, next one. First, the technique starts off by slamming your hands onto the ground and sending a large wave of Rain chakra through the ground itself. This wave of chakra causes small sources of Water to fly back into the clouds to replenish it. This allows you to keep it raining, without spamming the Tiger at Will technique, and can be used when your opponent tries to stop your Rain. Use it to keep it raining. Just a supplementary technique, but extremely useful."

Dean uses Stop Rain Technique.
I quickly drop to the ground and proceed to slam my two palms flat on the ground causing an enormous wave of chakra to rise into the clouds. As the chakra rises the rain water on the ground proceeds to do the same and reenters the atmosphere above replenishing the rain clouds and allowing the rain to continue falling.

So ever since I learned Rain Tiger at Will I've been under the assumption that it lasts indefinitely and has no turn limit. So I don't see the point to this technique to replenish Rain Tiger to allow it to continue raining. Additionally, this only sends rain into the clouds to allow it to continue raining. So an opponent simply just needs to still blow those clouds away to stop the rain and then you'd have to reuse Rain Tiger or something along those lines to create more rain. So I just don't see the point at all to this technique ,_,

"It's more for when the opponent uses a technique that blows away the clouds or you need a faster technique than Tiger at Will. Anyway, focus more on the advantages and disadvantages. Here is the technique."

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

"The next technique is relatively weak in my opinion. It starts off by forming a long line of hand seals, and then focusing some Rain chakra to the palms of your hands. As you do so, you dash towards the opponent and form a condensed orb of rain in your hands. You must then place your hand towards the opponent as you get closer, unleashing a blast, much like a water explosion, to push the opponent back and get some openings. Relatively easy to use, so, use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards the opponent.

Sorry ,_,.

Channeling rain chakra into my open palm as I weave a series of hand seals I begin charging at my sensei's clone. Once the hand seals complete rain begins to gather and condense in my open left palm forming an orb of sorts of the rain water much like that of a Rasengan and what not. Once in close range I place my hand near the clone and unleash the orb's condensed form causing a blast of rain water to impact the clone inflicting significant blunt force damage as well as throwing the clone back.

So interesting technique in its vagueness. Before I delve into advantages and disadvantages I have a few questions. The range is short-mid but it says you have to 'have your hand near' to release it. So does that mean that you have to use it within short range? Or like right in the opponent's face? I like the technique overall though. I imagine it kind of like a single handed Kamehameha in that you unleash this blast of water on them. And since it deals quite a bit of damage the technique can break bones and what not and be pretty powerful in that sense as well as give you the advantage in hitting them with a powerful follow up (preferably lightning). But I do like it. The major disadvantage for me is the close range of the technique but it seems that it is better to set this technique up outside of that close range and bring it in when you engage for some taijutsu. As a blast of water in close range of that size is hard to simply evade.

"The technique states Short-Mid range because you can either use it at close range or you can form it whilst making your way to the opponent, as it states you have to run towards the opponent. This is because the rain still has to gather, which could be described as a not very fast process. Here is the technique."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

"Next technique is a sneaky one, that I would still like to use myself. First form the necessary hand seals and focus your Rain chakra into the raindrops around you, up to an area of 20 meters. After doing so, use shape manipulation to cause these raindrops to form into small sharp water needles. Alone, these needles are weak, but as a bundle, they can cause quite some damage. They can be directed towards the opponent and are a bit difficult to see with the naked eye. Anyway, use it on my clone."

Channeling chakra into the rain drops in the sky I swiftly weave a long set of hand seals causing the rain around me within 20 meters to be molded into sharp, needle like drops of water. The drops become condensed and hardened making them incredibly powerful in a group and bothersome individually. As they drop on the clone the damage becomes quickly noticeable causing the clone to disperse shortly after the technique begins.

Quite a nice technique. Once you perform a sizable chain of hand seals you manipulate water around 20 meters of your position to become needle like drops of rain that can be directed towards a target. So this is advantageous as they don't have to fall on you if you direct them at the target making you safe from their fall and making it hard for the target to simply evade. That is a pretty begin advantage to a technique as sneaky as this one. And since they are needles its like the target is being showered in senbon. Eventually the needles will strike vital points killing the target or causing other forms of damage such as the inability to use hand seals, paralyzing them, etc. It all depends on how the rain falls and how you describe it making it a dangerously versatile technique and also one that is hard to discern is happening immediately given that its quite similar to Hidden Rain Slash.

Been waiting so long for this technique ;_;.

I begin channeling rain chakra into the sky causing the rain drops to condense and shape themselves into an enormous pillar of rain. The pillar further condenses allowing it to become an almost solid pillar of rain that quickly falls to the ground above the clone. Of course the pillar being right above the clone makes it difficult to see unless of course the clone should look up. Without even knowing the pillar impacts the clone's head instantly dispersing it and sending out a shockwave of water within the immediate area around the clone.

Amazingly useful technique. This is probably one of my favorite rain techniques by far and is without a doubt incredibly useful. So the pillar is similar to Hidden Rain Slash in that it drops in a linear fashion above the targeted location. So if you drop it over their head, without sensory and dojutsu they will have a hard time justifying looking up and making it not seem like metagaming/god moding. That right there makes this technique incredibly dangerous forcing the opponent to be very careful with their wording. So of course I imagine this technique to be a more destructive version of the Hidden Rain Slash in that not only would it break bones on impact but the opponent, to evade, needs to move more than 4 meters away from the impact location so just barely exiting short-range of the impact spot making it very powerful indeed for movement control. Overall its an amazing technique that will indeed make a happy addition to my arsenal of rain techniques.

"Good performance, Jugram. It is indeed a nice technique and difficult to counter, but with people god-modding and meta-gaming, it takes the fun out of things. Anyway, here is the technique."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water

"Basically another supplementary technique where you focus your Rain chakra into the surrounding rain drops, to create reflection clones made of rain chakra. These clones are like a reflection of yourself, and mimic your every move, They can be dispersed with one hit, but can confuse your enemy. So use it on my clone to make him commit suicide ;_;"

Channeling my suiton chakra into the sky I cause the surrounding rain drops to reflect light causing numerous clones to appear as reflections of myself. Each becomes a perfect image of myself in front of your depressed clone not only affecting his depression but also causing him to spiral into confusion. The clone, overwhelmed by confusion and sadness as he watches my reflections perform a rain dance mimicking myself performing the dance poofs in suicide.

This became hella dark ;_;.

So cool technique that creates numerous reflections/clones of the user that will mimic movements the user does. So this is incredibly useful and can make some fairly creative applications with the mimic ability and since you can create so many will become extremely confusing. So one hit does disperse each reflection but that means each has to suffer one hit and since there are so many that would take quite a while without some enormous attack such as Water Colliding Wave and such. So it forces the opponent to use something big to remove the confusion and of course they don't necessarily know what the clones do exactly.

Chakra cost: 40

Description: A large scale upgrade of the Reflection Rain clone. The user can create his reflection one hundred different times, these clones don't cause a threat to the enemy and is destroyed by one hit but can make the enemy confused and the user will have time to issue another attack. l The clones mimic the user's every move.

"Okay, so the next technique is the last A rank. So, without the need of hand seals, you will focus your Rain based chakra into the sky above the opponent, into the rain drops. You will then use shape manipulation to create a large trident composed of rain chakra, in a somewhat solid structure. The length of the Trident can be changed at your will and it also expands when it hits into something, increasing the damage. It can also just cause blunt damage, and break bones. So, use it on my clone."

Channeling rain chakra into the sky above I cause the rain drops to condense and converge on a single point and shape them into a large trident, roughly two meters in length. The trident forms above your clone's position on the field and once it completes forming it takes on the form of something that is practically solid despite being made of rain water. The trident then falls from the sky down toward the clone and impales him and, once inside of the clone, loses its form and expands in his body causing him to disperse.

So basically another OP version of Hidden Rain Slash except its A-Rank this time and has a new twist to it :3. So it carries all of the same benefits as Hidden Rain Slash and other similar versions in that it is stupidly hard to evade and is quite vague in where exactly it can form. However, this carries another advantage. Should it actually hit and pierce an opponent at any point it expands in their body effectively flooding them with water which kinda adds insult to injury as the trident can already kill them without any need for bonus damage. So its quite a good technique and one that shouldn't be abused.

"Also, no hand seals, so that's a plus. Here's the technique."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

"Okay, now for the first S rank. We will be doing two at a time now. Okay, now this next technique is quite interesting. Basically focus your Rain based chakra to a single point, that starts spinning at high speeds. Because of its high speed spinning, it draws the rain clouds into it. This causes it to blast a swirling storm of water towards the opponent, one that is similar to a tidal wave motion. Things is, once that point starts spinning, it becomes self sustaining (remembers Spider-Man 2 when that huge sun like things was self sustaining ;_; ). So basically, once it spins, it can actually cut through armor. Remember, it can also damage you if you are caught in it. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Jugram.

"After that, perform a long row of hand seals and make a small cut on each of your ring fingers (both left and right) and raise your hands to the sky. As you do so the blood rises up, it's basically a sacrifice, and focus your Rain based chakra into the clouds above. The clouds will then form into several dragons. These dragons when fully formed, are capable of releasing one spiral rain spear per turn and it acts as an alternate source for Rain techniques. Use it on my clone."

Channeling suiton chakra into the sky above I begin to cause the rain to coalesce on a single point and then apply shape manipulation to cause that single point to begin spinning. The quick spinning motion begins to funnel the rain down in a great vortex tidal wave like motion creating almost a tornado of pure rain water that comes down at incredible speeds slicing through your clone with great ease.

Okay so cool technique. I kind of see this as a tornado of rain that comes down and slices through anything it touches including the user. So it is quite powerful and quick as it requires no hand seals and just comes down with a vengeance. So many ways to use this and it can cut through most solid defenses quite easily as per description of the technique making it incredibly useful against a lot of opponents who use very strong defenses. It is simply is extremely destructive and quite powerful.

Quickly weaving 7 hand seals (or whatever would be a long sequence...damn rain release and its vagueness .-.) I channel suiton chakra into the rain clouds above after slicing my fingers open and allowing the blood to rise up in the most epic of dramatic fashions. Once the blood enters the clouds dragons begin to form from rain and open their mouths launching spiral spears of rain down toward your clone impaling and instantly dispersing the clone.

Quite powerful once again. This is quite an interesting one at that as well. So it can launch a spear of rain per turn which I assume deals S-Rank damage as per description of the technique. However a one question regarding this. It takes 10 chakra per turn to keep this going but do I need to maintain it myself meaning I can't use techniques on my own? Or can I freely perform other techniques at the same time. I assume I need to maintain it. If that is the case the technique loses some of its potency. However I don't think it is since the technique said you can use the dragons as another source of rain water which make it quite useful in quickly chaining potent rain combinations with other elements and techniques.

"Well done, Jugram. Nice analysis, and I see you have some questions. Now, for that technique, it maintains itself after the formation of the dragons. It acts as a Rain source and the dragons can release those rain spears once per turn. This means they can stay active with just chakra feeding them, but not constantly. Here are the techniques."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu.

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

"Now for the next two. First, form a few hand seals and focus your Rain based chakra into the surrounding rain drops up to mid range around you. You will then cause all the rain drops in that area to become pitch black in color, making them invisible to the naked eye. This is one of the most powerful techniques, because after using this, all your Rain techniques will be pitch black and not be able to be seen. This makes it extremely dangerous. The rain can still be felt as usual though. So use it to perform a sneak attack on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Jugram.

"After that, I want you to focus your Rain based chakra into the rain clouds above, and use shape manipulation to create a dragon. This dragon can swoop down from the sky and shoot a spiral rain spear fro anywhere on its body. It can also direct a small rain storm from its body. It can also be used as an alternate source of rain techniques, so that makes it extremely versatile and powerful. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Jugram.

Chaining together a string of hand seals I channel my chakra into the rain drops above up to mid-range around my current location applying extremely precise shape manipulation to the drops causing them to become pitch black in color making them completely invisible to all onlookers.

So as you said this technique is extremely dangerous as no longer can you see rain drops. Now I mean this pretty much makes techniques such as Hidden Rain Slash and its following variants absolutely impossible to even metagame against without sensory or dojutsu. I mean if you use Rain Trident the opponent can't even see the trident. So extremely deadly and allows you to create some extremely deadly combinations. Its an amazing technique that is quite honestly overpowered. By pitch black I assume it means it absorbs all light or something along those lines to make them completely invisible to the naked eye as if they were black then you could still see them in the traditional sense ;_;. One question, the -5 each turn after 3 turns have passed note on the chakra cost. Does that mean it starts costing -5 chakra after the technique has been activated? Or does it mean that it lasts 3 turns and costs -5 chakra per turn. I am a bit unclear on that note although I think it was the first one.

Channeling further rain chakra into the clouds I cause an enormous dragon to form from the rain drops. The dragon then swoops down onto the battlefield and meets me at my side resting there awaiting further commands. Through my control of the dragon I cause it to launch an enormous spiral rain spear from its mouth impaling your clone.

These powerful rain techs just keep getting stronger >_>

So once again incredibly powerful technique. The S-Rank rain techniques are truly a step above all others. Basically once you create the dragon it swoops down allowing you to launch S-Ranked rain spears from its body and use other rain techniques from its body allowing you to change the direction of the rain. I have quite a few questions for this technique.

1) I assume it maintains itself allowing you to chain other combinations together?

2) Does the rain spear that the dragon can launch cost a move and is S-Rank as well? Meaning if I have the dragon on the battlefield and it launches a rain spear does it cost a move and another 40 chakra?

3) Does the dragon only last a single turn or until destroyed?

4) Can the dragon itself be used to inflict S-Rank physical damage similar to that of Water Dragon Bullet?

"Nice analysis, now for your thousand questions."

+One question, the -5 each turn after 3 turns have passed note on the chakra cost. Does that mean it starts costing -5 chakra after the technique has been activated? Or does it mean that it lasts 3 turns and costs -5 chakra per turn. I am a bit unclear on that note although I think it was the first one. +

"It is indeed the first one I believe. I will make sure though."

+I assume it maintains itself allowing you to chain other combinations together?+

"It does, thus it can be used as an alternate source for Ran techniques."

+Does the rain spear that the dragon can launch cost a move and is S-Rank as well? Meaning if I have the dragon on the battlefield and it launches a rain spear does it cost a move and another 40 chakra?+

"Eh, the way it is worded currently, yes, though I do think the spiral rain spear is A rank in strength. Also, has to be asked about (see why I want to re-vamp this list? o-o)"

+Does the dragon only last a single turn or until destroyed?+

"It lasts until destroyed."

+Can the dragon itself be used to inflict S-Rank physical damage similar to that of Water Dragon Bullet?+

"Not that I am aware of."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40(-5 each turn after 3 turns have passed)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming.

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: powerful jutsu that's into motion the creation of a dragon made of clouds. the dragon itself is very powerful and adds a level of versatility previously unknown to rain-based techniques. The dragon swoops down from the sky and onto the battlefield. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

"Okay, now for the next two techniques. First one, focus your Rain based chakra into the clouds above and cause it to condense at a single point. From this point, multiple spears of rain can be formed, that just wait on your order to be dropped from the sky like a bomb onto the opponent. With a single hand seal, the spear of condensed rain can be dropped. These spears are in a corkscrew type of shape, which can be manipulated to widen or sharpen, based on your preference. Anyway, these spears fall back harmlessly as rain after 2 turns. So, plan it wisely. Use it on my clone." Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Jugram.

"After that, the technique you have been bugging me for OOC, the Vortex Storm Technique. This is a unique technique which starts off by using your Rain based chakra to literally pull down the rain clouds and manipulate them to be around both yourself and the opponent. These clouds move at high speeds, and make it difficult to escape from it, once inside. Now this is the fun part, these clouds can be used as an alternate source for rain techniques and while the jutsu is in effect, any rain technique used from it will have double the damage. These rain techniques can be used from anywhere so it makes more difficult to dodge. Use it on my clone."

Alright thanks. Sorry for all the questions ;_;. This next one will have quite a few questions too ;___;.

I begin by channeling ameton chakra into the clouds and rain above causing the rain to converge on a single concentrated point. The rain converges amassing into an enormous amount of rain water. Then, upon my mark I drop a single spiraling spear of rain aimed toward your clone's head. Should your clone attempt to evade it the spear would merely widen and strike your clone at his new location.

Really useful technique that is a variation of the previous weaker rain tech that could stay in the sky for 3 turns I believe. This one can only stay in the sky for 2 but is capable of pretty much making evasion useless. That is what is so dangerous about this technique. Most people will simply move to evade it but in this case should they even do that the spear can just widen and manipulate itself in that way to strike at the opponent's new location.

Channeling further suiton into the clouds above I physically pull the clouds down upon my opponent and myself creating in a sense a vortex dome of incredibly fast swirling clouds creating a rain storm inside of this dome that strikes in all directions creating an immensely chaotic dome of rain.

Wow. So this technique is wow @_@. I mean I'll talk about the immediate on paper benefits. So the technique makes this chaotic (what I imagine to be) dome of rain where rain is striking in all directions and makes escape impossible. The rain clouds rotate so fast that should an opponent attempt to leave they will take S-Rank damage to their body (I think...correct me if I'm wrong as that is where I think that S-Rank damage comes from). Now the next major benefit are all rain techniques gain 2x damage. So this is incredible. Something like Rain Pillar which initially does 60 damage immediately becomes 120 taking it far over F-Rank damage levels without any drawbacks at all. And what is even better is that instead of coming down from the clouds it strikes at any location instead from the dome clouds. So it can come from above, behind, in front, at any angle you need. So the technique's major weakness is that the opponent need only blow the clouds away with a large scale S-Rank wind technique (correct if I'm wrong about the rank). This isn't easy though as the user will be capable of neutralizing that wind before it can blow them away. So it has to be executed quite well. Also, something to note is that this is a finale jutsu. Should it be destroyed the rain effectively ends unless you use Rain Tiger at Will again.

"Correct on all accounts, but just imagine, if they try to blow away the vortex around both of you, that is an epic moment to strike. A great jutsu in my opinion. Now, here are they."

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

"Now, I'll just teach you the last three at once, since I don't want to teach the last one alone. Now for the first technique, use your Rain based chakra and manipulate it to drag some clouds onto yourself like a shell. These clouds on you, continue to produce rain, which means you can launch a rain spear from your body! This technique also somehow cuts the damage of a Lightning technique in half (I mean wtf). So yeah, use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Jugram.

"After that, manipulate your Rain based chakra into the falling rain around your opponent and change the properties of the rain, lacing it with poisonous elemental chakra, which makes the rain highly acidic. This acid rain can eat through most materials, but not skin, instead it causes blisters on the skin and slowly dissolves off it. A very nice technique, only used it once though. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Jugram.

"Lastly, another version of the rain trident where you manipulate your Rain based chakra to bounce the rain drops higher into the sky. Now we already know what happens next, it's cold up there, so the rain freezes. So you form the rain trident and it freezes and it comes falling down onto the opponent, hitting the opponent with S rank damage. So yeah, a relatively easy technique for the last one and it lacks real description but that's how I interpret it to be. Nonetheless, perform it on my clone."

Channeling ameton chakra into the clouds I cause them to fall down upon me and condense on me to effectively create a shell armor on my body. The clouds continue producing rain allowing me to produce a Rain Spear to strike your clone and impale the clone horizontally from the clouds surrounding my body D:

Okay yeah so this is interesting o-o. First I want to talk about the advantages to releasing the spears and other rain techniques however you want. I mean this allows you to release them effectively from where ever you want on your body which is quite powerful and very versatile. Should someone come at you linearly you can easily just launch a rain spear at them to greet them in their path and impale them. Now, the next part. So this halves raitons. Wtf lol. I take issue with this in the sense that okay, they are half damage now but what advantage exactly does that give you? You still will take damage. So if you take half of an S-Rank and get 40 damage you still will take that damage and most likely die. And you can only counter it before the damage is halved as if you say that you use a B-Rank that is neutral to the lightning (40 damage is B-Rank) you still acknowledge that the lightning has hit you as it needs to hit the clouds to be halved. o-o

Channeling further chakra into the sky I change the basic nature of the rain drops causing them to become quite acidic. The effects are immediately noticeable as the drops fall upon your clone causing it to at first blister and then disperse shortly there after. o-o

So one major question. Can I pick where the drops land? Meaning can I choose the size of the area or does this affect all rain drops? The reason I ask as I have seen quite a number of conflicting opinions from other sensei and users. Other than that this is an incredibly dangerous technique for one reason: the rain drops keep falling. So even using an S-Rank earth to create a shield eventually the drops will just destroy that too. It will take a while but each drop deals 10 damage so once they amass quite quickly the earth will eventually give out. Really it forces the opponent to get rid of the rain clouds immediately and as fast as possible as their skin will quickly blister over and cause an eventual slow and extremely painful death.

Channeling a great amount of rain chakra into the sky I cause the rain drops to bounce higher into the sky allowing them to cool in the freezing temperatures in the atmosphere. As they complete freezing they condense and form a quite large spear of rain that then falls down from the sky with great speed down upon your clone and impaling him and thus dispersing him.

Well basically the same as the previous technique except it offers S-Rank damage. It falls linearly so it is quite hard to avoid without a little metagaming similar to Hidden Rain Slash and those variations. The damage is quite lethal (I mean even the C-Rank is lethal so wtf ._.). It is an exceptionally powerful technique that will deal immense damage and even more should it be used in conjunction with Vortex Storm.

"Very nicely done. Now, you had the question of choosing where the drops can land, this is where the problem comes in. This technique is made Short-Mid range. So you can focus it mid range from you, or short range. But who would channel it in Short Range? If you have medical techniques and you want to defeat the opponent fast! Don't do it though. (Vincent once did this, burning his opponent and his own body, and then he healed himself :) ) Anyway, here are the techniques."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40(-5 per turn to keep active)
Damage Points: -10 each turn or as long as the user has this jutsu in effect
Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: An advance version of rain trident where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

"And that is it. We are done. Enjoy your newly gained power. See you around again, Jugram."

Dean then disappears into a Nekura portal.
