"Correct on all accounts, but just imagine, if they try to blow away the vortex around both of you, that is an epic moment to strike. A great jutsu in my opinion. Now, here are they."
"Now, I'll just teach you the last three at once, since I don't want to teach the last one alone. Now for the first technique, use your Rain based chakra and manipulate it to drag some clouds onto yourself like a shell. These clouds on you, continue to produce rain, which means you can launch a rain spear from your body! This technique also somehow cuts the damage of a Lightning technique in half (I mean wtf). So yeah, use it against my clone."

"After that, manipulate your Rain based chakra into the falling rain around your opponent and change the properties of the rain, lacing it with poisonous elemental chakra, which makes the rain highly acidic. This acid rain can eat through most materials, but not skin, instead it causes blisters on the skin and slowly dissolves off it. A very nice technique, only used it once though. Use it against my clone."

"Lastly, another version of the rain trident where you manipulate your Rain based chakra to bounce the rain drops higher into the sky. Now we already know what happens next, it's cold up there, so the rain freezes. So you form the rain trident and it freezes and it comes falling down onto the opponent, hitting the opponent with S rank damage. So yeah, a relatively easy technique for the last one and it lacks real description but that's how I interpret it to be. Nonetheless, perform it on my clone."

Channeling ameton chakra into the clouds I cause them to fall down upon me and condense on me to effectively create a shell armor on my body. The clouds continue producing rain allowing me to produce a Rain Spear to strike your clone and impale the clone horizontally from the clouds surrounding my body D:
Okay yeah so this is interesting o-o. First I want to talk about the advantages to releasing the spears and other rain techniques however you want. I mean this allows you to release them effectively from where ever you want on your body which is quite powerful and very versatile. Should someone come at you linearly you can easily just launch a rain spear at them to greet them in their path and impale them. Now, the next part. So this halves raitons. Wtf lol. I take issue with this in the sense that okay, they are half damage now but what advantage exactly does that give you? You still will take damage. So if you take half of an S-Rank and get 40 damage you still will take that damage and most likely die. And you can only counter it before the damage is halved as if you say that you use a B-Rank that is neutral to the lightning (40 damage is B-Rank) you still acknowledge that the lightning has hit you as it needs to hit the clouds to be halved. o-o
Channeling further chakra into the sky I change the basic nature of the rain drops causing them to become quite acidic. The effects are immediately noticeable as the drops fall upon your clone causing it to at first blister and then disperse shortly there after. o-o
So one major question. Can I pick where the drops land? Meaning can I choose the size of the area or does this affect all rain drops? The reason I ask as I have seen quite a number of conflicting opinions from other sensei and users. Other than that this is an incredibly dangerous technique for one reason: the rain drops keep falling. So even using an S-Rank earth to create a shield eventually the drops will just destroy that too. It will take a while but each drop deals 10 damage so once they amass quite quickly the earth will eventually give out. Really it forces the opponent to get rid of the rain clouds immediately and as fast as possible as their skin will quickly blister over and cause an eventual slow and extremely painful death.
Channeling a great amount of rain chakra into the sky I cause the rain drops to bounce higher into the sky allowing them to cool in the freezing temperatures in the atmosphere. As they complete freezing they condense and form a quite large spear of rain that then falls down from the sky with great speed down upon your clone and impaling him and thus dispersing him.
Well basically the same as the previous technique except it offers S-Rank damage. It falls linearly so it is quite hard to avoid without a little metagaming similar to Hidden Rain Slash and those variations. The damage is quite lethal (I mean even the C-Rank is lethal so wtf ._.). It is an exceptionally powerful technique that will deal immense damage and even more should it be used in conjunction with Vortex Storm.
