Can Tobirama use jutuss of kisame ?

Tobirama is considered as one of the strongest water element users.Can he summon shark and use water prison techniques ? and other techniques kisame used.I don't think he can absorb chakra from enemys. Remember he can use water element where no water exist. Your thoughts ?

If there is a fight between Tobirama and Kisame .I think Tobirama will win. I think he has got plus one element too. My imagination. He has got ftg edotensei and goju kibakufuda.But my thread is here for not who will win but about will Tobirama can use kisames' techniques?

What hype? You mean those Anbu who were fapping over Tobirama creating Suiton without a source? A feat Kisame did in a dry wasteland? Not credible, even his hype in Suiton is empty. Yeah, he's created some good jutsu, but how that links back to Suiton is nothing but assumption. From what we know, Kisame dumps on him in Suiton.

Though he most likely could since nobody ever mentions his justu to be exclusive and tobirama was the most powerful water ninjustu user ever

either way whatever he had it was obviously on such a large scale he is still recognized as the best even to this day
