Can Tobirama use jutuss of kisame ?

How can one have a specialty in Edo Tensai? It isn't something you specialize in. Same can be said about his S/T, but then again, we didn't even know he had S/T until Minato made it clear during his skirmish with Obito. With Suiton, there are endless things one can do with it. You aren't limited to anything, and elemental ninjutsu is a lot more versatile.

Nobody said his Suiton can't be impressive, but we just cannot put him above Kisame until he shows more feats. The databook has been contradicted and retconned so many times, and if Tobirama doesn't show anything, then his statement will only ever be empty hype.

this states he specialised in suiton, as in that's his chakra nature. It never even hinted his suiton could be remotely better than his ftg or his ET. Else, he would have used suiton to finish izuna, not FTGs. He'd have used Suiton to combat juubito, not specialist ET jutsu.

EDIT: As an example. We can say that.... madara specialises in katon , but you can't say his katon is above his EMS techs like PS...

I disagree with that; he's never been shown using any other elemental jutsu. It's not referring to ninjutsu specifically either, so we can tell that it's not referring to just elemental ninjutsu.

this is what I've been trying to get across, but Kisame's fans the whole time have just been arguing about how Kisame > Tobirama, even though it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the thread

tobirama in part 1 was brought back without his full power and yet he was able to perform high lvl style water jutsu with a water source and also only use 1 hand seal.

I don't believe he can use the same jutsu's as Kisame. Kisame is a pretty unique character and from a different village. They have areas they special in that make them different from others. Since Tobirama is featless of water techniques we don't really know for sure what he can do.

I know, Suiton is the only elemental Ninjutsu he's shown, but that was the only form of ninjutsu we've seen him use at the time, so clearly you can see where the Databooks are coming from. It's common sense to hype something we've actually seen from Tobirama.
