I can compare Luffy and Zoro. Why would you choose Chopper of all people? Sanji and Zoro too are comparable. They're not sword users but they are strong. I can match Crocodile and Mihawk too.

Because Zoro is vastly stronger than Chopper. You made the argument in favor of yourself. Also, without Chopper there'd be no Nami, which means death at the Grand Line. So yeah, no characters are USELESS.

i've started reading one piece, am uup to ch325 so far. i prefer naruto's manga as sometimes i get lost in one piece, the conversations in naruto are more meaningful and the fights better imo, but one piece is really fun to read.

Fillers take up less than 1/12 of the anime. Besides, OP fillers are funny and not irritating.

If you want to skip them though, you can. Just don't skip G8, the one you see after Skypeia.

Maybe you'll understand when you're a bit more mature. But there are many more lessons learned in One Piece then there are in Naruto.
Naruto has few morals to its story. (Protect your friends, don't get caught up in vengeance).
While One Piece has many more morals just in one arc alone. And there are always a deeper meaning to why there is a battle.

There are many serious themes in One Piece too, while Naruto almost only follows one theme. In One Piece, you see slavery, racism, dictatorship, coup d'etat, revolution, and much more.

It just takes time to notice it all.
I've watched most of the arcs 3-4 times, and every time I watch them, I find something new.

The overall story of Naruto is very simplistic, there are some complex situations, but overall its a simplistic story. While One Pieces story quickly gets very complex. You can view it in a simplistic fashion, ignoring the deeper meanings, or you can try and understand the deeper meanings.

One Piece doesn't need conversation to make stuff meaningful, it makes stuff meaningful through action and reaction.

naruto is way better than one piece. idc who flames me.. you can watch the first episodes of naruto and anyone can be completely hooked. one piece is good , but naruto catches more attention my opinion.. op may have a great story line, but naruto has the most complex battles that make since.. you can name so many battles that had you like O.O
