Did you read Arlong arc? Drum? Little Garden? Alabasta? Skypeia? I doubt it.

u dont need to know my age even though i told you doesn't really matter old, young, kid or not.

Main character wise: Naruto as kishi have told, can bring info if u really want it badly, He got Inspired by DB and liked Goku ( The main character in DB)
and with the inspertion of goku he created Naruto,

Naruto is to much childish (not shippuuden) his the typical guy born with special powers, dumb and a fool. And he got overpowerd way to fast.

Main character wise: Luffy: He was 17 chapter 1-597 but he seemed way to stubborn for his age, and compared to Naruto , its good he wasent born with epic special powers and his not top strongest like naruto and gets overpowerd very fast. Luffy> Naruto, Design wise, hmm Kishi started to draw after Oda so and Oda had to much conversation ( Bubble text) in each page making it a little bit tougher to read but more suited for older fans not kids.

Comparing the manga design today: have to go with Naruto, if your both are updated with OP and Naruto u should understand why.

Storybased: Naruto gets overpowerd 2 fast ( my opinion) but the summary plot is still good though the anime spoiler sucks.

Storybased: OP in the other is taking to much time to gather their group and the time skip starts withing the ending/begin of chapter 598 pretty late ( my opinion) and also some characters are way out of the line, now that time skip was added it has been a little better design with the main characters but i still think Zoro and Luffy/ brook is the only useful fighter in Strawhat crew.

things with haki just crossed the line, would be good if luffy got new form of ''Gear'' like ''Gear 4'' or something.
We still haven't seen red hair shanks in battle, Whitebeard died to early/ ace 2. ( we only saw 1 cool fight with ace vs black beard)

1 thing that is also bad with Naruto now is that Kishi favor sasuke and lets him power up without any traning since he absorbed oros powers so on...

i cant write everything but even if the Majority is with OP i still stand clear with Naruto

Yeah right. Oda just started with this cluttered paneling on Thriller Bark.

You want a single character powerup instead of a universal powerup? You're everything that's wrong with an OP fan.

If Luffy had Gear 4 then everything would become stale. Look at what happened with Reborn, Bleach, Fairy Tail. It was good until the Future Arc started, since all that Flame business shot up everyone too fast, there was no battle diversity anymore. Bleach was only good in the Soul Society Arc. After that it's all trolling galore. Natsu gets powerup after powerup even if he doesn't deserve it.

I mean really, why would you want to sacrifice story for powerup gratification? I'm glad you don't write books.

we need to see more of Ace fighting!!! thats why... and when Luffy goes gear third he goes smaller if he went gear4 he'd be dead

Dude Natsu gets powerups but his still weaker then erza, gildarts so on..
Hitman reborn: yes i agree with you future arc was just too much.
Bleach: they should have ended after aizen was defeated.

u still get me wrong: Haki is also overpowered dont u think? and gear 4 can be anything... Story with balanced power ups is the best, not 2 fast and not 2 slow.
