You really think Itachi can Amaterasu the entire village? If you do you must be overestimating Itachi by ridiculous amounts. Even if Itachi Amaterasu'd the entire village he'd be out of stamina at that point and he couldn't keep up Susano'o or use Tsukuyomi, which basically means he dies pretty quickly.

To OP:
No he can't. He can't in any way, shape, or form. Nagato blew the entire village to dust and killed the majority of the people there in one move. He also killed every non-fodder ninja there with ease, something Itachi could likely do, but lacks the stamina that Nagato has. Kisame could probably continously kill the fodders while Itachi would have to take on the non-fodder ninja and he would eventually tire out.

How? He implanted the crow in Naruto already. The only way its coming out is by seeing his Mangekyou which would in turn "Protect Konoha" and make Itachi protect Konoha. Nice try though xd
