Your thread title with your post opening is misleading.

Anyway, Tsukuyomi like Itachi's doesn't work on Perfect Jinchuuriki. As we know, the Bijuu mentally is effected by anything that mentally effects the host. So, if the host was to experience 72 hours inside Tsukuyomi, so will the Bijuu. During the time inside the Genjutsu, the Chakra transferred will be breaking Tsukuyomi for 72 hours. It will happen instantly in the real world. And as Bee said, Genjutsu useless against Jinchuuriki with full control:

@Bold. Let's see that manga evidence then.

You realize that if a Bijuu was trapped in genjutsu as well, it would not be able to break it, right? There would be no difference between a Bijuu breaking genjutsu and the Jinchuriki breaking it.

Ask yourself is Tsukiyomi a genjutsu. Then you get your answer.
In the end tsukuyomi is just a genjutsu therefore it can be broke by perfect jins

You have a magical stopwatch? How do you know how long it took?
Please explain to me in what way aside from duration what would lead you to believe a Perfect Jin can break Itachi's but not I.T.

Breaking Genjutsu in the real world is different from breaking it inside the Genjutsu.
Fallacies! All fallacies!

Not only did B fall to the ground after being genjutsu'd by Sasuke (1-2 seconds), but Sasuke was also able to put his hand over his eye (another second, at the minimum):

In a nutshell: It takes, at the minimum, 2-3 seconds for a perfect jin's biju to break a genjutsu for them, and as Féar showed you all, Tsukuyomi is "instant".

Comparing Itachi's Tsukiyomi to IT. Go home. Also Bee isn't even in IT, his sunglasses clearly blocked it.

No but he can read the manga.

How is that related to the how long Bee was under Sasuke's genjutsu?

The manga has made the already it clear on what the conditions must be in order to break Tsukuyomi. And even if they could, it's over before they can do so.

Naruto wasn't a perfect jin when he said that

also how would Itachi know that Jinchuriki can break genjutsu if he's never been one or faced a perfect jin at the time of the claim?

So Bee can break out of a genjutsu in 1 second when it took him 2 pages to break out of this?

The answer is no! Tsukyomi does not last for 1 second in the real world.. It is INSTANT

Tsukyomi is INSTANT in the real world yet 72 hours inside the realm. It happens so fast until the HOST would die or collapse before the Jin even realized what happended.

No Perfect jin can INSTANTLY break from a genjutsu that causes damage INSTANTLY.... EVEN Realizing someone is in a genjutsu takes time and awareness

Probably not, since that genjutsu messes with time or whatever, the bijuu most likely wouldn't even realized their jin was under the genjutsu. Think Kakashi was under for like 3 seconds, yet he was in there for months or something.

Lel, so 2 pages = 2 seconds now. I can't even take this seriously.

No he wasn't but Bee was, and that's who he was warning. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

As for that last bit, you've got to be kidding me if you think Itachi wasn't aware of how PJ's could break genjutsu. He was in the Akatsuki and they had intel on Jins. They definitely bothered to get to know about the Jin with full control over his bijuu. In any case it seems like the Uchiha clan techs are written in the tablet, he could have read it there using his MS.

The Bijuu breaks it by Chakra, so your refute is invalid.
So why was bee in Infininte tsukyomi then? Going by your logic Hachibi should have broken him out of it since the hachibi was inside him... After all IT is a genjutsu.... so please no special rules unless your willing to accept Tsukyomi :)
