Aren't you giving the sharingan a byakugan ability with @bold?

Again, the sharingan is presenting them with an afterimage but with byakugan they don't need that after image because of their superior insight. They would be able to know what moves the opponent is going to make based on what the sharingan uses to deduce it's. And that's noticing the subtle ways power courses through the body.

You also have to consider Gai praised gentle fist as the strongest taijutsu style despite having faced a sharingan user many times in Kakashi.

2T does not have the ability to pick up on subtle movements within the body but rather it has the ability to track fast moving targets and see through them due to insight , just like the Byakugan.

The Byakugan doesnt guess at all though. The User does. The Byakugan sees things as its happening. The Sharingan displays images BEFORE it happens.

Yes Byakugan has greater insight but it cant see farther then what is happening at that very moment. Sharingan sees beyond what is happening.

The BYAKUGAN shows you ever thing a person's is doing muscles nerve bones and chaka and with the ability of high speed tracking and sense u get more of a spidey sense

The Sharingan show image off of muscles twitch which is good but can be fooled by faint and a lot of movement

Its up to the User of Byakugan to do the predictions whilst tracking high speed movements. With Sharingan the predictions are displayed for them, they actually "see" images and after images.

The byakugan can do it sort of but it's user has to do it consciously while with the Sharingan it does it unconsciously and even displays the result to its user.

This post supports a manual and automatic type thing i was talking about in the OP. Perhaps i shouldn't have been using the word precog?

Both the Byakugan and 2T/3T Sharingan are similar to cameras where they can capture movements but the sharingan can save the images/movements they see perfectly hence its copy ability , with the 3T going a step farther with the ability to actually see Images that follow the movements the eye captures in real time which allows it to anticipate the next move , while the Byakugan cannot since it only sees wats happening in real time and ntn more. So yea Byakugan is superior to 2T and 3T in terms of speed and numbers tracking , but the Sharingan's ability of Precog allows the user to react much quicker than the Byakugan would allow its its.

However its not a bad thing because Byakugsn has no blind spots and because they dont have to track you, no matter how fast yo're going you are always in sight whereas facing Sharingan you can actually dodge their line of sight.

Yes. Neji used Byakugan to read her eye movements and was able to give spot on interpretations of what they meant immediately. If a byakugan user tries to read body movements of their opponents, they would be able to get spot on understanding and guess where their next movements will be aimed at. It's literally in their style of taijutsu tbh...It's easier to block an attack than to parry said attack right? For you to be able to parry an attack, you would have to know it's coming fast enough to not put you in a situation where your only option would be to block.

I agree bro Byakugan is more suited to defense while Sharingan favors offense. It'll be interesting to see which comes out on top. But we all know Hyuuga have the superior taijutsu. It all comes down to who has the superior eyes.

And I get what you are saying to the other guy. Basically the Byakugan sees faster then the Sharingan so there is no need for afterimages right? That may be true if Sharingan didnt have SO MANY precog images. Sharingan is a little ahead in this aspect.

^ this right here, the sharingan shows you an image of what their next movement is gonna be based on muscle twitches etc. as where the byakugan you can see the high speed movements, you would just have to guess what they're gonna do, so the precog part would be the users best guess(although it'd be easier obviously the more experience you get)

Maybe I worded it wrong, I wasn't necessarily saying you could read the movements using the byakugan, but you can still track people and things moving at high speeds, an experienced byakugan user(assumedly) would be able to use that to counter better than one would with just normal eyes

B can zip around the whole place via shunshin at a faster rate than 1T Naruto. Sasuke was still surprised by 1T Naruto's speed unlike KN0 , which means if Naruto was faster he could've caught Sasuke by zipping around him fast enough and not giving his body any physical time to react which B could do.

-I want to make special note of wat Sasuke says to karin , she can anticipate movements by feeling the movement of chakra. Doesn't that make it plausible that the Byakugan can anticipate movement similarly by seeing the subtle vibrations which radiate from Ninja , same thing that Sasuke asked karin to feel and with the Byakugan a Hyuga would be easily capable of keeping a constant " Eye " on the enemy which is basically wat Sasuke thought was enough to actually anticipate B's movements so a Byakugan should do this better than karin right?

Lol i bring it to show u the exact type of insight where the Byakugan is similar but surpasses the sharingan. This is why Itachi praised Kakashi for seeing his quick movements good enough for him to anticipate wat really happened so if Kakashi had a byakugan in that instance then he likely would've seen and captured Itachi's movement in a similar or superior way in that instance via superior insight.

The ability to see clearly and catch fast movement and see the sequence clearly which gives better reaction. Similar to Kakashi reading Naruto's lips at the start of P2.

I agree based on my above points and karin being able to do the same manual anticpation by feeling chakra movement.

More like the Byakugan could literally see the movements being done due to 360D and could anticpate the movement due to seeing subtle vibration/movement of chakra + 360dv , before the movement is done , then by the time the movement is underway and completed the enemy cant escape the sight of the Byakugan user and this where good agility and expert level taijutsu skills come so boost reaction timing.

Yea , and with 360Dv active the user is literally seeing every single Taijutsu movement in CQC in real time and picks up on the most subtle of movements where a normal ninja would not have such a benefit so yea Byakugan increases reaction in Taijutsu which i agreed with.

I also agree with this since in straight up Taijutsu like lets say Neji vs VOTE Sasuke his precog wont help him nearly as much as it did with Naruto since he wont be able to physically react to Neji's tenketsu jabs or outperform his jyuken style in tight combat and Sasuke's Taijutsu counters are easily seen via Byakugan and parried with superior hand speed while simultaneously blocking tenketsu , which would force Sasuke to retreat not to mention that his taijutsu counters can also be blocked by raw chakra but that wont be needed. Kn0 Naruto only rushed in and attempted to punch at high speeds without any real taijutsu form or technique to his movement , completely different from being in a active Taijutsu fight with multiple movements being involved along with the application of skill/style. I agree bro Byakugan is more suited to defense while Sharingan favors offense. It'll be interesting to see which comes out on top. But we all know Hyuuga have the superior taijutsu. It all comes down to who has the superior eyes.

And I get what you are saying to the other guy. Basically the Byakugan sees faster then the Sharingan so there is no need for afterimages right? That may be true if Sharingan didnt have SO MANY precog images. Sharingan is a little ahead in this aspect.

So Neji wanted to see the gates? Then we know he can't see the gates without seeing Lee. So he was tracking Lee with the byakugan.

B can zip around the whole place via shunshin at a faster rate than 1T Naruto. Sasuke was still surprised by 1T Naruto's speed unlike KN0 , which means if Naruto was faster he could've caught Sasuke by zipping around him fast enough and not giving his body any physical time to react which B could do.

-I want to make special note of wat Sasuke says to karin , she can anticipate movements by feeling the movement of chakra. Doesn't that make it plausible that the Byakugan can anticipate movement similarly by seeing the subtle vibrations which radiate from Ninja , same thing that Sasuke asked karin to feel and with the Byakugan a Hyuga would be easily capable of keeping a constant " Eye " on the enemy which is basically wat Sasuke thought was enough to actually anticipate B's movements so a Byakugan should do this better than karin right?

You also notice Bee says "if you can make it in time" proving there would be a lag time for Karin whereas with the byakugan you can see all that would transpire.

Lol i bring it to show u the exact type of insight where the Byakugan is similar but surpasses the sharingan. This is why Itachi praised Kakashi for seeing his quick movements good enough for him to anticipate wat really happened so if Kakashi had a byakugan in that instance then he likely would've seen and captured Itachi's movement in a similar or superior way in that instance via superior insight.

He used his normal 360Dv since it has the best speed tracking movement feats. He understood her moves because of his smarts along with knowing Her which was aided by the insight of his byakugan giving him the ability to pick up on the subtle movements she displayed.

More like the Byakugan could literally see the movements being done due to 360D and could anticpate the movement due to seeing subtle vibration/movement of chakra + 360dv , before the movement is done , then by the time the movement is underway and completed the enemy cant escape the sight of the Byakugan user and this where good agility and expert level taijutsu skills come so boost reaction timing.

Yea , and with 360Dv active the user is literally seeing every single Taijutsu movement in CQC in real time and picks up on the most subtle of movements where a normal ninja would not have such a benefit so yea Byakugan increases reaction in Taijutsu which i agreed with.

I also agree with this since in straight up Taijutsu like lets say Neji vs VOTE Sasuke his precog wont help him nearly as much as it did with Naruto since he wont be able to physically react to Neji's tenketsu jabs or outperform his jyuken style in tight combat and Sasuke's Taijutsu counters are easily seen via Byakugan and parried with superior hand speed while simultaneously blocking tenketsu , which would force Sasuke to retreat not to mention that his taijutsu counters can also be blocked by raw chakra but that wont be needed. Kn0 Naruto only rushed in and attempted to punch at high speeds without any real taijutsu form or technique to his movement , completely different from being in a active Taijutsu fight with multiple movements being involved along with the application of skill/style. They both see equally as fast but sharingan gives you a image preview before the present movement even reached that point. So yeah reaction wise sharingan is better. But as long as someone has better cqc they can still win but sharingan can still react which is why even with non linear killer bee, sasuke could keep up without getting fatally killed by the sword. Those wounds sasuke got was suppose to hit his organs.( the anime fight scene exaggerated the gap between sasuke and kb swordfight)

I agree with ur post , Byakugan would keep simultaneous track of every single one of B's blades and Neji would be smart enough to know that fighting this style would be tricky so he'd instantly go for rotation when B attempts to strike followed by a imediate shunshin once B his blades bounce backwards from the deflection.

U can see Sasuke's eyes turn in response to the image of Naruto meanwhile the real Naruto was to his left not to mention u should already know that anime characters especially Naruto characters have crazy peripherals lol. He obviously saw him since we are literally seeing the exact image sasuke is seeing.

So yea i agree with wat ur saying tho i wouldn't call it a manual version of precog it doesn't really compare. Its simply a more advanced version to the 2T Sharingans ability.





The byakugan user would be using his Chakra Pathway vision so he wont see any muscles , even if they do decide to use that vision they wont be able to predict anything like the 3T and the mental input the byakugan user would need to make after seeing x movement in real time is still vastly inferior to 3T seeing X movement ahead of time which means faster mental input commands can be employed for 3T.





The Bykugan cant predict movements similar to the sharingan as i noted above but it can "Catch" all movements better than the sharingan can since it can see and sense every movement within a 360Dv radius no matter how many or how subtle/fast the objects are coming.

So yea , as i said the Byakugan is basically a 3T Sharingan with the insight to see through Taijutsu and capture the movement in real time. Both the Byakugan and 2T/3T Sharingan are similar to cameras where they can capture movements but the sharingan can save the images/movements they see perfectly hence its copy ability , with the 3T going a step farther with the ability to actually see Images that follow the movements the eye captures in real time which allows it to anticipate the next move , while the Byakugan cannot since it only sees wats happening in real time and ntn more. So yea Byakugan is superior to 2T and 3T in terms of speed and numbers tracking , but the Sharingan's ability of Precog allows the user to react much quicker than the Byakugan would allow its its.

The BYAKUGAN is acting more like a supercomputer collecting all the information Chakra movement , muscle movement ,nervous system , bone and transferring it to the person lightning speed and slow down so the person can understand it.
