Off-panel shunshin is off-panel. Haku could off-panel shunshin Kakashi's Raikiri in a similar manner despite being slower than early part1 Sasuke. Those feats are barely relevant when no one is paying attention to them. Tsunade already reacted to Asura despite projecting himself(gaining more speed) with his jets

Apex, your whole point is based on the assumption that Tsunade won't be able to react to his speed. You assume Tsunade is slow without proving it why.

I'm not the one debating for Tsunade, you are. If you want to show me reaction speeds of hers then go right ahead, until then I have no reason she can stop someone who blitzed the SM elders and was able to reach a distance despite being no where visible in the locational proximity before Kakashi's Raikiri could cross 5 centimetres.

So no, fact remains that Kakashi's Chidori was right in front of Deva's face, yet Asura, whose own body size must be factored in, closed the distance before Kakashi's fastest attack crossed 5 centimetres. Amazing feat is amazing feat, your attempt to downplay it is despicable.

One missile would blow her lower part or the laser, arguably at the very least. That alone renders her immobile and she gets decapitated with Shunshin and a razor blade which she won't stop nor take. This fight is obvious, even one path from Pain can give either Tsunade hard time, or eradicate her from NV. So Asura destroying her is nothing new because we witnessed that almost happen in canon.
