He needs to come close if he wants to have any chance at finishing her, cause all his long range moves are useless since she easily heals them off. Once it becomes CQC, she overwhelms him and blows him apart with her punch.

completely destroys Tsunade. He can futhermore blind her with the rockets, which will create smoke around her, so that he can perform a suprize attack. Asura also has a 360 degrees vision, and blitzed SM Jiraya so he isn't getting hit.

1. B was almost beaten by Nagato. Base B that is. Only because he got restrained. Tsunade>>>>B in physical strength. If she gets caught in that same position, she takes her free arm and one shots him. Though she'll never get caught like that anyway.
