Yeah, because Tsunade trained while being in a comatose state. Or when she awakened and did nothing else than eating and going to meetings. Also training is not in Tsunade's character, she either drinks or is in the Hokage palace signing stuff and sending orders.

I'm saying that missiles cause heavy and destructive damage to the body and to heal all that damage will be impossible for Tsunade since each missile can blow a large hole in her body. Tsunade can't regenerate from that much cell damage. After 5-6 missiles hit her she's not going to be regenerating any more cells. Hell, she turned into an old lady just from healing from a sword wound.

Its limits are very clear, she's exhausted herself and reached her limit three times in the manga. What on earth does hashirama have to do with this? If he was constantly being hit by asura missiles, he'd eentually stop regenerating too.

Missiles deal way more physical damage than those things, missiles will literally blow off limbs and blow giant gaping holes through her body. Tsunade can't regenerate from that type of damage.

What do you think with Madara and Pain couldn't? Pain barely did something, and Asura-Path was stopped by Naruto. And I think that it was clear, that Madara was merely playing. He would've no problem in crushing her. Asura-Path's attacks can definitely destroy Tsunade; I talk about the laser in the first place. She would in no way survive a direct hit with this laser, as it is simply too powerful. Though I'm on Tsunade's side, saying that she would survive this is simply underrating Asura-Path's destructive power.

Ha, we're seriously not bringing Madara to discussion, it's like asking why hasn't half the NV in Part I Naruto died because they encountered Orochimaru or Itachi. Even base/3T Madara demolishes Tsunade.
