Maybe,Maybe not! I say that because if Hogo gave Ashura the keys to ninshu..then it was probably similar to how he did Naruto & Sasuke and by that he would have gave Ashura RSM strong body type. (not sure if the bijuu were in raw chakra form not created yet or created by Hogoromo to the tail beast we know now) Ashura's beast mode looks like Kurama but has a Anbu mask like face...so maybe he didn't have bijuu like Naruto but could manifest a avatar to his liking.

He was the leader of ninshu in that battle so i think he had RSM without the bijuu. I honestly don't think he was jinchuriki.

Then i could say....Hogoromo didn't create the tailed beast till after his sons killed each other because they died young an we see Hogoromo as a old man with 9 kid bijuu. So it would be safe to say Ashura was not a jinchuriki and the tailed beast weren't created yet.

Uh, no. Have no clue how you jumped to that line of thinking. It's never been stated that Hashirama ever inherited Ashura's full power. There is no connection to say "aha, by your logic, this would happen."

By your logic of comparing similarities means that they had the same powers, Indra somehow also had the bijus as a technique that required the bijus is named after him.

Neither naruto nor hashi inherited Ashura's powers.They are just reincarnations of ashura.
Hashi had Wood style and his Powers were much stronger than madara.

You just flat out said Hago gave him power. Because Hago taught them both ninshu before they walked separate paths. Then Hago made Ashura the leader of Ninshuu. So he had to gave him the ability to enter chakra mode!
